Melting Pot - Savannah

Sophie was our server. She was wonderful. She drew pictures on our plates for the chocolate course. I had an apple because I am a teacher and my son had a stethoscope because he is a nurse! The food was good, too!😂

Always love a melting pot trip but especially in Savannah! Sophie was awesome and took such great care of us! We just moved here and she gave us such a warm welcome! Plus, she made us the cutest dessert plates! Will definitely be coming back soon! :)

Loved the atmosphere with the ambient lighting. Our server West was amazing very detailed oriented and helpful in choosing items from the menu. Overall, a great time celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday highly recommended to all.

What a wonderful time. Our waiter, Wes, was fantastic. He even got me at my heartstrings with my QB Baker. Go Bucs! Great dining and memories, as always!

My partner and I won a free meal here recently. I was very excited, I had never been. I was honestly a bit worried, I thought since the meal was free we wouldn't be treated as well. We were treated phenomenal. We had so much fun, our server Kaden was extremely informative and helpful. They were also all very accommodating. Everything was delicious. It was definitely a very cool experience. I appreciate so much that they treated us with the same respect as any other customer! We just moved and were trying to figure out how we would celebrate our anniversary. We want to thank the establishment so much for making it special. I do want to note that we realized after we left that we tipped the wrong amount, we felt so terribly! We tipped for the extras we got, not the entire meal. So we apologize for that and hope to make it right next time!

Kaden B and Sophie were absolutely amazing and worked as a dynamic duo. The restaurant staff and environment were exceptional.

My oldest daughter and I came to have some one-on-one time at one of our favorite spots, and it was lovely as usual. Jeejii was our server, and she was so sweet and attentive. She waited on my husband and I on our last visit here as well, and delivered the same great service. We will definitely be back.

Me and my partner recently celebrated our 1 month anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! Our server Trevor was phenomenal, and was so kind and accommodating! It was his first day apparently and you couldn’t tell, such a great guy!

Always a lovely date night here at The Melting Pot! We thought the perfect 10 deal was really worth it- it’s a perfect amount of food to be comfortably full. The experience is always so classy and fun, and Jeejii’s service was top notch. We loved the special date night art with our dessert!

Our server Walter was so friendly! Had great insights about the menu and the recommendations were delicious! Jordan the GM was also great when it came to applying our coupon and making sure we were taken care of! It’s our 3rd time in 2 weeks and each visit has been a unique experience! Happy hour pricing was also unbeatable at half price Fondue!! Love this place.

I had an absolutely lovely and romantic anniversary dinner with my husband Saturday. The Love Martini was DELICIOUS as well as our food. We love coming here for our anniversaries as we know we'll always get great service and delicious food every time. We even got a happy anniversary card from the staff!! 🥹

Walter was absolutely phenomenal. He guided me on what to order Four Course Meal (1 person) and everything was fantastic! He also sold me on some Garlic & Wine seasoning… delicious!!! Banana Fosters is where it’s at for dessert.

We had a Mother/Daughter date night and it was my daughter’s first time at The Melting Pot. It was her first experience with fondue. Our Waiter Erick S so was patient with us and did an amazing job. We had so much and really enjoyed ourselves!!

Erick was our server and he was amazing! This was my husband’s and my first outing since having our baby, and we came for Valentine’s Day. The experience did not disappoint. Wonderful service and such a special night for us.

You definitely come to the Melting Pot for the experience and cry a little when it’s time to pay. Service was top tier. We had Z as our server and he was nice and patient with our requests. Even let us know we could take home the leftover chocolate (score!). General manager also stopped by and checked in on us. Food was really good (obviously since we cooked it) but the seafood tasted fresh and the Coq Au Vin was perfect. Price. The only complaint. So expensive but we keep coming back so clearly it’s good! Overall 9/10!

Brooke was very welcoming! Compliments and acknowledgment won my fiancé and I over. She explained every meat, every drink, every cheese, and every dessert. I’ve never had a server so knowledgeable about a menu! An amazing Valentines Day experience as a newly engaged fiancé. Can’t wait to experience Melting Pot again, right before the Wedding!!!!

One of the best expierences we've had. Everything was perfect from.the service food and atmosphere, cleanliness just all of it. our waiter Brandon and his tranee (i cant remember her name, Im sorry) both were amazing! The food is always great! And its just a great expierence. All together! Must try.

I had my birthday dinner at the melting pot yesterday and had the greatest time! I was given a little gift from the staff that was very thoughtful. The food was great and the experience itself is so much fun! We took advantage of the 4 course date night deal. The shining star of the night was our server Kadn. She was so lovely. Sweet and attentive, social and caring. She took excellent care of us and really elevated my birthday experience. Thank you so much , Kadn! We’ll definitely be back to see you soon!

Absolutely incredible all around! This is our 9th anniversary and melting pot was a great choice! Food was fun and packed with flavor and our server Wes went above and beyond in making sure our experience was memorable. He gave expert recommendations and kept the mood up with banter nice conversation. He definitely made the experience more warm and pleasant. Everything was extremely well executed and we will for sure be back in the near future!

Took my wife for Valentine’s Day and had an outstanding experience! Our server, Z, did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and plan to return for future dates with the wife.

This place is bad-ass. The food is always on point, and the time is 100% worth it. Just make sure you only go here with people you like, because this is an interactive culinary experience that is not to be rushed. You'll be spending a great amount of time with your friends! Its also worth every penny. Overall badass.

We came for Valentine’s Day lunch. Z was our server and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about the menu, great friendly personality and very efficient as a server. We did the meat lover valentines 3 course meal and everything was great! I love the lemon berry mojito and my husband really enjoyed the Bourbon flight. We had a great experience. We are from the area but this was our fist visit. Will definitely return!

Dinner at melting pot was absolutely amazing! We loved it, we got the four course meal and it was just incredible. Our server Z was amazing, he answered every question we had and explained everything. He was just an all around really awesome server with a great personality. The entire experience was wonderful. I absolutely recommend!

Today my bf took me out to the melting pot and let me tell you everything was up to part. Our server Bre was TOP TIER and an absolute delight. Her personality her hospitality and energy is magnificent. So grateful to having her as our server on our special day

5/5 stars for Bre! We came in to celebrate 2-years together and Valentine's Day, and Bre made the night absolutely perfect. It was my girlfriend’s first time at The Melting Pot, and Bre was amazing at walking her through every step of the experience without making it feel overwhelming. Bre’s recommendations were spot on. She guided us toward the Zen broth because she learned we loved ginger, and it really shined! We shared the meat and seafood options, which were perfect for trying a bit of everything. And for dessert? As Thin Mint lovers, the Dark Chocolate Mojito fondue did not disappoint... we left stuffed and happy. If you want a server who truly listens to your tastes and elevates the ambience, ask for Bre. She made our night unforgettable!

Eric was amazing and attentive! Always kept our waters full and was able to answer any questions I had! As someone with Celiac eating out can be difficult and scary, but I was never worried about my health! Lovely night out :)

My boyfriend and I went to The Melting Pot in Savannah for a late night date and had such a wonderful experience. We ordered the Late Night Out and everything from start to finish was amazing. We also got a 2005 bottle of wine that was incredibly delicious, especially for such a great price. Our server Erick was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, and he really made our evening feel special. The cozy and romantic atmosphere also made it a super fun experience. We loved the food. Every course was delicious, and the dessert was definitely a highlight. We even got the cute plushies. I got the strawberry and the cheese pot, and I thought they were super cute and fun. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a romantic and fun night out. We will definitely be back. 💕🍷🍓🫕

The melting pot is a top ten for taking a date. The experience is level 11, and the food is good too. Unfortunately, as with many restaurants, the melting pot has scrapped much of what made it amazing in exchange for what? I don't know. The last few times I've dined in one of these, the restaurant was nearly empty. They need to go back to to old way. Years ago there were 4 pots per table, 2 broths, one hot oil for deep frying and one skillet for pan frying. Devastatingly FANTASTIC!!! Today you get one pot, or two if you have a BIG table. Today we had one pot. Without thinking we chose a broth, and then proceeded to boil fillet mignon in it, ugh. On a more positive note, the food is super high quality! And you will be stuffed to the gills when you leave. All in all, the melting pot is still a 5 star option and you are going to love the experience of eating freshly melted cheese on all kindsa goodies!!! And that's just the beginning!!!

I had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot! The food was absolutely delicious and made the night feel really special. Our server, Erik, was outstanding—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Walter, the manager, also stopped by our table to check in, and he was great as well. His kindness and attention really showed how much they care about their guests. Overall, excellent service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back!

During a Pre-Valentine celebration in Savannah, my wife and I wanted to try something new, so we visited the Melting Pot. The first course consisted of cheese fondue. There were several choices available to choose from. We chose the classic Alpine, which consisted of a variety of white cheeses, white wine and seasonings. Pretzel bread, and a selection of fruit and vegetables were provided for dipping. The second course was the California Salad with candied pecans, Gorgonzola cheese and a delightful raspberry vinaigrette. There third course was the meat, in which I chose the duck, salmon, and shrimp, with the Moho as my choice of boiling hot liquid in the pot. There third course fourth course was the dessert. We chose and shared the creamy gooey chocolate and caramel pot with candied pecans (the turtle). Our dipping items were cookie coated marshmallows, apples, grapes, bananas, pound cake, brownies, and rice crispy treats!!!!! It was all delicious!!!! Next time, however, we have decided to select the grill instead of the pot for our meat course. I would advise you to try this place out as soon as you can, and ask for Brooke. She made us feel right at home and she was the ultimate professional. The general manager even stopped by our table to chat, which added to our overall experience.

We made a reservation at 7.45 pm for 4, we showed up at 7.50 and we had to wait 20 minutes before getting our table. 10 minutes to get our orders and they even got our drinks wrong, I am not sure what has happened, the place looks really good but the service was not it. The salad had hair on it too 😶. P.S: We got taken care of after the review and the manager handled it perfectly, super nice guy and professional.

This place was a nightmare. Considering that I took the time to make a reservation and it turned out my table was given to other patrons because I was 15 minutes late due to traffic near there location.When I tried to explain to the General manager Jorden, he was not accommodating as he wouldn’t allow me to sit at the bar and threatened me with calling the police . Because I wanted more clarity on why I had to leave the restaurant because I no longer had a reservation. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and it was Valentine’s Day . The owner of this establishment is Jason Andrew Stravinsky and I recommend that he gives his employees training on how to better manage and incentivize patrons.
