Ok yes I do understand it's a chain, BUT this one was a huge twist. From the moment I stepped in I noticed that this LongHorn was different in a positive way, I was greeted with a warm smile, the Host was very focused and the Assosiate Manager Miss Yajaira greeted me as well. My waitress took my order and the olate came as I requested, so perfect... All the employees that passed by my table said, good night, buen provecho, or thank you for visiting. I took some time to eat taking care of a phone call, they gave my space with out interrupting, 👍🏼. At all time the waitress was checking on me for any needs, A+. On top of the great attentions provided, Miss Yajaira came to my table to verify on me, I'm more than satisfied with each and every associate that interacted with me. Thank you, this is my LongHorn from now on❗

This olive garden is very new. It has very modern decor and the furniture is very nice and appropriate. The waiting time to be seated wasn't too long and our server was very nice and quick to bring our drinks and bread. The food was hot and delicious. Restrooms were clean

The food is good. The bread is warm and soft with a bit of a crispy crust. It’s delicious with the butter. Salad is alright, but not that fresh. Steak is yummy but it’s really oily and too salty. Keep in mind that longhorn prices vary from location to location. It was $70 for just the 2 steaks, since the prices are raised as this is a tourist destination. Sort of sketchy. Service is ok, not exceptional but not terrible either. This is just a typical longhorn but more expensive.

Nice restaurant, but difficult to enter since you park in a lot next to hotel. Busy place so go early. Or call to get on waiting list. Country music and nice decor throughout. Soup and sides were a bit salty for my taste though. Service was quick. Waitress was very nice and spoke English. Cannot use coupons here so I gave it one less star plus too much salt on the food items!

Except for the lady from the entrance, the experience was good at this restaurant. We order New York steak and Alfredo Pasta. The food was delicious and our server, Aylim was very friendly and did her best to accommodate our diet requirements. I recommend

This isn't your typical Longorn Steakhouse. This restaurant added a little Caribbean flare . The food was fresh, and the service was great. The prices were reasonable for San Juan.

Danny our waiter was awesome! The decor was a little tacky. The fake tree near the host station in the very front is not very nice looking (I love real plants and trees). The food was just ok. The service was great, though. We ate the chicken and shrimp carbonara (too many bacon bits), salad, and breadsticks. I don’t think we’ll go back unless the food improves. It is still a new location and I know with time they usually get better.

First time eating at this Olive Garden location. Favorite dish is chicken alfredo with Tuscana soup and breadsticks. This location is newer than other locations and has a different atmosphere and new design so you feel like you’re walking into a newer place. Zepolli donuts are always a great desert choice with chocolate drizzle. Waiter was nice food was served quick and we were attended to well. Didn’t give it 5 stars because soup was alittle watery and very little kale or flavor and wish I would’ve seen more young people being given a chance to be employed here to gain work experience.

We came here with the family after a long day at the mall, and we were greatly disappointed. We were given Yaleris as our server, and she was terrible and non attentive. For our appetizer, we ordered the sweet chili calamari, and we had asked for the sweet chili sauce on the side, but we were given buffalo sauce instead. Our server said that it was the right sauce but didn't even go check to see if she had made a mistake. She also took forever to refill our waters. Also when she brought my parents salads she brought my mom one with the dressing on top instead of on the side and we had to get the manager to take it back in and get her a new one. When ordering our meals, my dad ordered his steak medium rare and received it medium, and my mom received her steak medium rare instead of medium. Also, our server did not ask me how I would like my burger cooked, and she brought it to me medium, which I was fine with, but someone else could have been upset by that. I would give this place another go but with a different server.

I went during lunch and it wasn't busy, which was a surprise. I didn't get what I ordered, and the salad was skimpy, plus they only brought me one breadstick at a time. I had to ask three times for more bread, and each time they only brought one. I was expecting a better experience, like I usually do at other Olive Gardens.

My Boyfriend and I went for our 4th anniversary as we do every year and for once we didn’t eat an entree. I ordered the create your own pasta with angel hair pasta, creamy mushroom sauce, and added italian sausage knowing of the up-charge. I order this exact combo every single time I go to olive garden as it’s almost a comfort food. Throughout the years i’ve had handfuls of mushrooms (as that’s why I like the sauce). This time however, the silly appearance of what wasn’t even an entire mushroom in itself was buried in the pasta that was overcooked. I was incredibly confused wondering if I maybe ordered the wrong thing but the server said that’s how it came. After explaining I assumed there’d be mushroom like every other time i’ve ordered it, she suggested a side of mushroom which I happily agreed with. Only to be presented with a cup of sauce with literally 3 pieces of mushroom that were smaller than my pinky nail. I gave up on the idea of mushrooms and started eating. Again the pasta was overcooked (which is confusing when this is an italian restaurant) and the sausage I paid $4 for, were so greasy that my boyfriend nor I could eat them. I was so unhappy with my food that my boyfriend shared his entree. Also adding when I wanted to order the buchanans pasta or however it’s called with the shrimp and steak, I was warned it’s been the most sent back item of the night and it was considered unappetizingly spicy. The food seems to have hit a downfall after coming here for years (not necessarily this location). Honestly made us decide to break our yearly tradition of anniversary dinners. Paid $80 for food we hardly enjoyed.

The atmosphere was good and our server was nice. My salad had a bug in it… i was offered a new one and declined it because I was just a little put off from that. I still ended up paying $80 in total for the bill. I don’t know if it’s pretentious to think it would be refunded, but in past negative experiences at restaurants that’s what I’ve had happen. I just find it odd it was kind of like brushed off after the initial interaction about it. The rest of the food was fine. Not a ton of flavor but not horrible.

There was no real flavor. The mashed potatoes tasted like water. None of our steaks were cooked correctly. Service was horrible. I've worked as a waitress so I do know good service and this wasn't it.

I ordered the lasagna and it was cold and I found no meat in it at all. I also ordered a side order of sausage and I only got one piece of sausage. When I told our waitress she says well I'll only charge you them for one. I will not be going back for a while. I would never order the lasagna again

Server Joe was amazing he is very attentive and very nice. Goes out of his way to make your experience amazing. Unfortunately we made the bad choice of ordering our pastas spicy. While one of the pastas was sooooooo spicy the other one had no spice at all. Even the waiter saw that the pasta was visibly over spiced. As a person that eats atomic wings I'm able to tolerate the Spice but I know darn well the spice on that pasta was exaggerated. My stomach and throat hurt while eating it. I would say it's my fault for ordering something spicy but the difference in our plates spice level told me mine was not supposed to be that exagerated I also noticed the portion sizes on the plates was totally off one plate had a good portion size while the other looked like they ran out of pasta. I'm sad at the fact that the service was one of the best ive ever recieved while the food was not.

I drove all the way to check out the new location. After waiting 40minute waitlist I was seated because they only have 1 group seating available. The waiters were nice and gave good service. But the kitchen was slow and unprofessional. I ordered a medium Sirloin and I received an overcooked one. After. Asking them to redo it brought me the exact same Term.

The worst service ever. When we arrived, we put our names on the waiting list (2 adults and 1 baby), the wait was supposed to be around 15 minutes. After about 25 minutes, seeing that people who arrived later had already been seated, we got up to ask and discovered that the employee had never put our names on the list. So they made us take another place in line, we waited an additional 45 minutes, and the table was never ready. We ended up leaving. Terrible customer service.

Without a doubt the worst representation of this companies business practices I've ever experienced in my entire life. Brought my son here for dinner. Hostess sat us down and ordered our appetizers for us very polite lady with a huge smile and probably the best at her position in the entire restaurant. This is where the experience turned. We were rushed into ordering when the restaurant was mostly empty. I asked to alter the content of the salad I just wanted extra cabbage, carrots and olives. The waitress didn't understand and grabbed another waitress, who in turn grabbed a waiter. All three proceeded to tell me all the appetizers were premade and couldn't be altered. Needless to say I wasn't happy but I'm trying to have a good time with my kid and I decided to just order anyway. Ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala which I wanted extra mushrooms and broccoli substituted for the mashed potatoes. And I didn't want the stuffing for the chicken. Again same excuses I can't alter the dish. So whatever I eat only the chicken cause I cant substitute anything. The appetizers salad and main course came out all at the same time. Feeling rushed at this point. When the waitress takes the plates she asked how everything was. Told her it wasn't very good the salad was 90% lettuce and onions. And since I wasn't allowed to make substitutions on my dinner I paid $20 for chicken breast and mushrooms. So while my son is still eating his food and he and I are in the middle of our conversation after being constantly bombarded the whole visit by staff the manager comes to confront me about my comment. I'm now angry, I tell her she can read about it in the customer survey. She says she's the manager and is the person to talk to to fix the problem. But to be honest if your servers are too scared to ask management a simple question regarding customizations and are willing to lie to customers rather then risk asking they are probably in a toxic work environment. Especially with the way the manager ruined what little was salvageable from the service experience by putting her foot in the door in the middle of my conversation with my son. He's 11 and he is the one who mentioned how hostile the environment was from what he observed. We left never to return to this location ever again. I'll just go to a different location next time this staff needs training in coordination and supporting each other like a team rather than the performance we observed here. Between the attempted code switching from the servers to the hostile manager I recommend any other location over this one.

We were told the waiting time was one hour. Even though it was a long time, we decided to wait just to eat there since it had really good reviews. After a little over the hour passed and we asked if our table was ready and were told that they were getting the table ready. Another 20 minutes passed and we asked if our table was ready and they told us that they were going to put to smaller tables together for us. Then they told us that if we were okay to get booth table. Since over an hour and a half had passed already we said yes to it but still it wasn't ready. At that point we were beyond mad for making us wait for soo long. We ended up going to another Italian restaurant down the road but not before letting the manager know about the awful service they had. She tried to apologize and offered us free appetizers but we were so fed up with the bad treatment that we rejected her offer. Furthermore, we were not the only ones that had been waiting for a long time and what's even worse we saw big groups of people leaving and people getting there way after us that got a table while we were waiting. It was a terrible experience and if you can avoid going there, I highly suggest you look for better places to eat. We went to a restaurant 5 minutes down the road that had way better service e and real authentic Italian food.

Just left from there. We order an appetizer that we never got. A second soup we never got. Never got bread sticks. Once the lady gave us our food we never seen her again. My husband had to get up himself to get us boxes to take our food home.
