Only 3 stars for atmosphere because it's just a typical KK - but there's nothing wrong with that! The doughnuts are a little pricey, but they are just so good, it's worth it. They're fresh, delicious, and they don't skimp on frosting or filling. There's a big variety of flavors and you can get plain doughnuts, too. Right now, they've got the Parisian specials for the Olympics. I highly recommend the chocolate éclair, but my total favorite is the birthday cake batter doughnut. The staff is really nice, too. And don't forget the specialty coffees.

Always delivering the donuts we crave! Yes, there was a line...isn't there always a line?! It moved quickly, though. Visited after 8pm on a Sunday evening; I was thrilled they were opened and even more delighted with the numerous choices/donut selection that late in the day. Thanks, Krispy Kreme! You made my party of 5 happy!

The staff is very courteous and professional amidst the current pandemic requirements regarding safety and how they can conduct business. Currently two customers can enter the establishment at a time, but this may change to allow more customers as the reccommended restrictions are eased. Of course great donuts are a staple here, and if you haven't tried them.. Be careful, they are very addictive... Good stuff

Haven't been to a Krisp Kreme in years but we had a hankering for donuts and the were having buy a dozen get a dozen glazed for $1. Since it was early donuts were fresh but couldn't help and notice how small they were. Nonetheless 2 dozen donuts for $17 isn't bad. Don't think I would pay $16 for a dozen which is the standard price 🤔

Super clean store the lady working there is very nice. everything is Baked freshly . The store smell is fantastic. They offer kids with a free donuts for each grade they got on their report card A. Top 25 free dollars for each kid. My kids love this idea

I go here every weekend. I like the store, it is clean and have a good variety of donuts. This morning I bought two dozens of Ghostbusters, very delicious. The customer service was amazing , the guy name Quang was very patience with me when I made my selection with a big smile in his face, the donuts were fresh. I will definitely come back every week.

Good Krispy Kreme donuts. Krispy Kreme tends to be on the sweeter side for a donut but I enjoy them time to time. This store makes their donuts very consistent in terms of taste and texture. Lines haven’t gotten too long whenever I’ve come here so this is the store I usually visit.

This is the closer Krispy Kreme. I've never had an issue with service, cleanliness nor donuts. I think i met the manager Olive today, and admittedly, i was a bit of an annoying customer. Indecisive, adding my offer after she tendered the transaction etc. Olive was still patient while she did most of the work on her own. Thankyou very much

Loved the new pumpkin spice pecan donuts and coffee

The doughnuts are freshly glazed when in quantities, and the are warm and toasty because of it. There is a glazing machine inside that can be seen working by the customers, and it contributes to the feeling of freshness a lot. Recommend the traditional simply glazed ones.

Went here on National Donut’s day, they offer free donut for each person. Donuts are as always great here but the service needs a bit of improvement.

Donuts cooked hours old. What happened to fresh hot donuts. It would have been nice to have a microwave at my work to warm them up.

I have never been a fan of Krispy Kreme, my daughter loves them. I think the fact that its almost $20 per dozen and I can eat 6 in one sitting because they are so small, this doesn't make me a fan of the donut shop. Stans is an amazing donut shop, and they're donuts are 3 times the size and way less in price. Not really my spot for donuts.

Staff are nice enough and speed of service is good. The decorated donuts are sickly sweet though. This time I ordered the regular glazed instead, and was surprised at how light the box felt. When I got home and opened it the donuts were much smaller than I'd expected. The taste was fine but not amazing. Will stick to the Walmart bakery where I can get twice the donut for half the price.

Yikes, this place is a hellish type of sensory overload. The fluorescent lights are glaringly bright, video game electronic music is blasting, and the long lines even late at night have nowhere to go, leading to a crowd of disorganized people in front of the case. It was obviously really poorly designed. The donuts are ok - the glazed are really good, but all the icing flavors have absolutely no flavor and taste like straight sugar; the chocolates don’t taste much different than vanilla, and even the cake donuts taste like powdered sugar rather than cake. For the prices, going to any local donut shop is probably a better bet. The service is incredibly poor. When I was last there, the red haired guy with glasses was super, super rude; he yelled at customers and should not be in customer service. And, the other guy looked sick and exhausted, and seemed completely overwhelmed. They had forgotten they had TooGoodToGo orders coming and hadn’t prepped them in advance. If you want Krispy Kreme, maybe find a way to get some delivered, rather than going into this particular store, and go for the glazed, not iced or cake. If you do go, be really careful in the parking lot; it’s extremely crowded but poorly lit so it’s easy to miss pedestrians.

The saddest "fresh glazed" donuts. The "fresh now" light was on and I got these cold barely glazed donuts that tasted kinda sour. Couldn't do anything about it since I opened the box after I already left.

They gave me the nastiest oldest donuts they had. I paid $19 for a dozen old donuts. I’m very upset and do not recommend this place.

The store manager (Selaheddin, guy with a beard) is racist, unprofessional, and verbally abusive. His staff are nice but his behavior is unacceptable and makes this place a hard pass. Get your donut fix from the San Jose or Mountain View locations or go to one of the many local donut shops in Santa Clara, but steer clear of this place unless you want to encourage bad behavior and ruin your day.

No frozen drinks for the past couple of weeks.They say they have no ice.

The fresh donut sign was on so I went in only to find out it’s not freshly made but rather reheated premade donut through heat belt and new glaze. Does not taste fresh at all.

Doughnuts were very low in quality compared to other Krispy Kreme locations. Even though they were fresh off the line, the glaze texture was grainy.

I saw at 9 pm that this Krispy Kreme location is supposed to be open till 10 pm. So I drove 25 minutes to reach there by 9:25 pm only to find it closed earlier than the stipulated timings. There was a worker in there who didn't even have the courtesy to speak to us. He was ignoring us even though he was standing right in front of us behind the locked door. Such unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful behavior towards their customers is not appreciated.

Any purchase made by the date would come with a reward of three free assorted doughnuts per the email. The cashier told me I was not given the reward and questioned my English abilities, even though I had confirmed the promotion in advance of paying. Did not receive the free x3 doughnuts promised. Extremely poor experience here and incredibly disgusted with Krispy Kreme for the low methods they conduct business akin to a scam. Warning other people here to reconsider spending your hard earned dollars at Krispy Kreme, who will refuse to honor their own marketing and let down their local customers. Always support small and local bakeries, instead of a big company that has no concern for their customers, only for their wallets. I received no response from Krispy Kreme after filling out their contact form. Visit at your own risk.

Came on Veterans Day only to the find store locked up and a sign on door written in sharpie saying closed due to being on break. Came back later only to be told by a rude younger Spanish girl that Veterans only get the original gaze doughnut and not one of their choice. I even showed her the promotional info from Krispy Kreme corporate and was only given more attitude and that they weren’t going to honor it. I’m not being petty about a doughnut, but follow corporate policy and show some respect to our Veterans.

Today between 4:50 and 5:00 PM, your male employee was working without changing his gloves. It was disgusting and a health hazard. He touched the broom and dustpan, then the donuts, and then handled the register — all with the same gloves. He even handed products to other customers with those gloves. Please review the camera footage. This employee clearly needs proper training. A warning to anyone planning to come here: be careful!!! Donuts are terrible !!!

What donut shop doesn’t do coffee? I know Krispy Kreme has coffee. Then, our donuts were weirdly chewy. Something was very off with the recipe and there was a strange taste like makybe baking powder or soda - I’m not sure but it was gross enough we couldn’t eat the donuts. I don’t think I’ve ever had a donut in my life that was bad enough that I didn’t eat it.

She said it’s only for customer. I told her I’m customer. I wanna use the washroom and then I’m gonna buy my order. She said no buy first She said you have to buy something first and then I will give you the washroom key. Definitely they are not training to how to deal with a customer.
