There isn't enough good things that I can say. Chrissy is awesome. She is frequently cooking in the back herself. If there is something wrong, you have to speak up-she will fix it if she can. She is a great businesswoman and an integral part of the community. If you are looking for a quick bite or ice cream, or if you want to check out her specials, there is never much of a wait. You can also pick up... wish she had delivery!

Our first experience with Chrissy's Cravings was a very positive one! Our server, Ruth, was welcoming and prompt with our order. The ice cream shop/diner style restaurant was "right up our alley". We are plotting reasons to travel Route 40 in NY again, so we can make a second visit. 😉

Place is great they handle special requests with a smile. No problem giving nuts on the side so my bird Jade can eat it. And never any sarcasm when I say the baby cone with sprinkles is for my bird. This is clearly a local favorite in a small town. You can tell it's a family run place with staff that cares. The kids had a great time with the small play area outside and everything was fresh and place was just so cozy. Thank you, we will be back!

Yesterday I ordered 2 specials. Corn chowder and corned beef wraps. The wrap was excellent. The chowder could have came from a 5 star expensive restaurant. Wow wow wow.

Best place ever to eat. I go there at least 2 or 3 times a month. Moved to SC a few months ago, and I'm sure missing the great food.

I had a chicken sandwich today, and wow, it was amazing. I tried a few things before, and they were good, but that sandwich really hit the spot.

Great family place to come for ice cream or dinner, we've never been disappointed in either. Covered picnic tables to enjoy your purchase. Play equipment to keep kids busy. Never dined inside but it seems like a nice space. Only minor gripe is cars come a little too close for comfort parking directly in front of the service windows, even a small no parking area would be an improvement.

Chrissy's cravings does breakfast now. Came in this morning to check it out and it's good diner fare with some specialty items. I asked for recommendation and was told that the Philly cheese steak omelette was a favorite. So I got that and also some chicken and waffles for my son. Both were delicious I completely cleared my plate and started helping my son on his too. The food was good, the service was good, and one of the things that I really noted was they treated every customer as if they were a "regular". Very welcoming and upbeat.

Our wraps were outstanding, Wonderful customer service and very friendly environment. A fantastic place to bring your kids. We will definitely be back soon !

I just had breakfast for the first time at Chrissy's...I don't know why I waited..it was excellent! Great food, huge portions...I jokingly decided I should go once a week and order something different each time from the breakfast menu..it would probably take an entire year..just might put it on my bucket list! This is by far a hidden gem! After moving here from the SF Bay Area I have struggled to find a place to eat quality food in the area. Being gluten intolerant adds difficulty to my search; and frustration. I had driven by for months thinking it was going to be more “American Food” that I am unable to eat. When we decided to check it out, to my amazement, they have gluten free bread! Not only that.... it is Really Good and Chrissy herself had went over all of my gf options with me! This opened up a lot of the menu for me; which is surprisingly large for such a small place. To my delight the food is Amazing! The atmosphere and customer service is as well. My family absolutely loves this place. Serving the areas classics like mini dogs and fish fry’s; as well as many sandwich, wraps, burger, sides and ice cream! And to top it off, they are open during the winter as well! My fav is the reuben on gf bread! Thank you Chrissy’s!!!!!

First time stopping at this ice cream shop/diner. What was supposed to be a 10 minute ice cream stop turned into us hanging out for an hour in their adorable picnic play area around the back. Staff was super friendly, ice cream was SO good, and the smell coming from the diner was making a girl on semiglutide hungry!! Great place. We will be back!!

Very cute diner in the heart of Schagicoke, NY. Very clean inside with excellent service from the waitress. I can tell this is a hometown favorite. Some of the customers appear to be regulars here. Places like this are the best. Today I stopped in on my way home from getting tires. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with the macaroni salad. It's was very delicious. Next time I pull through I will remember to stop back. They have a great menu with reasonable prices. Huge ice cream menu too.

This was my 2nd visit. The burgers, eggplant fries, coffee and even the chips were great! I took home the Carrot Cake and just ate 3 bites of the best carrot cake I have ever eaten. Heavenly doesn’t do it justice. I just gave my hubby my leftover salad from last night’s dinner and am sooooo enjoying this heavenly cake with a glass bold red wine for my dinner! Amazing small town eatery!!! The prices on the menu are extremely fair and the food is out of this world. The interior portion of the building is extremely family oriented. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommend. Don’t forget the Ice Cream or the Apple Jack sundae.

What a cute place! Went for a ride with my father and we decided to stop for lunch. I got this amazing Carolina pulled pork wrap with crispy onion rings, Cole slaw, and pulled pork was so flavorful and the sweet potatoe waffle fries were amazing! My father got a Ruben sandwich and chips which was also very good! We can not wait to go back and try more! People were amazing and friendly and the inside was so cute. We sat outside on the patio they have and ate our lunch. What an adorable spot they have going on there! Love it!!

I appreciated the warm and polite greeting from my server when I entered the restaurant. I didn't review the menu and chose the daily special, a mushroom Swiss and bacon burger with a fresh, tasty bun. The burger came with an option of fries or Mac salad, and I opted for the Mac salad. I was expecting something akin to hot macaroni and cheese and it turned out to be a creamy, cold macaroni salad with tuna. Despite it not being what I anticipated, it was quite good. My server deserves a shoutout for efficiently managing the floor solo, apart from the kitchen staff. The restaurant itself is a very colorful and well-designed space that clearly appeals to children, as seen in the many photos of them on the walls. Though the tinted windows help keep the place cool, they unfortunately dim the bright, cheerful decor inside. Overall, it's a pleasant spot with commendable service and enjoyable food.

So, I am a big fan of Chrissy’s. Been going there for years. Good food. Also, I know inflation is sky high now. But we paid $9.71 for 4 chicken tenders. 10 dollars for a wrap that was about 4 bites on each side (cut in half). 9 bucks for a quesadilla. It’s just a bit much. I just can’t do it anymore when I can do cheaper elsewhere. I am sorry Chrissy’s. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Other than that, their food and ice cream is good. I usually get the Buffalo chicken wrap and I think their chicken tenders are very good. I also got an Italian ice and whoa boy it was good, but it’s like frozen sugar lol. Twas hard falling asleep that night.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. The cookie monster ice cream was great. I was disappointed with the minimal amount of fudge. Plenty of parking and some tables under cover to get out of the direct sun.

I have been here several times, hoping for a better experience because they are local. I've never felt like the wait time was appropriate and I have never "absolutely loved" the food. Costumer service is also not the best in my experience.

The food and service was good. What I hate about this place is the BEES, BEES, and BEES. It makes it so unenjoyable. There are so many trash cans spread out around the picnic tables, that the bees are obviously attracted to, that you can't move without a bee in your face. Maybe invest in a couple metal bear trash bins. I don't know if this is a solution or not.

We ordered food after a long hike, The Ruben and The Affirmation with came with chips and round sandwich pickles (instead of traditional pickle skewers). The food was palatable but nothing special, more like a greasy spoon. The sandwiches were sopping in oil and salty, left us parched. They forgot the bacon on the Affirmation and apologized when my friend brought it to their attention, they provided the bacon but didn't remake the sandwich. Others seem to only order ice cream, so we should have also. They seem to have unique ice cream flavors so we may stop in if we're in the area, but wouldn't go out of our way to visit.

Food was excellent. I ordered French Toast. Found a hair halfway through. They did make me another batch but I was too weirded out to eat. I thought maybe they wouldn't charge me but I was charged. Not that I minded but

I Tried the Banana split with caramel and whip cream . Everything was perfect expect for old bananas on the bottom 😔. We came all the way from Clifton Park to try something different for a change . My wife's waffle cone was amazing but I chose the banana Split . I am hoping this Review will help with better service and food preparation 🙏. I know it's only Ice Cream but it matters to simple people that Love Good Ice Cream guys 🙂. For people that like old banana's this is the place . For those that like fresh banas - this is the place as well I think . Today I got old bananas. Saturday - I will be back to revise my Review .

this place is overhyped. every time i've been here it's been nothing over subpar. most of the food items on the menu are nothing but different variations. always jammed packed and it makes it worse that the inside is incredibly small! (and so is the parking lot) this place doesn't have the room it needs for all it's customers. the waitresses are very nice and always apologize for their slow service but it starts to get old when every time is a 2 hour wait to get food! children are always screaming in there and it's incredibly loud!! last time i went it smelt awful like a toilet that hasn't been cleaned in years, not to mention the fact that there was pee on the floor and on the toilet! i do not recommend going here unless you're just here for the ice cream. (because aside from all of this, it's good)

Dining here this evening and waited over an hour for two burgers and some chicken tenders. Yes they were busy, no one checked on us in that amount of time so we decided to let the kids play on the playground while waiting. Immediately we noticed a support board to the pirate ship pulling away from the ramp with multiple screws exposed. This may be a maintenance oversight or something however it is a very bad safety hazard and I will not be able to let my children play there. The food finally did come after several tables that had been seated after us we're already done eating we were told that 25 orders came in at the same time and that was a delay. I'm not sure how other people seated after us in ordering after us would be fed first but okay. We have been regular patrons of this establishment since it opened and with Chrissy at her prior restaurant she worked at also in schaghticoke. I post this not because of the service but because of the safety issue. I can't in my right mind let it go knowing some child may get hurt and possibly need a tetanus shot do to the condition of the playground there was no one to tell about this as we had to go find someone to pay because our check wasn't even delivered. Please close your playground equipment until it can be maintained properly in order to avoid injuries I'm sure you wouldn't want your own children or grandchildren playing on this in the condition that is currently in.

Horrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes for food, the girls working were just hanging out talking. My corn dog wasn’t fully cooked. Had to get a refund, don’t waste your time!

Ordered 2 hot dogs, was the only one standing outside ordering( there were customers dining in inside). Waited 20 minutes and finally I asked the girl how much longer she said it would be a minute. Waited 10 more minutes and still nothing so I finally just asked for a refund. There seemed to be one person cooking everyone else just standing around talking. Would not recommend.
