Employees are nice, owner is sweet. Never really have had a pizza. I go there for the subs

Went in and got a make your own pizza, and it was fantastic. Better than a lot of the local garbage.

I love the sandwiches here, the girlfriend loves their take and bake pizzas, reminds her of her childhood.

Food is wonderful fast and it is never crowded, the faculty is also so nice and helpful.

One of my favorite Goleta lunch spots for a sandwich, salad and cream soda.

For a bake at home pizza it's pretty darn good. Fresh and tasty .

Really enjoy the Italian sub. They're about the length of a baby's leg.

The staff are so friendly. We order over the phone, then go pick it up. No wait. Always on time. The pizzas are GREAT. We BBQ ours. If you are wondering if you should go, YES!

Valentinos is fuego!! Try the Vals Bambino pizza and the Vals Italian salad! Take n Bake is where it's at. I have tried most of their pizzas and they are all delicious. They bake up perfectly and it's super easy, way better than delivery pizza. Also, the salads are AMAZING. I also get the Val's salad, its pretty much a sub sandwich but instead of bread it's served on lettuce, more than enough for for 2 or more to share, or one mega dinner salad for one person. I order the spice wings everytime, I cook them a bit longer than how long they recommend. I really like my wings crispy, and these ones crisp up perfectly and the ranch that comes with the is amaze-balls. If you are staying in for the night to watch game of thrones and play video games then this is the place to go!

Local's sandwich spot! The BLT & Steak subs are sooo delicious. The Pizza is homemade best in town take and bake pizza. All of this with a great price definitely stop in.

I only get the sub sandwiches but it’s worth it just for that. They are fresh, generous and have lots of options.

Every single thing I have tried has been amazing! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family! I even have all my work buddies coming in! I crave them on the days they are closed! The best sandwiches around and love the calzone!

Hands down my favorite pizza place. My husband and I have gotten pizza from here for years. The staff is always friendly!! Nothing in town compares to the take and bake pizza that is Valentino's.

This place makes the best sub sandwiches!! I've been going here for years and just love the fresh bread and generous portions of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Sherri and her young men are always so friendly and professional and really fast at making sandwiches!! The only problem I find is there is just not enough parking spaces for all of the shops in this little shopping center, but there is street parking if you're ok with walking a little bit. I would highly recommend this little restaurant, you won't be sorry.

We ordered three full size subs. 1 pesto and 2 Tyler specials. The gentlemen apologized they only had wheat bread left. I don't love wheat but whatever this was not going to be on par with the places I get grinders (subs or hoggies for those not from the northeast). 10 minutes later he came out with a brown bag and handed it to me. It felt like a bag of rocks. It was dense to say the least! I had to endure a 45 minute drive with these in my lap and the amazing smell coming from the bag. Sheer will got me home without indulging in front of the kids and wife. Get home, wheat bread... excellent. 3 subs fed 6, and I ate 2 more meals the next day from the leftovers. Not sure I would dive nearly and hour both ways just to go back BUT it will be at the top of the list when we are visiting.

Shocked at how big the hot subs were! Good taste! Couldn't finish a full size in one go!

This is a wonderful spot for fresh and delicious fare. Not a big place, so best for take out or delivery. Cash, credit/debit card payments. Known for take & bake pizzas (which are, indeed, quite good) this was my go to for sandwiches. Fresh baked bread and plenty of fresh ingredients and quality meats. Design your own or request one of their signature options. Salads as well, if you're in to that sort of thing. Highly recommended!

Sammiches are great and homemade. Pizzas are good too. Nothing amazing. No dining space really. This is more of a quick to-go place.

Been hitting this spot on the weekends , but will not as much anymore , i get their sandos, it's great sandwiches liked going here when they were a bit less expensive, prices everywhere is sky rocketing and the competition now to where I feel like I can just go somewhere else for same quality and price! Overall they are great 👍

I called and was put on hold except she forgot to press the hold button. I could hear giggling and after waiting 5 minutes someone hung up the phone without answer it again. This means I had to call back but worse was that the whole time the phone was off the hook no one else could call in. Good way to lose business.

Enjoy coming here, but only giving 3 stars due to the fact that I called yesterday and specifically asked an employee if you're open on NYE and they said yes. Looked at website and didn't state closed today then called and found out today that you're not open and am very disappointed, to say the least. Employees need to be better informed.

The store itself is small and OK. I understand that they make a good sandwich too. Bottom line, in the future I'll probably just have the restaurant cook my pie as the prices here are comparable. But please note that the pizza is better than Dominos and similar cheap pizza places. My comparison is to shops like Rusty's.

A BLT is bacon lettuce tomato no cheese no ham no turkey. Alil bit of communication from cooks to the people woul be nice.

The worst pizza ever

In town for the week for work, look on door dash and see Valentinos rated highly with cheap prices, no mention of delivering RAW PIZZA. I was beyond shocked when I got my delivery as I couldn't eat it and spent 20 dollars on a raw pizza. The hotel did not have an oven I could use. They could at least specify on delivery app that it is not prepared...

Just posting to pass a message over to the owner or manager.. love the food. Called tonight at 6:47pm to order a sandwich for dinner as I was just getting off work 4 minutes away from the store. Whoever answered the phone was abnormally rude about the time.. said he wasn't taking anymore orders so I was asking why because they close at 7pm. He said they could still make sandwiches and I said ok great, that's what I was ordering. This is when he got rude. He said if I wasn't there right at 7, "you won't get your food".. then I explained I was 4 minutes away and this was at 6:49pm. Then he interrupted me and said "let's hurry this up so we can get this over with".... wow. So I said don't worry about it and decided not to order. Really uncalled for. I get not wanting to stay late at work but this wasn't that type of situation. I would have had my sandwich in hand and been driving home before the clock hit 7pm. It's 7:06pm right now and I had time to make that call, drive home and write this review all just 6 minutes after you closed 🤷‍♂️. Pretty poor service tonight.
