I recently had an incredible dining experience at Fogo de Chão, and I have to give special recognition to the amazing team who made it unforgettable. Our servers Jackie and Jake were outstanding—attentive, warm, and always a step ahead with anything we needed. Carlos, the catering manager, went above and beyond to check in and make sure everything was perfect. Isabella, our host, greeted us with such kindness and professionalism that it set the tone for the entire evening. The rest of the staff was just as impressive—efficient, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious. Every cut of meat was cooked perfectly, the sides were fresh and flavorful, and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for exceptional service, incredible food, and a memorable dining experience, Fogo de Chão is the place to go. Highly recommend!

What an amazing atmosphere and wonderful New Year’s Eve! My boyfriend and I had the most beautiful service all thanks to the amazing Avery! This was my second time here and his first - she did not disappoint. Made wonderful recommendations, accommodations and ensured that I knew what I could and could not eat - since I am that annoying guest who has the utmost dietary restrictions. If you are lucky enough to get her as a server - just know you’re in for a real treat. She’s well-versed on her knowledge with the full menu but also creates great conversation and laughter! Everything was amazing! The lobster tail was cooked perfectly as well as the crab cake! I loved the yellow bird cocktail! The staff made sure our water was filled and continuously brought out clean plates! The beef rib was my favorite! Carlos was awesome as well as all the other staff

Absolutely outstanding experience at Fogo de Chão in Schaumburg. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier — attentive without being intrusive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food was phenomenal. Every cut of meat was perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and brought out hot and fresh. The filet, ribeye, and lamb were especially incredible — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The Market Table was spotless, beautifully presented, and had an amazing variety of fresh options. What really sets this location apart is the consistency and pacing. The gauchos were prompt, friendly, and made sure we never had to wait long for anything. Drinks were refilled quickly, plates cleared efficiently, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-managed. This is easily one of the best dining experiences in the area for both special occasions and just treating yourself to an amazing meal. Worth every dollar. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended. Amazing Management was very present, Dieogo, Carlos. Our Servers and Gauchos were Jared, Diego, and Justina. They were attentive and very informative. We had the tomahawk and Branzino which were both perfect. And Brazilian Lemonades paired that tasted so good. Thanks for always giving me an amazing service here at my favorite steakhouse in Schaumburg.

It was the best 15th birthday dinner we could ask for. The market table selection featured fresh seasonal salads and was mesmerizing with colors and textures. All the cuts of steak we tried were great. My son absolutely devoured lamb and lamb chops. The tastes were incredible and cooked to perfection. We went with lobster tails also and different dessert. All for the win. The interior design and ambiance is definitely one of our favorites in the neighborhood. Will be back

Food was amazing!!! Service is always the best when I come here. The salad bar has many selections that compliment the taste of any dish you try. If you’ve never been, you have to come!!

I recently went to the Schaumburg location to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and not only was the food absolutely delicious — I had the pleasure of being served by both Vladimir and Jake. Our first experience at any Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse and what a delightful experience it was! The waiters and restaurant staff were all super attentive, friendly, and asked several times our preferences of meats and how we like them done. The meats were all satisfying; Our favorites were Bottom Sirloin, Ribeye, Beef Ribs and Filet Mignon. The Salad Bar was full of tasty salads and more, the Sweet Pototo casserole was very good, too. The Creme Brulee dessert topped off my birthday celebration. We highly recommend this restaurant for a beautiful dining experience!

My daughters took me for lunch to celebrate my birthday. All the staff was very friendly and ready to help. The food was phenomenal and the meat selection was enough. I really liked the cheese with honey. I made sure not to fill up my plate with salad bar items. Carlos was very funny and always came around to ask if everything was ok. But also all the other staff members kept on checking on us. I should have take a note of their names! I tried the papaya with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I usually do not make that many reviews, but I definitely wanted to shout out the staff, especially Armando! Super welcoming and attentive. I was there with my boyfriend on 10/21 and it was my first time and we had a really great experience. The food was fresh, salad bar was awesome and it was also my birthday the next day and Armando hooked us up! He's honestly one of the best servers I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back, thanks for making my birthday great!

Came for lunch with my business partners. It was really well ambient and was able to enjoy my food while still having a calm environment to speak. Service was really good, Carlos was really friendly and helpful guiding me through the menu and all there choices.

Carlos, Ethan and Illiana all were amazing. The bacon wrapped steak and chicken were my favorite meats. I love the polenta fries and cheese bread! Everyone and everything was ready to go and I walked in a few minutes before they were open. The lox, tomato and mozzarella, and other charcuterie board meats and cheeses were really good. I'll definitely be back.

Loved our time at Fogo de Chão! We sat at the bar and everything was delicious. Vladimir took amazing care of us so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

We love that they opened the Fogo de Chao in Schaumburg!! We used to go to Rosemont but this is so much closer for us. The churrasco dinner is great, but if you have a chance you should try their Bar Fogo menu. You can’t go wrong with the Picanha Burger for $10 or the Picanha Empanadas for $6. There Filet Mignon Board is also delicious. Top it of with a caipirinha or there Paradise Spritz mocktail and it makes for wonderful experience.

Great food, tasty and delicious, also amazing caipirinha, mango was the best if you like on the sweat side if not the premium is amazing as well. Great service and great management. Totally recommend this place👌

Manager was really nice! Staff here was helpful and delighting in terms of food, drinks, and always checking upon you. Food is super fresh. Its always best to come here 30-40 mins after opening so you can get the best spots. THANK YOU ALL

My husband and I had a great experience. We did the full Churrasco experience and it was so worth it, every cut of meat was tender and flavorful. My favorite was the filet mignon. One of the servers, a lovely lady named Miciel was able to bring me a second round when I requested it, but everyone was very attentive. Another one of my favorites was the little cubes of cheese with honey and the plantains. Since we celebrated our anniversary we also had a complimentary dessert which we really enjoyed. The cocktails are also delicious we had the yellowbird and the passionate caipinriha. There was a lot of big family parties during the Dinner time and it created a good vibe, everyone was celebrating something and everyone seemed happy. If you are a meat lover you will enjoy this place a lot, the service is great and I highly recommend it to anyone.

My family has been going to Fogo de Chao for several years now, and it’s never missed the mark. This time we decided to try the new location next to Woodfield, and simply put, the interior is beautifully decorated and the food (churrasco experience) is just as good as the Rosemont location we are used to. We will definitely be back next year!!

Such a nice place. We felt very well taken care of. Especially attentive people were Diana, Aldo, and Lizbeth. They made our 15th anniversary very special.

Diana was our Customer Service Rep and made sure the meal experience was top notch. Our servers, Dawn and Justin, were awesome and on-point. This was literally the most crowded Fogo I have been to, but the service here was impeccable. I never ran out of meat or beverage or sides, the salad bar was awesome and well-stocked. I felt like we were extremely well taken care of, especially considering how busy the place was. I was impressed and we will be back!

I had a great experience at Pogo Brazilian Steakhouse! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a nice dinner or special occasion. The meat selection was excellent — everything was cooked well and full of flavor. The servers kept coming around with fresh cuts, and it was easy to try a variety of different meats. The grilled steak and chicken were especially good. The salad bar had a nice variety too, with fresh options that balanced out the heavier meats. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, Pogo Brazilian Steakhouse is a great place if you enjoy Brazilian-style dining and want plenty of delicious food. I would definitely go back again!

To start off, the place look amazing. I went in there for drinks with my partner. My partner enjoyed the Fogo experience. The staff was amazing and very attentive and polite. Specially a certain Fogo employee! His name i recall is Rudy. He made sure we had an amazing experience! Which he indeed accomplished! Thank you Rudy for making our Fogo experience wonderful! My partner and i would for sure come back!

Amazing service, good, and atmosphere! Carlos the manager along with our waiter Rudy, were absolutely incredible. Made my husband and I feel so welcome and comfortable. It was our first time in a long time on a date and this experience made it even better. Definitely will be coming back and telling all of my friends and family!

Friendly service. Quick service. We came for lunch the $18 salad bar is a good deal if you don’t wanna have all the meat if you do want the meat it’s $49 very similar to Texas to Brazil some of their items I like a little better. OK We also had the molten lava cake for dessert, which was very good with ice cream. Probably the best one I’ve ever had. We were here celebrating a business venture.

Manager Carlos was incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly — you can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. So many options and all of them delicious. The Market Table was fresh and had a great variety too.

The service was wonderful from the beginning. We were greeted & taken to our table right away. We were shown the salad bar & everything on there looked delicious. They took our drink orders & were quick to bring them. We got the Full Churrasco & it began once we turned the thing at the table to indicate that we were ready. The service was amazing throughout; the waiter was friendly & fast. We will definitely come back more often. Highly recommend the Schaumburg location.

I was very impressed by how hard and efficient work that all the staff did. They always kept our table clean, bought us fresh and delicious food, and were professional and friendly at all times. I had a great meal featuring a variety of cuts of meat, all prepared in a way that made it tender and flavorful. It is worth noting that this location is going through some "growing pains". We had to wait almost an hour past our reservation time before being seated, but the manager did a great job in acknowledging this issue and assured me it is something they are focusing on going forward. I am looking forward to my next visit here.

My family has always been a fan of Fogo, and this was our first time visiting the Schaumburg location since we moved. We came in late October to celebrate my dad’s birthday and went during the “Best of Brazil” promotion, which was a fantastic deal. The atmosphere was just what we expect from Fogo: pleasant, elegant, and perfect for a special occasion. The service was also excellent throughout the meal. The meats were delicious and cooked exactly to each of our preferences, which we really appreciated. They also kindly offered a complimentary birthday dessert. It did take a little while to track someone down to request it, and then we waited about 30 minutes for it to arrive. but the creme brulee was absolutely worth it. The smooth texture and sweetness were spot-on. The only downside was that most of us didn’t feel great later that night and into the next morning. Interestingly, my brother (who only ate meat and skipped the salad bar) felt completely fine, while the rest of us were a bit off. It may have just been an unfortunate one-off, but since it’s the first time this has happened to us at Fogo, it does make us hesitant to return to this specific location right away. But that said, everything else about the experience was wonderful.

Staff was friendly. The Market Table was great. We came for lunch so we were the second table seated. All of it was picture perfect and fresh. Loved the Gigantic Beans and the yogurt parfait. The corn polenta fries and fried bananas were great. The beef bone marrow was good. Could have had a bit more of a char on it. The cuts of meat that came around were okay. The lamb was a scene stealer. They came around with filet once and I never saw ribeye. When the filet showed up it was so crunchy with salt I couldn't eat it. Sadly they forgot about us for dessert. It was over 40 minutes before someone checked on us for that. Then a wait for key lime pie that has little prep time. There weren't that many people in there yet. Not sure if I'll be back.

Today, Saturday, September 20, I came to Fogo de Chão in Schaumburg with my sons, grandsons, and daughters-in-law to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant made a very positive impression. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting, and everything from the décor to the cleanliness of the dining area felt well taken care of. The staff at the front greeted us kindly, and our server was attentive with drinks, clearing plates, and checking in throughout the evening. The market table was excellent and exceeded expectations. It was well-stocked with fresh, high-quality ingredients and offered a wide variety of items that paired perfectly with the meal. Everything was neatly arranged and replenished often, which showed good attention to detail. My family and I enjoyed trying different salads, cheeses, vegetables, and sides before moving on to the main feature of the dining experience—the continuous tableside meat service. Unfortunately, this is where the experience fell short. The gaucho-style service, where different cuts of meat are brought around to the table, was noticeably slow for us. There were long stretches of time when no one came by, and we found ourselves waiting and watching other tables receive service more regularly. Considering that this style of dining is the centerpiece of Fogo de Chão, it was disappointing to feel overlooked, especially while celebrating a special occasion. The inconsistency of the service took away from the overall flow and excitement of the meal. That said, when the meats did arrive, the quality was very good. The cuts were flavorful, tender, and cooked properly to various preferences. It’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in preparing the food. The evening ended with dessert, which was truly outstanding. I ordered the New York cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce, and it was absolutely out of this world. The cheesecake was rich and creamy with a perfect texture, and the strawberry sauce balanced it beautifully with just the right sweetness. It was the highlight of the meal and a memorable way to conclude my birthday celebration. In summary, Fogo de Chão in Schaumburg offers a beautiful dining setting, professional staff, and excellent food quality across both the market table and desserts. However, the slow and inconsistent pacing of the meat service significantly impacted the overall experience. For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, I expected a smoother, more consistent flow of service at the table. While the evening still had enjoyable moments and my family and I made wonderful birthday memories, the dining experience could have been much better if the meat service had matched the high standards of the rest of the meal.

Fogo de Chão ✌️ First time here. Tbh all the meats were actually pretty good. A bit salty tbh but most of them were pretty good. Besides the medium rare ones I didn’t enjoy but that’s just me, sometimes they have options for medium well cooked. We got the 65$ all you can eat option which was pretty much the basic option but it wasn’t much different from the other option. Not really impressed on the sides but the meats really carried. Would definitely come back for like a celebration or deal If they have any. Thanks to Deann for being kind and attentive

It's with considerable disappointment that I reflect on my recent visit to Fogo de Chão Brazilian restaurant, especially since it was meant for a birthday celebration. While the restaurant's ambiance and the variety at the market bar were noteworthy, the overall food bar and the service were distinctly underwhelming. This lack of quality and attentiveness significantly detracted from the celebratory atmosphere, turning what should have been a memorable occasion into just an average, disappointing experience.

Ug... worst birthday experience ever!!! Next time I'll try Texas de brazil.. the super young male server we had wad awful and kept rushing us as soon as we all got there even at the end when people were still coming in.. even other waitresses rushed us near the end pretending there wasn't a lot of meat left even with other people still coming in.. we all barely got amy meat and they kept skipping me maybe cuz I sat in the middle of the limo table cuz I was rhe birthday girl u would think I was treated special on my big day nope I was chop liver.. they waaay over charged us by over 300 bucks our table of 12 non of us will ever be back again we all hated the experience. Left a very bad taste in our mouth for experience wise. Food was ok I'll just buy the meat and cook it myself next time.
