This was my best Italian restaurant experience in California. The place is traditional, cozy, and very friendly, with a great variety of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and salads. Highly recommended! One of the best dining experiences in San Jose. 👌

I’m going to give my honest review. I personally didn’t think the food was Amazing, however, I’m going to give them a 10/10 because during the government shut down and ppl SNAP benefits were taken away, they really stepped in and made sure families had food to eat. The night my husband and I was in there, they had just finished a news interview and although I wasn’t anyone who was affected, I really applaud them for stepping in and making sure others had. And I also appreciate the fact that they a re family owned. To me that makes the food taste that much better. And seeing things like that just make me happy and that make me want to go back and support the business. So thank you for helping those families in need :)

The food here is very good… the salad was nice and the pasta Fungi was amazing! But what really made this restaurant stand out was the management and staff! Everyone went above and beyond to welcome my son and I , explaining the menu, asking if we had ever eaten here before and really making us feel like part of the family. The owner ( I’m horrible with names ) showed my 8 year old son all of the Lego displays, showed him some card magic tricks and even gave him some chocolate chip cookies for dessert! Needless to say my son is a fan of Tony & Alba’s now and so am I! Very impressed 👍

Passing by otw to Guitar Center I kept seeing this $6 Pizza slice + drink combo and finally I did it. In fact - I did TWO! Lol. Although she didn't quite understand I wanted the deal x2 but just one drink (slice + fountain $6 slice $6.25, .25 more than two combos) what's a quarter for a good deal! Not sure if something happened as I ended up getting FOUR SLICES I assume they wanted to ensure the slices were up to their standards or it was my lucky day. Super friendly staff. It seemed they had a few regulars dining in and each time I'm here I feel like I walked into my neighborhood pizza shop, like where everyone knows your name. Great spot - pls support if you visit Santa row or Valley Fair. They have more personality and heart than most places I've worked at or dined in at at those large malls.

I’ve had a relationship with this business for 30 years. I’d visited all their locations during their chain period. It has always been consistently the same pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had. The crust is flaky and chewy. The crust has herbs. The sauce has wine. The toppings are quality, especially the sausage. The cheese has PULL. The front of house people are always friendly. It’s pricey for pizza but that money is quality at Tony and Alba’s. May it live forever.

I love this place. I've gone here once alone with the late crew after a long bike ride and second time with the early crew. It has such nice service, fast and calm service. The food was amazing, and the nice loving style of care they give to the service and place is amazing. The location is just as lovely, with before or after so many places nearby. It's such a perfect little homey place for any passer. The inside and outside places are both lovely, and the music here is nice of an old style, no abrupt music, perfect for my great grandmother who loved it as well.

I’ve grabbed a slice from here before, and it was good…. But this time was especially unique! I was stopping by UPS to drop off a package… (I park far because I just got my first new car) and there was a disabled man in the parking lot asking for some money to eat. I didn’t have cash, but offered to buy him a slice. There was a kind lady that greeted me at the door and I told her I wanted to buy him a slice and she offered to give him one. Extremely sweet, and very generous! There was a sign at the door saying something about changing the world… they honored that. I’ll probably always remember this gesture…

This place is amazing. Family owned and operated. The customer service is great and they have games and little scenery pieces made of Legos (DO NOT TOUCH) it took someone a very long time to do it so please don't touch. It's awesome to look at and amazing to know they stuck it out all through covid and still going strong today. I love this place and will DEFINITELY be bringing my son and pup here soon too. Thank you guys for your hardwork and dedication to your business and the community.

Fairly quick from ordering to taking our order home. Not super busy at 4pm. We always enjoy their food. And they are always willing to adjust our order to fit our taste. Such as adding extra meat balls or doing gluten-free pasta. Everyone is very friendly & helpful.

These staff has been the most wonderful and kindest staff I have ever seen. The foot is lovely, music is a bit too loud but everything else is very good. There are toys for kids to play, great atmosphere. Consider trying out this restaurant, and keep this alive.

People were so friendly with my young kids and also seemed to know many returning diners. My and my kids’ pasta dishes were absolutely delicious. One gave it a hearty two thumbs-up and I inhaled my entire warm, flavorful bowl of spaghetti. We will be back as soon as we can!

Coming to Tony & Alba’s does not feel like going to a restaurant, it felt like being invited into someones home. Its cultural warmth mixed with the sweet smell of sauce, dough and fresh salad really sets the tone for the food. It is a universal law that food may transcend culture, race and gender, if it is delicious. Tony & Alba’s is no exception to this rule, as I look around I see all types of people speaking, eating, laughing. One look around and you need not be convinced by the food that this establishment is treasured.

Tony and Alba’s is giving kids on SNAP free meals right now. They started and other restaurants are following. Gotta love a local place that supports its community. Major respect. Good food, good people, reasonable prices, plenty of vegetarian options

This place is amazing. So beautiful and stunning since the moment you get there, then you taste the food and is another level of deliciousness in every bite. They have great packages and excellent attention. We will definitely come back. Their ornaments and taste are so great.

We reached here almost during their closing time and we could only order their pizzas and only outdoor dining was available. The interiors of this place are cute and they had a lot of Lego decor and games available .The staff here was very friendly and service was quick. This place is more of a family run restaurant and overall we had a good experience here.

Well, I guess I was spoiled, because I was Fortunate enough to frequently get the Tony and Alba's pizza made in Mt. View by Tony himself. Talk about a heavy box when you got takeout. It was loaded, And a little greasy because of so much cheese , just the way I like it. It was the best pizza I ever ate, those were the days my friends. I was hoping to have the same experience. I wanted to bring back memories. I even paid for ( two extra toppings of cheese, Told the girl about my experience with Tony, Said,l wanted a heavy box.. Anyway, it was an alright pizza. I will try again someday. PS. The rest of the things on the menu look fantastic. And that italian beef Sandwich, will be the next thing I order! I saw someone have it and it looks delicious!!!!!

I had a slice of pizza. Standard mom and pop pie. Looks slightly below average, but tastes slightly above average. Also, the ingredients seemed fresh. Seems very close to a pizza I'd make at home with standard equipment and without having any professional culinary experience.

Cute place it was a Thursday 2:30 pm but workers weren't very welcoming my friend and I ordered pizza slice combo my pizza my first pizza was old dough was still raw it needs not to be rushed 2 or 3 mins longer my friend took it back they gave us new ones they looked little better but still not cooked I eaten a lot of pizza to know the difference I honestly don't understand the rudeness I seen them ask other ppl were they good I don't know because I'm Mexican my friend Black I honestly won't go back I can't stand rudeness the 3 lady's were more into each other conversation I asked where the bathroom was lady pouring soda ignored me for it being a family restaurant it didn't feel family like but this is why I do this goggle maps so you know I love to eat but I know when it's good service or not you need to be nice whatever race you are im not cheap or poor I even gave a tip they didn't deserve being a Mexican woman how I get treated don't judge I felt very bad eating here I won't come again my friend said the same.
