Juice It Up!

Everytime I come here the staff is great super cool and chill. My son and I went the other day after the gym and my son is in love with that PB horchata smoothie and it was a limited time item. But the guy working Jose said he could still make it for us he did and even upgraded my son's to a large free of charge super cool guy.

The service was fast, the server was friendly. I asked for a custom drink and not only did they accommodate me but they had me write my order on a strip of paper,.had me put my first name on it and put it in a binder with other custom orders. The pricing was better than expected for a custom drink. The only drawback (for me) is that they dont open at 7am. 9/10 experience would highly recommend.

The service is great, especially the owner, she really is a friendly sweet talkative individual. With the new renovations the place looks real good. Best drink there is the lava flow overall best item would have to be the pitaya bowl oh and can't forget my wheatgrass, ginger, and beet shots.

This is my go-to smoothie location. The smoothies are flavorful and regardless of the number of customers, there is not an extended wait. The staff are actually much nicer than the owner and service is better when she is not around.

When the own makes my drink it's amazing. I am allergic to bananas so she is still able to make my drink perfect. However her staff doesn't make it correctly and it taste either watery or full ice. When I explain it to them they give me attitude

Fair...Ordered "All Pineapple" the cashier wasn't aware she had pineapple sherbet...Also had a customer loyalty reward buy one get one...and she says "we could only use it once"....like huh! Let me go to the car drink these 2 up and go back in, use the same rewards and get 2 more. Really! And to top it off it wasn't mixed right...Blaaaannndddd! I wouldn't hv written a review had we not been insulted.

I feel the service was quick maybe because it was empty but the gentleman handling the register was nice. The acai bowls lack in the amount of toppings that they give for the price that they are. Maybe that was only due to the girl who made them. They were definitely really melted so we had to take them home to freeze some more.

Me and my bf stoped by on 5/27 To grab two smoothies. While ordering the cashier stopped to have a conversation with the other girl while looking at their phone and texting. We dismissed it as a poorly trained staff. Upon taking the drink to go we had to return within the hour as one drink had 7 shards of plastic, not including what I may have ingested prior to me almost breaking a tooth on one. when we returned to bring back the smoothie with chunks still at the bottom of the cup and 3 pieces in hand they offered no help, no knowledge by and or simply no apology which based on the previous interaction was to no surprise. All we were told was to come back Monday if we wished to speak to someone in management. We then took matters into our own hands and called corporate who had yet to give us a call. You gotta love the productivity from this company!

This place has juices/smoothies that are always inconsistent in texture and sometimes they make it watery and just give it away!! that is not how a business should be. Not only that they are always understaffed and the boss seems to never care. All I can say is it needs better management and they never answer the phone. I noticed they save ingredients which look old at some points but that can be false it just appears that way. Overall the one in redlands is better and friendlier!!

I paid $9 for a medium cup of RAW Juice and got half my drink foamy. I called in to pre-order my drink 10mins before I arrived, and it wasnt ready for pick up. When I walked into juice it up there was no energy in the room the 2 employee didnt even look my way to greet. Wish I can get my money back for the foamy drink or at least half my money back. Lol I feel played

I went to this store yesterday which I admit I have not been to in a couple of months but do typically visit often. Now there were new girls I haven't seen before. There was a tip jar that read:  We have mouths to feed and student loans to pay. I purchased a large Evergreen shake and a large Acai bowl. (My typical order) I used my card to pay and instead of being able to print out the tip, of my choice. The register asked for 10% 15% 20%. My bill was $16.99 plus 10% this came to $18 and change. The Evergreen Shake was a different color and appeared to be missing the Kale. My berry Acai bowl had only a few slices of banana and fewer slices of strawberries. I did not get any blueberries at all... This was my dinner for the night. For spending almost $20 dollors, I could have gone to Olive Garden for a complete meal. The minute when an employee makes service about their Tip then quality and customer satisfaction go out the window. I don't think I will be visiting again. 😥
