i-Tea San Jose

One of the best boba teas in the Bay area, although there were days when our drinks were not up to par. It's my go-to place since it's a few places that have red bean topping and good tea.

Great service. Did not wait that long because there were hardly customers in the later afternoon. Service was thorough and the owner is very polite. I would recommend this place for any undertaker car needs such as pipes and mufflers. Convenient and secure location. Give then a try. You will not be disappointed. The workers are very professional and they address your issues right away. This will be my go to location for any undertaking needs for cars.

I looooove it here I come several times a month. I have tried and enjoyed several drinks. The wings are amazing and crispy, short ribs:fire, fries: fire, takoyaki:fire... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Indoor dining is open again. Great place to go with friends.

Omg!! I Love,Love,Love this place!! Great Drinks,Great Food! It's really poplar place. If you walk in and you see a line 15 deep !! And you will don't freak out they are great at getting orders of food and drinks out extremely well. The most I had to wait is 15 minutes and that's because I went in about 300pm all the High School Kids float over at that time

I really enjoy the bubble tea here, the staff is pretty nice and the wait is usually very small unless you come during dinner time or when the middle school gets out of class, then you'll have yourself a decent wait. The food here is also extremely good, short rib bao is by far my favorite food. Would definitely recommend ^.^

My first time here, I loved it. I recommend the chicken popcorn are somewhat spicy but it is perfect to accompany with the Boba. The Hokkaido milk tea It's very good if you like the taste of coffee is perfect for you.

Their service is fast. No matter how busy they are they always seem to be on their game! You obviously wait longer if it's busy, but receiving your food and drinks always seems faster than you'd nornally expect. The drinks and food themselves are always really good and decently priced too!

i-Tea has quickly become the COVID-19 delivery favorite in my household. We love their popcorn chicken so much. One order of popcorn chicken is enough to be a snack for 2 people. The drinks are pretty good too. My mom usually orders the 3G milk tea (comes with boba, pudding, and grass jelly toppings) and I really like their hokkaido milk tea and taro milk tea. I like that the taro milk has bits of taro in it, not just some random purple syrup for the flavor. We only order through postmates rather than pick up, so I'm not sure how easy the in-store ordering is.

This is my favorite tea shop in San Jose. Delicious, consistent tea and amazing snacks. The popcorn chicken is ridiculously juicy with delicious fried basil and the wings are fantastic--crispy, sauced just right, and not dry at all.

The food and drinks was so delicious. Not to sugary or salty. The cashier and the employees was so nice and served us with a bright smile. I will come here every time after I work out. What a good experience, and sharing it my friend. We stayed over an hour and a half enjoying the drinks, food and sharing some laughs. Highly recommended for everyone.

Not the biggest fan of the milk tea here (it's not bad though, just nothing special), but their food is SO GOOD. The parmasian truffle fries are always so crisp. The Soy Chicken Wings have the best flavor and texture. The Calamari Rings are crispy and just... good. Popcorn chicken is pretty delish, too but I would rather have the previous 3 foods I mentioned. I crave their snacks so often 😍

Love the affordability and quality, especially at this particular location. I love the flavor of their mango green tea, it had a nice fruit flavor while not being too sweet (perfect if you like traditional taiwanese tea). Many of their drinks have multiple toppings included which is a huge bonus and makes this place comparatively affordable.

i loveeeee itea. it’s the most consistent boba shop in san jose when it comes to taste, no contest. i literally drink milk tea almost every day (minimum 4x a week) and whenever i try a new place, i always end up going back to itea. it just never fails. even on a calorie deficit, their wintermelon tea with sea salt kreama (30% sugar, 30% ice) still hits every time. shake it up so the kreama mixes with the tea and boom—tastes like regular milk tea. and it’s only 180 calories max, even with 100% sugar. that’s wild. their food is also so slept on. the basil popcorn chicken and cajun fries are always a hit, but the parmesan truffle fries??? yeah… i’ve had truffle fries at alexander steakhouse and i still prefer the ones from itea. that says a lot.

The only downside to this place is that it is very loud and noisy when it is crowded. Another reason I took off a star for this place is the smell. I feel like the store's ventilation is not working properly. Whenever I come here for my drinks, I always walk out smelling like food or burning oil. It really pisses me off sometimes. I hope they will work on these issues.

Decent milk tea with grass jelly and egg pudding. We got the popcorn chicken and it's not like your usual. The chunks are much bigger so it depends if you like the traditional smaller bite sizes with more crunch, or more meaty pieces. The fried short rib bun was good, but don't think I'll pay that much for it again.

I think this place has the best matcha tea drink. They do put red beans and pudding but I don't like those in my drink. Also, I ask for less sugar and it's just perfect. My son loves the Okinawan ,I think that's what is called. It has pudding in it and it does taste pretty good. Haven't tried anything else here but will soon. Oh also their tacos we're good but it was pretty chewy. Hopefully next time it's not. The soysauce chicken wings are good too.

I really love going here, I usually order Jasmine milk tea there, but it's so watery now days . If your hungry, I recommend the Seasoned Curly Fries. The price of drinks and foods are the same like other boba shops. Overall, this place is great

customer service is very boring shows no life that they enjoy there job. Owner must not care that have a person who is energetic and just a happy polite person can make all the difference in the establishment. But the products are good so it balances it out.

Not sure what's changed here but the service has gone down very noticeably. On 3/14 roughly at 8:09PM we witness the cashier be very impatient with the guest with one question about a reward. Made no sence why it was such a burden when there is nobody else ordering and there is enough staff to take care of their orders. We are regulars to this location but service like this puts things into perspective. As we also coordinate with the gym next door, we will not be sending over business should this continue. ITea was the go to no matter the weather back in the day. Please advice team at iTea!

If we are in a place in time where quality control makes or breaks a business, why is this business not paying attention to what they are selling?! I ordered 2 popcorn chicken and they both were constantly and extremely salty to the point that they were uneatable, and their. bourbon chicken was laced with sugar, one would think you taste what you cook before serving, unfortunately they do not..bad... really bad.

Long time customer here, these days they want to force you to fill your drink with 100% ice and they don’t budge to reduce %. Shop somewhere else you can customize order or use boba kits at home which cost fraction of price.
