It's small but big enough not to be crowded, I've been going with my fiance and son about twice a week for almost 2 years now, and the employees are like family they greet with a smile and by our names. My son is 18 months and he loves going to BK! It's also close to a variety of shops that have it all! Three nearby schools offer after school meals with the family and the parks are a stone's throw away! We love it

Burger King is better than McDonald's in my opinion. Be sure to check the Sunday paper for specials. Also specials are posted on the windows that are not on the menu. The prices at BK are lots better than McDonald's..... I always order off the value menu.

I over eat because it tastes so good, I have gone as far as 3 burgers , two fries, onion rings and two different sodas at a time. This is my very favorite burger shop. My girlfriend loves this place too but stays in control. This is the only place in town I over eat at. I don't get to eat here often but I wish I did. YUM YUM

Nice clean dependable fast food

Located in a beautifully landscaped shopping plaza, this Burger King is cozy, and has plenty of parking available. They offer quick, friendly service, is clean, food is prepared well and tastes great. They have the new self-serve computerized Coke machines and an Icee machine with Frozen Coke, Frozen Fanta Cherry, and Blue Raspberry flavors.

All of these workers are sweethearts the managers wonderful they are so kind and hospitable

This was another early evening hunger that set in, and must be satisfied, at least I felt so... I came in fairly quickly, was served, and the food was delicious after I took it to go. I was in and out in the proper amount of time with a very pleasant experience behind me in the acquisition of said delicious food. This location is at the crossroads of Madonna Road and Los Osos Valley Road [LOVR]. This Burger King meal was, as usual, a very pleasant and expedient interaction, which I can confidently recommend to you, if you like that sort of thing 😉.

I bought a breakfast platter there the other morning, and it was remarkably delicious and fresh. But not only that, I got change back from the $5 bill I paid with. And the platter even came with coffee, which the clerk offered to refill for me when I went to the counter to compliment them on such good fare. I declined, because I'd had enough coffee, but I appreciated the offer. Even the music inside this restaurant is pleasant, as have been the patrons every time I've been there. I highly recommend this BK.

Always consistent and friendly. The remodel made the store a bit less welcoming, but the food is still spot on as to what you would expect. Quick orders in person and they always have the app orders ready quick.

It's difficult to find a whopper or chicken sandwich that looks like the commercials. The 2 for $6 whopper and chicken sandwich were a close comparison, there was good quality control on my sandwiches. My food was also ready in a timely manner. The customer service was also professional. Although the food was good, the location is rather small, so there is no drive thru. With the size of the location being small, it makes the line situation rather awkward and you might not find parking in its parking lot. Another affect of the small size is the restroomz, they have seating all the way up to the restroom doors which I imagine might be rather unpleasant.

The guy taking the order was not very efficient. We had to tell him 3 times what we wanted, telling. him where it was on the menu board. Its burger King. You get what you expect. Dined last week of June 2020. Dining room was open, limited tables to enforce social distancing. Employees wore masks, self serve soda machine was down to prevent contamination between customers. Remember to get the bk app so you have your coupons available.

Well I came with a friend and was shocked to see that the employee walked out from the cooking area in her pj'z and slides... that said I don't understand how she was working or allowed to work this way. Personally, this is the difference between me still opting for Burger King instead of going to McDonalds across the street because my girlfriend prefers Burger King fries. Burger King has consistently had better deals on their mobile app until just this month, which has been my incentive to choose them even if the fries were old and stale. However, with McDonalds 5 dollar mix and match meal deal that is currently running and their improved deals on their mobile app, Burger King is starting to have serious competition for my business. What do you think? Burger King or McDonalds?

Rude staff that is unresponsive to customers 😒 don't know why I was treated like this, but ever since the remodel this location went downhill.

It's burger King, so the menu is the same everywhere. However, it took so long to get my cold breakfast sandwich on stale bread I should've went to Denny's. I try to avoid this one.

They screw up my order and had to drive back to let them know 😒 and the phone number is not listed to complain to the manager. Check your order before you leave because you might have to drive back to complain to someone who can make it right. I paid for everything I ordered and you better check your order before you leave because you might have to pay for the gas to drive back to make sure your you get what you paid for!! 😐. I gave them 2 stars because they corrected there mistakes. 😐

...so what you get should be pretty obvious. My main complaint here is that they are pretty slow. If they are busy at all don't be surprised if you have to wait 10 minutes for your "fast food". Quality of food seems to be good. The layout of the restaurant is kind of awkward, especially if they are busy.

I was quite disappointed after tonight's visit. Clearly a sign was posted that Burger King will be closing earlier then normal. 10 p.m. instead of midnight. We entered at 9:20 p.m and ordered. Sat down to eat. But an employee said would need to leave because of closing earlier, and they needed to mop the floors. . And sorry we weren't told when we ordered. We sat in car till 9:55. At that point the lights were turned off and the doors locked . Then they proceeded to mop. Along with at least what appeared 2 customers were turned away before closing. Not good customer service in my opinion.

There are only 2 employees that are welcoming and professional. Get rid of the employees who chase customers away with their scowling faces and negative attitudes. Also, this site rarely opens on time. Right now it is scheduled to be open at 6am, but is still closed. The employee(s) do not show up until 6am or later. If you can't open your doors on time, then change the time you show online.

It seems like they cant get anyone's order right today... as the 4 people in front of me had issues with their order. My order was easy and they got it right. The overall wait time was a little lengthy because the people working were moving quite slow. Hey burger king..... go visit mcd's and watch them hustle.

They where really good and being amazing workers. But now they are lacking in motivation. Always forgetting to put cheese. They microwaved the cheese when I returned it so they can put cheese. I did not like that at all. Their service is so horrible and unacceptable and unprofessional.

Deplorable. Filthy, apathetic and unenthusiastic employees working in a smoke-filled embarrassment. Trash cans overflowing and slovenly throughout. Menu board burned out, counter dirty, soda machine out of syrup. At least there was parking.

Why does the information say this BK has a drive-through when it doesn't, no fast food restaurants are allowed to have them in SLO. The dirtiest BK I've ever been to. The counter is scratched up, the floor is dirty and the walls are nicked...and they just remodeled! This is the only BK SLO has and it's like a BK in the slums. And why do the Whopper buns fall apart after only two bites, did corporate change their bun recipe? And when the heck did the Whopper get a price increase to $7.89?!

I don't know who owns this store. You need to fire the whole staff from 7:17pm on July 14th 2022.... This might be the worst burger king in America... I appreciate that the customers behind me in line were so accommodating and pleasant, but I gave up on trying to get my husband's full order and just got a value meal. Turns out, when my husband unwrapped his meal they got it wrong anyway.
