I came to this Subway for a quick bite during my shift @11am, 4/5/24. The service is wonderful! The young lady who helped me is absolutely amazing, and a bigger plus, she’s divinely gorgeous and so sweet with a beautiful smile. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a Titan Turkey #15 Subway jersey today. Wish I could’ve gotten her number but was too afraid to ask. Anyways, Subway, please give this wonderful human recognition for her amazing service!! A smile goes a long way, and today it definitely did that.

This location is clean and the food was fresh, For subway this is a ok store I can't say I was impressed with the food but it was good. I have had some subways that are right down nasty. I will return to this location agin.

4 because of the food was good but 2 for service! The employee making the subs was talking to her friends in line and didn't even start their order. I placed a mobile order for my lunch. I asked for it to be cut in thirds. Which it was not which honestly is not a big deal at all. But i know that the subway club comes with double cheese but i only got 3 slices not 8 and there was hardly any lettuce on it which is literally the only thing i get on the sub. I worked at subway a year ago so i know the amounts. Not upset really but wish i got what i paid for especially when i gave a tip. Not much but what i was able to give.

Second time I’ve been here in the past 2 weeks and there has been a problem with the spinach. Either it is ratty and not fresh, or there is none at all. Fresh and readily available vegetables is what keeps Subway in business. The place gets very busy during lunchtime with all the local workers. It’s a shame they are not getting the real experience. Also, there is never any napkin dispensers available at the drink counter. I always have to go back to the register to ask for napkins. Why?

We come to this store at least once a month. I had a coupon for a discount on a footlong meal. I missed a sign taped on there that we needed to let them know that we had a coupon before we order. My husband ordered a roast beef sub and built it the way he liked it. When I told them I had a coupon at the register they told me I had to let them know ahead of time and then they would have informed me that certain subs were not included, only build your own. They said he ordered a #17 I said no he did not he built his own. It had no garlic no provolone which they didn't even have provolone it was not the#17. I guess it didn't matter we could not use the coupon.i guess we were being punished for not reading the sign. This had never happened before that we had to show the coupon before we even ordered! Way too keep a customer!!

Ordered lunch from here got a plain rotisserie chicken with bacon. Put under the comments section plain and didn't want nothing on it. Get the sandwich and it has peppers,onions ,cucumbers, tomatoes spinach and lettuce. Not very happy with the customer service and and the attention to detail. Will not order from this location again.

Got a meatball sub from this location Sunday evening and have been sick as a dog for two days now...vomiting...stomach ache and al the classic signs of food poisoning. Will never eat there again .

Sad to put this because I eat here regularly because I work in Georgetown. Me and my boyfriend came in for lunch the lobby was empty. Associate Que gave us our bread choices and then another associate finished our order. We we’re dining in and as we looked all the tables were dirty. Which was not the issue I asked Manager Lisa could she get some to clean the tables . She asked Que multiple times to clean the lobby for the costumer . I don’t know what he was doing or the fact that he didn’t care enough he didn’t come . She asked again! By that time I was upset while holding my tray me and my boyfriend used our napkins and wiped off the table so we could eat with out having someone else’s crumbs on the table . He eventually came to the lobby and he was like I see there sitting down. So I said yes I’m Sitting down bc I wiped out the table bc I got tired of waiting . He got smart and said well if you wanted the table clean you should have waited longer ! Like wow really! Lisa told him not to talk back and he continued to run his mouth like obviously he doesn’t need a job bc he clearly has no respect for the company! Or the customers or his manager ! He should be fired for begin so rude and all I asked for was to have a clean table to eat my lunch on.!

I arrived at the Georgetown, DE Subway at 8:38pm and the door was locked, and the chairs were on the tables, as they had mopped the floors. The sign on the door clearly states closing time is 9pm. I'd understand if I got there at 8:55pm, but closing more than 20 minutes early is unacceptable. I was on my way home from work and needed to get dinner. Instead, Pizza King got my business.

been going there weekly for years--but i will never ever go back because they dont honor the coupons in the local paper--they made the sub and then told me they dont honor coupons anymore--what a scamm--the owner does not care about repeat customers like me so i take my business someplace else--DONT TRY TO USE YOUR COUPONS FROM SUBWAY THERE

I'm sitting here in the Georgetown, DE subway right now. It's 8:05. Had to put a few chairs down in order to sit with my family as the chairs are already on the tables. I was denied most of the menu because everything is already cleaned up and put away for the night. Store closes at 9...wow.

I got a very basic subway club on white and it was terrible. It was so gross and the meat just tastes awful. I have ordered this same meal many times at varying locations and this is the first time I had to throw it away.

I ordered an Italian BMT. They put in for a cold cut combo. I should have checked it when I was there. I don't eat bologna. The bread was soaked and fell apart the moment I opened the wrapper. It was a disgusting mess. They can't be bothered to listen and then follow instructions. Don't waste your money. My hoagie ended up in the garbage. My daughter ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. It was a disgusting mess. It was all veggies with no cheese and no meat. She couldn't even salvage it, so it also went into the garbage. **BTW** This location does not participate in any deals.

Only 2 people in the store. It was completely empty. No noise. The lady at the register was rude and had no clue what she was doing. And the other lady didn't even have her mask over her mouth and was by the food area. They couldn't decide weather they had pretzels or not. Terrible

If you want to use your earned points to discount your sub you can not do that here, the guy will pretend that the system doesn’t allow you to use more than $2 off I used $10 dollars off my sub before but didn’t have time to argue about it, place has been going down hill. They also barley put any toppings or meat on your subs, it’s like they’re charging you $30 for a sandwich that you can make at home
