The bibimbap was straight gasss. Really hit the spot, best I’ve had in a while and the spicy pork sauce was perfect. Will have to DoorDash from here again
Very tasty! I recommend bibimbap! For those who don't know what it is, it's like Korean pilaf (rice, vegetables, meat). Pour generously with red sauce (if you eat spicy) and stir. Enjoy your meal! Славяне, на наш вкус отличная еда, налетайте!
Came upon this place by accident. Ordered the Tofu vegetable stew to go. The lady serving me was very nice. The stew was very good. Prices resaonable. There are no fast food Korean places on the west side that i know of so to find this one makes me happy.
I got the Vegan Bibimbap and it was absolutely incredible. I seriously can't stop thinking about it. Great portions and reasonable price. The staff was also super friendly! The atmosphere is great and super cozy. I'm a student at SMC so I will definitely be back!
Love this little mom and pop Korean restaurant. Only a few tables, the feeling is intimate and the food is fabulous . We ordered the kimchi fried rice, glass noodles, beef and chicken bimbimpap and Korean fried chicken. Everything was yummy and fresh and their kimchi was really really good. Tiny parking lot so be prepared. Highly recommend this little restaurant and kids already want to come back!
Finally tried this cute little Korean joint after passing by so many times. Adorable. Food was also authentic so I was very pleased with taste and presentation. It's not a fancy place, but the food and the service was great.
Homestyle Korean food, with friendly "mom and pop" service. Good sized portions and quality ingredients. Definitely comfort food! If doing walk-in, order at the kiosk.
Very yummy. I ate the chicken japchae and the chicken dumplings. They were both very good. The chicken dumplings are tiny but they have a nice flavor and 10pc was a good amount for the price. The japchae was a nice portion so I definitely had leftovers. The kimchi was also very good, tasted like they made it in house. I’m glad I don’t need to go all the way to Ktown for good kimchi. I look forward to trying other things from here.
Hearty and healthy! Great, fresh food a stone’s throw from SMC. I got the chx bibimbap with broccoli, will definitely get it again.
Tiny restaurant bustling on a weekday for lunch, a good sign. Delicious carry out baps and Korean tofu stews to go. Recommend the spicy pork bap. Nice little booths to stay and eat, but you will have to listen to the kpop videos lol. Small parking lot out front.
Great Korean food in Santa Monica! Amazing selection of authentic Korean food and the people that work/own this place are so nice.

This is a real taste of Korean food in Santa Monica. A true mom and pops restaurant. I ordered pick up and as I didn’t eat there put it is a small place but the food has BIG (deliciousness) flavor. I will definitely be ordering again and supporting this small business is also a plus! The owners are lovely. Ps I always order from town and glad we finally have an authentic Korean place out here!
Ordered a delicious pork belly kimchi stew, and it was perfect. Great flavor, just the right amount of heat. My new go to place for Korean faves (tteokbokki, kimbap). Edit: Not sure what they put in the kimchi stew, but now I'm addicted. The best!

Stumbled upon this Korean place during a business trip to LA. As a frequent visitor to Korea and Korean food enthusiast, I was very impressed with the taste and quality of their food. Looking around me I saw what appeared to be authentic Korean staples (BiBimBap, Japchae) being enjoyed by other patrons, mostly local college students. I ordered KimChi stew (KimchiJigae) which was excellent! 5-stars for the food. The prices were fair. My one Star reduction was for the restaurant operations. Despite signs saying Order Here at the counter, you must order online or at a kiosk that I found rather clunky and required constant multiple key-presses to work. The kiosk was out of paper and unable to print a receipt. I found the tables and seating to be rather dirty and stained. Yes, there are signs around asking you to clean up after yourself, which I was happy to do, but eating a slurpy soup is bound to splatter all over, no matter how careful you are. I wiped up after myself with the few paper napkins given, but the table was stained nonetheless, by myself and previous dinners. My final regret was the wide use of single-use plastics. The trash was overflowing with plastic cutlery and bowels....all going to the trash dump. I found this unusual, as most other Korean "fast food" places I've experienced, either use reusable metal cutlery and plastic bowls, or modern compostable bowls and sustainable wooden cutlery (for which I'd be willing to pay a little more for). Finally, I was shocked they didn't offer any tea. It wasn't on the Online Menu and I asked at the counter. In summary. Excellent food. Despite the low-market location and fast-casual clientele, I was surprised at the general lack of cleanliness and use of plastic everything.
A small ma and pa type of shop serving simple Korean foods at a really affordable price with good portions. It's in a little plaza right across from the Santa Monica College and is good to check out especially for to-go orders. Seating is very limited with a few tables outside. I ended up getting the Beef Bulgolgi Rice Bowl. It came with some kimchi, pickled daikon, and peppers on the side. A very simple rice bowl that is pretty healthy with its sautéed veggies and egg on top. Service was quick and friendly and I would come back here if I wanted something quick and easy. They also do Bulgogi Fries too which was something a little surprising to me. Gotta try those out next time!
Very good with nice service. This place is super busy and does a lot of to go and pickup orders—very popular. I’d come back here. I had the chicken bibimbap. Vegan and seafood options are also available
I had veggie soondubu, beef & chicken bibimbap, and mandoo. Everything was tasty especially the dumplings. Could have a little more flavour and spice imo.
bip and bop was great but fried chicken was off - was too salty and seemed like really poor quality meat

My friend and I had been meaning to check this place out for a while. We went and ordered Ramen noodles, I got the Seafood one that’s in the picture. Sadly it was 20 plus bucks for the same kind of cup of noodle you get for $2 bucks at the store with slightly less seasoning. There was no more than 3 pieces of shrimp and very little seafood. My friend and I took our own order because to be honest the lady cashier appeared very annoyed. The overall vibe was cool, there’s a bunch of little food spots in this corner. This was a little while ago so we won’t be back to here but still worth checking out the other places in the area!

Non-Korean people on the west side, please don’t let this place think this is an acceptable Korean food. I know Santa Monica is bad with Korean food but gosh, this is almost offensive. It felt like the asian food i’d have in Europe and we’re only 30 minutes away from K town! The rice cake is bland and the cheese is cheap pre shredded one with weird after taste. Deep fried side dishes are prob frozen products but not even good ones. I was looking forward to this place because of the rating and how long this place has been running its business. Now after trying this place, i’m more disappointed in their customers than the place itself!! Let’s do better.
