e ordered chicken Manchurian, boneless chicken biryani, and naan. Overall, the food offered good value for money. The taste was average—no complaints, but it didn't particularly impress. The chicken Manchurian, however, had an unusual touch of mustard seeds in it.

Friendly service and a great value (5% cash discount for vegetable combo lunch comes out to $8.25 after tax). Saag paneer was watery, but the paneer butter masala was better with strong flavors. Naan tasted like it was microwaved, but papadum was good. Raita was nice and thick. Good place for take-out. Overall, no complaints for the price and service. 6/19/18 Update: Saag paneer still watery, but the Kofta Halal is excellent - the curry is thick, with just the right amount of spice. It may take a while for them to prepare your food, so don't be in a hurry when you come here. Papadum is good, but I'd just have the rice over the naan. Given the cleanliness and the value for their lunches, I'm upgrading Biryani Bowl to 4-stars.

Went for dinner and liked their food very much. Ordered and Apollo fish for appetizer and it was the best dish of the night that I tasted. I would call their food very spicy and their saag paneer wasn't great either. However their Andhra chicken curry and special tasted very delicious. The person at bill counter was very friendly and even offered one item from our bill for free since it was Valentine's day.

Worst Service ! I ordered Chef’s Special mutton fry biryani for dine in they said it will take 15 min .. i gave them 20 min and said will be back .. after coming back they said it will take another 10 min … there was no rush in the restaurant at all. (Attached photos showing emptiness) and all they’ve been doing is catering to doordash orders. They don’t care about customers’ time. I wish they told me if it’s something like made to order. I don’t have any complaints on food. Its mid (average) tho. Please go for Dum Biryanis. I ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani from DoorDash which was awful. I recommend Biryani Junction than this on weekdays. they have the same problem of scaling on weekends but not on weekdays. Disappointed with the time.

Update on 15Aug2022:- Seems like they changed the name, to Bistro from bowl with the same owner and chef! still the same issue, no salt on most dishes . I can understand the spice levels wary depending on who is eating, but seasoning has to be spot on for any professional kitchen. This is for old name Biryan bowl:- Not so great Vijayawada biryani. Very little salt nor spice to be called boneless Vijayawada biryani. Can’t figure out the stale meat or spice mix was the issue. Side salan is def not fresh and is bland . Rytha is watery & tell the whole story. Good quantity though!

We went here on Black Friday. Ordered Paneer Tikka, Chili Baby corn 65 & Stuffed brinjal curry. We were surprised to see the Paneer Tikka! There was no marination at all! It was just Paneer! There were no flavors which are supposed to be in a marinated Paneer. Baby corn was not crunchy and it had too much thick flour around it. Only thing that was good is stuffed Brinjaal curry. It was worth it. I don't know why they gave Butter naan with Paneer Tikka. Ambience also felt congested and I could literally smell the food from the next table. But the price is surprisingly low. I mean they give Veg Thali for 8.99!! Which you never get in Bay area. This was my overall experience.

Tried their chicken dum biryani family pack. I was dissatisfied with the lack of flavor and low spice. From all the biryanis I have tried in the Bay Area this lacked the punch a biryani would give you. If you like subtle flavor and non spicy biryani you can go here if not I wouldn’t. Customer service was good. Their chicken 65 was decent.

Worst food ….. please stay awayyyyyyy. Vegetable Biriyani has 4 carrot pieces and 1 potato . If you care for your health and gut I badly request everyone to stay away from this place . He gave us mere rice to eat ..

Today we ordered food from this place and the experience was terrible. The food was extremely salty, and we even found a cockroach in one of the dishes. Absolutely disgusting. We will never order from here again.

Let's go in order Food: Not so great, compared to the other options available in the locality. We tried rumali roti, bullet nan, Chicken Chettinad, Kadai Paneer and few other items and they didnt taste good. Had to discard the left overs, as there was no point in saving those for later Portion: Very less. Very few paneer and chicken pieces and the taste was mediocre. Price: Very expensive for the locality. Better options available locally at less price. Wont justify against the food taste and portions. Overall: Sorry to say but not satisfied. Extremely pricy, poor taste and portions. Would look for other options in the locality.
