I really loved the way the noeli greeted me and my family and they way she gave us details on how each donut taste

The donuts are soft and tasty. Service is fast! Great place to get a quick treat

Every time I stroll by this mochi donut shop, I find myself unable to resist! My top pick is the salted caramel flavor. The staff member recommended it, claiming it to be the best mochi donut she's ever had, and I must say, I wholeheartedly agree. Additionally, I appreciate how these donuts leave me feeling light afterward compared to most.

Always satisfied with the service and food from here. The manager and the people working here are always so kind and patient. I stop by quite a lot and sometimes the manager will recommend to try something new and every time I do I have never been let down. Everything is so delicious. Highly recommend trying everything from this place you won’t be let down.

They have really cute seasonal mochi donuts! I couldn't resist getting their Halloween mochie donuts. We got an ube "bat" ($4) and a cookies and cream "spider" ($4.50) one around 11am. They were soft and chewy, very fresh. The simpler mochi donuts were $3.50. We were very happy with our purchase.

Pricing is quite high but if your out and just want a sweet treat or want to try mochi donuts, this spot is one of the best I've had. Just flat-out tastes and feels better then other spots and to be fair comparably they aren't that much cheaper then here as well.

I came here with people that I didn’t like but Mochill really brightened up my day despite that.

The person at the stand was extremely nice and welcoming, and their selection of sweets is just the best I’ve had in a long time. I definetly recommend checking this place out!

It's on the second floor across the food court. By Pandora. $18 for a box of six donuts. A little steep but that's the area. There are better mochi donuts though. These seemed a bit stale.

Workers are really nice with fast and friendly service along with delicious donuts which are perfect for a light snack on the go.

Loved my crepe it was absolutely delicious 😋 the service wasn't too friendly. But it wasn't a sit-down place. Just order up front and leave. My banana one was amazing 👏

This is food court @ Valley fair . We ordered mochi waffles w/ mango , w/ blueberries. Texture still good , but you can test waffles has been there for a while . Hope next time can come early to get the fresh one . $4.5 each

There are several locations for Mochill donuts. I went to the one in the Westfield mall in so this affects my opinion. This store is in a stand-alone kiosk which does not seem to have much of a kitchen so I suspect these donuts are made fresh at one of the other locations and delivered because the chocolate one I had was cold but still fresh. That being said the donuts are decent and chewy but not the same fresh mochi donuts just out of the fryer like I've had at other places nearby. I suspect you will have better experience at one the other Mochill Donut locations with a full kitchen that freshly make the donuts. Still the staff were polite and quick to help.

Eating room temperature mochi is like taking a bite of an elmers glue stick. So, imagine my delight when they serve me two mochi donuts at mall temperature and taste like they were cooked yesterday. Yuck. Unless you can get it absolutely fresh, just get a normal donut instead.

Not good service. Lady is very unhappy and that not good especially this time of year. Too much cream , very little fruit, uncooked crepe. Disappointing to say the least

This is the third time I come here and they tell me they cant make any more crepes that they stop making them around 7:30 when they close at 9pm. Ive been here later than 7:30 and they make them for me, "different employees". Its seems some are just too lazy to do them! Owner should have more control! Very bad service.

Their donuts taste stale and don’t have the texture that mochi donuts are supposed to have. The toppings are ok, but the dough is just not it, or maybe they just need to make fresh batches

This review is for the business owner, I just came to the mall to buy your donuts for the first time but your sales person had a very bad attitude, it seems like that she doesn’t like her job and when I told her ki want 24 donuts it seems that she got mad, instead of happy that I am buying the whole batch!!! She didn’t even explain to me that I can get different flavors with your 12 for $36 package. I have to look for another branch of this donut next time.
