Quick, and delicious. 👌 It was busy , but they were still very efficient about getting the meals done and served in a timely matter. We had the Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, & The chicken Alfredo as the main dish.

It's Applebee's and I know what to expect as far as food. I stick to fresher items like salads and grilled chicken dishes. What makes this place stand out is the staff. Ezra Paco makes you feel like part of the family. I've been a frequent patron in the last 2 years. He know my drink preferences, food likes and dislikes. His engaging and accurate prompt service is should be applauded. Support staff and bartenders add to welcoming feeling of the Santa Maria A-b's Also great for large parties. I brought a large party here after a celebration of life. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks Ezra Paco.

Date lunch with my husband. He got bourbon chicken w/ shrimp and I got the bourbon bacon cheeseburger. 2 for $30. Including your choice of appetizer to share or house or Caesar salad. For each. Food was hot, delicious and tasty 😋.

Consist. Great waiter. Zira, i believe. There when needed and made sure we knew he appreciated us coming in for lunch. Great lunch meal. Burger or chicken sandwich, fries and a drink $10 bucks.

Edited: although my experience last Saturday was not at all what I have become accustomed to from Santa Maria Applebee’s, I greatly appreciate the general manager, reaching out to me. He obviously cares about his customers and making sure his people have that training to provide exceptional customer service and the food to be consistently wonderful. ❤️

Food is what you'd expect from an Applebee's, the appetizer I got was the Chicken Wonton Tacos, they were solid, the Wonton kinda just breaks apart at first bite. I enjoyed the limited time deal of "All You Can Eat Boneless Wings, Riblets & Shrimp". Our waitress was really great and was constantly checking on us and attentive. The atmosphere of the place is what you'd expect from Applebee's, nothing too out of the ordinary. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Good food and drinks. We usually have baby back ribs and is always delicious, the mac n cheese was also delicious. The only bad point is the long waiting time which is quite understandable during covid and staff shortage.

Patricia was our bartender/ waitress and she was awesome! Gave great suggestions and really made us feel taken care of even though she was super busy! Service 10 out of 10!!

Our friends took us to dinner here to celebrate birthday. The atmosphere was ok. Food was not what we expected. Fish was dry and steak is very salty.

Okay -- Service was great. The waitress? Phenomenal. However. I would not recommend getting the mac 'n cheese with chicken tenders. It tasted like hot pasta salad and sadness, not to mention the blatant false advertising when it came to the chicken tenders. I like to take home leftovers but that dish was a no-go for sure. I'd say stick to the burgers here. Their appetizers too, they're pretty good.

I have never ever experienced such a hostile environment. We waited an estimated ten minutes without any service, any sort of acknowledgement from the staff. There was a manager/supervisor and he did not help out with at least getting our drink order. I understand if it was busy, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before, but it was not busy enough that we couldn’t even get an acknowledgment of any sort. The only tables that were helped out were White, and I felt incredibly discriminated against. Never coming here again.

Helena our server was horrible. She had no personality. Not once did i hear her say "your welcome" after we said "thank you" to her she was very unattentive,rude and wouldnt come by to check if we needed anything that also being that the restaurant was not busy. We got there before multiple people and yet they got served before us and when getting our food you could tell it was reheated. This girl had no smile on her face and looked like she hated being their. Im pretty sure theres someone looking for a job who would do much better job than she did. Rogelio the supervisor was very nice wnd had to take over her serving us...aHe was puntcual nice and attentive with the mist respect and kindness. But Helena needs a lot of work to do.

Order ice tea NO lemon. Got a lemon. Order the 3 cheese chicken Penne. Not good. Was like a frozen meal heated up. Will never return to an Applebee's again. They had about 7 tables with customers and still took awhile to get are food.

spend too much money to be very unhappy. i don’t know what’s happening here. maybe the management isn’t working out or maybe they’re hiring people that are inadequate to work in this atmosphere. my mother-in-law ordered chicken and shrimp, she took one bite of it and immediately spit it out immediately. it was uneditable. the chicken and the shrimp were both just like rubber. completely disgusting. i ordered the four cheese, mac & cheese, and chicken tender plate. my noodles were overcooked and dry, and the noodles themselves tasted like dirty dishwater. i was shocked. my husband ordered a burger and he took one bite of it and noticed it was neon pink inside. we had to re order entrees and it took nearly an hour to get our remade orders back. very disappointed. the service was okay. it’s just crazy how downhill the food as become.

Loved the songs, loved the atmosphere and the vibes. However, the food was not what I expected. I asked for well done, the meat ended up supposedly "Medium Rare", it ended up bloody red. Also, as I was enjoying the mash potatoes since I didn't want to eat the stake, I found hair inside, not on top, in the middle of the small portion of mashed potatoes. And if people wonder if it was my hair or not, the hair was black and wavy. My hair is blonde. Terrible food and such high prices, while the waitress was staring us down as if we were disgusting or smelly. Would not recommend, McDonald's is probably better.

Ate there last night . Had a big party. They took 2 hours to bring out food out. Messed up everything. Tried to talk to the manager. Hey bailed out before he could take care of everything. I dont know if it was because we were the white family in there . When they made sure to take care of the Larger group next . You need wake up manager. Don't be scared when a customer has a complaint. Be a man and do your job.
