I eat here twice a week they are the best, food is always pipping hot & delicious, I crave for the Chicken Strips plain and crispy & french fries plain & crispy. Ever since from day 2 they know my name & order the only difference is 3 strips or 5 strips. The crew is always friendly and smiling I highly recommend them when your hungry.

There are a couple of Wingstops within reasonable driving distance for me, and this is my favorite. People are friendly, efficient. Wing orders done on time, always taste good, lots of sauces so not afraid of using it all on the first wing. Would prefer a couple more flavors though I am not sure what they might be. Tends to the spicy, which is not my thing. If I wanted my tongue to burn I would stick it on the stove, go direct. Beware if you have friends, the garlic parmesan can stick with you to the next day. I do not, so no problem.

The fries are my favorite thing, the seasoning on them is perfect every time. As for flavors the heat scale is pretty accurate. Maybe not the most spicy but nothing to take lightly either

One of my favorite "fast food" chains. Yummy selections of rubs and sauces. My tip would be to get rubs on boned wings and sauces on boneless wings. But their bone-in wings are so good, if you are a fan of traditional wings, try them with every flavor! Just what you would think. Simple game day fare for a fair price. Though, in my experience is that they are generous with the cheese fries, so we get them every time.

These "saucy nuggs", aka boneless wings, were very delicious and filling. I ordered lemon pepper, original hot and garlic parm and all were tasty. The portion size was generous too. Highly recommend, especially on Monday or Tuesday for the by the piece deals.

I'm a regular at night to go orders.. as soon as they recognize my voice they already know what I want.. wings are always cooked how I like them and they are always on time even on busy days. This is my to go to restaurant for wings no matter what occasion it is. Manager is very pleasant with everyone especially their regulars like myself.

Ordered 15 boneless wings with the cup of ranch. Delivery was on time and the food still hit and very good. They have different types of sauces however I just stuck with the original hot, definitely recommend.

The better of the Wingstop's in the area, fries are never overcooked, wings aren't drowning in sauce. Cashier was very polite and helpful with my order.

The wings themselves are great. Cooked and seasoned well. Expect a wait time of 15-30 minutes depending on the time you come. For lunch, the wait time is usually 20 minutes, which is fine considering the time. The staff is friendly and always greets everyone who comes in, and the small place is almost always clean. Note that Wingstop's don't have napkins, but a roll bathroom-eque paper towels near the soda fountain. The only downside I see with this particular Wingstop is that the fries are consistently undercooked, even when I order them well done. If you don't know what to try, I'd recommend starting with Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub.

My first time to this chain and I found the menu to be a little confusing. But the staff were patient enough to explain it to me in great detail. I got the teriyaki and original hot wings which were great, super tasty and cooked fresh. The so called hand cut fries I think were not hand cut but seasoned well. Honey and mustered on the side and you got yourself a quick and tasty dinner. We got our food to go, and it travelled well.

Went here and ordered 15 Wings and Large Fries. For $22, there's definitely a good value as far as wings are concerned. The wings themselves were good, the fries came in a pretty good quantity for just one person, definitely shareable, however the normal Fry Seasoning isn't the best. The day we went in, there were so many people working, not sure if there was a training going or something. Well, first, they don't accept 100 dollar bills. There were 5 of us eating, so obviously, it was gonna be around 50 to a hundred dollars. Well I had to find exact change so that we can pay for our food. I've been to many Wingstops, and this was the first i was told this. Now for the food, chicken was good, but the fries were not so good, too much sugar on the fries, and they were cold and limp. The bathroom needed a lot of attention, no toilet paper, and it was dirty. Probably won't be returning to this o e in particular.

They called and said I got the wrong order. No problem (I hadn't bothered checking when I got in the car). I drove back and took the bag back in the store - the staff was quite rude! No apology, no friendly words. Snatched the bag back, like it was my fault. Again, they had -literally- handed me the bag of food when I went inside to pick it up the first time. The 2nd order was correct when I checked. The food was good, as always - just disappointed with the service and the attitude the displayed when they made an error. The error wasn't the problem, the attitude projected was.

Waited in store for over 25 minutes for my order. There were no other customers inside and three employees just standing around talking about their weekend. Highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up rather than having to wait this long for a simple lunch order.

I am usually a huge wing stop fan... Until this time. In my order my chicken was cold (either from sitting too long and being heated up or under cooked. Flavor was off. Not what I'm use to at all.

I had ordered this through DoorDash a couple of days ago, and I had no issues with the delivery to be clear. The issue I had was that I had ended up getting food poisoning from my food a couple of days ago. It wasn't clear at first when I was eating my order of chicken wings and fries, but as I was almost done with it I started to notice how gross it was. I don't know whether it was allegedly due to cross contamination, because of how dirty the oil might have been, or some other reason, but needless to say I'm not going to order from this location again.

Food is great however they can't even provide any napkins with all of the chicken that they sell all day long every time I ask for napkins I'm pointing to that picture paper towels how ghetto is that

I ordered online and when I got to my car with the food I noticed my fries were not in the bag so I went inside to tell them and they made me go back to my car to get the bag to make sure I wasn’t lying 🤦‍♀️ then one of the girls there says I packed it myself and I made sure everything was there. So basically calling me a liar then the manager came over and asked what was going on so I told her and she also reached inside to look for the fries 😒 after doing all that she reached over and got a basket of fries and gave them to me, no apologies or anything. Why would I lie about some $5 fries after I spent over $60 on wings?

Called for about an hour to place an order, and they never answered. The phone landline had been down for over a week. Had to drink warm soda. The ice machine wasn't working. Over seasoned fries.

Had to wait I total of about 20 or sominutes to pick up an Uber eats order THAT WAS ALREADY MADE. After informing one employee I was picking up an Uber order but receiving no more acknowledgment than a look, A different employee said " I can help the next customer" ( me) I informed him I was picking up an uber order I was told order pick up is next to the second register. I went there and so did he but not to help me, to help another courier, and pretend I didn't exist. I had other orders to drop off so I dropped them off,came back,and still had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. was especially frustrated when I watched drivers who got there after me pick up orders without having to wait long (there were drivers who got out of there faster than me even though the food wasn't ready when they got there), the bag felt cold by the time I got it. All employees wouldn't do more than just look at me, until about the fourth time I asked and was starting to become visibly irritated.

First time visiting Wingstop. Service was lovely and relatively quick, given how busy they are (and they are super busy). Both of us were unimpressed with the food, however. We both ordered boneless wing combos (we tried lemon pepper, Louisiana, Cajun and hickory smoked bbq flavors). Cajun was inedible. The spicy level was fine, but because they sauced AND dry seasoned the chicken, on top of the batter on the wings, it was entirely over seasoned. Strange blend of too salty and a super weird bitter taste that is not at all Cajun. The same was true of the Louisiana, but not quite as unappealing. I don’t get why they sauced and dry seasoned all those flavors. The fries we got had potential in terms of being good, well-cooked skin on fries. But we clearly got the last of a batch. Both servings were luke warm and we had to return one serving because the salt on them was so heavy that you couldn’t eat them. The server helped us immediately and was really friendly about it which I sincerely appreciated. But, there was a glimmer of ‘I knew this was coming.’ As I walked up, before I said anything, she literally said, ‘too salty?’ Someone knew those shouldn’t have been served but they still tried it. That’s disappointing. I don’t think we’ll be back. Even though the pricing is very reasonable, still wasted $30 on really subpar food.

Very bad experience. I Usually I get Wingstop wherever I go but this one will not be on my list anymore. Mango Habanero was weird tasting and foul smelling. Definitely spoiled so I had to toss it away. It’s a shame but won’t risk getting food poisoning. If this place wants to avoid a lawsuit from someone getting sick of food poisoning or worse they need to get their act together and make sure their product is fresh and made sanitary.

The staff was extremely rude. Due to COVID they try to stand you in certain spots in the restaurant. Thursday, (24 Sept) I placed an online order. Food was hot and prepared pretty quick. When i got home, there was hair in my fries, and I ended up vomiting from eating 3 of the 8 wings I ordered. I am all the way good on every eating here again.

This entire Wingstop experience was very disappointing. It was difficult ordering over the phone. The employee that took our order seemed to be incompetent and we had to kindly correct her errors several times. Then when we get there, they tell us that our order was cancelled because of employee error so we had to reorder and wait an additional 20 minutes without any offers of discounts for our trouble. Then when we get our order I noticed that we were missing two sides of ranch dressing one we paid extra for. I mentioned it to an employee and she shooed me away. Not having enough energy to argue, I bit my tongue and walked out. Not only are the employees rude, they don't care about your experience. Don't waste your money at this location.

Terrible service and experience multiple times here! I got the driest and most terrible chicken strips and returned them because they were not edible at all. Like hard to the core. Both managers promised me for weeksssss in August 2023 my refund and they lied and lied saying, " it was processing I would get it the following Monday." I have called multiple times and talked to multiple managers and they keep saying it is processing..It's November 2023 and I still never got my refund.... So how is it progressing Don't go here!!! Go to another Wing Stop. The ones in Salinas or Watsonville are way better, both service and quality!!!! Seriously, this Wing Stop is bad. After waiting 10-15 for my order to be taken, I was then asked to see my ID for a $16.00 meal because I was using my debit card!!!!! I had to go back to my car to get my ID 😡. Then the Manager was very argumentive, stating in a loud voice that it's for my protection. There aren't any signs POSTED saying that if a customer will be using a credit/debit card that their ID will required. The wings were good but they served me COLD fries (Yes, I asked for the fries to be replaced and watched that they didn't put them back in the oil). The service was awful. My friend had place her order before me and they forgot to make it. She had to ask about her order. They don't serve the carrots and celery anymore, nor do they have the ketchup that you pump out. Now you have to ask for ketchup packets 😡😡. I guess it has been a LONG time since I had been to a Wing Stop. Don't plan on going to that one again.

I live in Iowa but from Seaside. In Burlington Iowa we have a wingstop that is awesome so I was hoping to get the same experience in Seaside.. Unfortunately I didn't get good food. It was terrible. The sauce is completely different tasting which is weird cause it should be the same. The sauce was extremely thick and tasted off. My guess is that the sauce is so thick cause the pots aren't being cleaned. Seems like they just keep adding more sauce to the pot and not cleaning them. Secondly, the fries are usually awesome (in Iowa) the fries in Seaside were cold and too greasy...come on Seaside wingstop do better!!! Come to Iowa and see how it should be done cause y'all are missing the mark!!!

Likely the worst wing experience of my life, and certainly the worst fries I've ever been served. Both were soggy, yet the fries also somehow managed to not be fully cooked. Wings were soaked through with sauce and didn't have a single crispy edge.

New management is needed. The business is not operated efficiently. This has been the case on multiple visits. Orders are often left on the pick up rack without any notification. Also, orders are routinely incorrect.

As a courier, this particular Wingstop is among the most disrespectful merchants I could potentially deliver packages for. Every time I have went in there for a scheduled pickup, the people working there basically tell me "give us access to your private cellphone or we won't give you the package were contracted to give you." They're literally holding the customer's order hostage like some 2-bit bank robbers inside of a bank would. I don't care what their reasons are for doing it. My private cellphone is my business, and most certainly, definitely, is none of any corporation's business like Wingstop. I get harassed every time I go in there. "Give me your phone." "Prepare this portion of the customer's food." Etc. It's a health code violation for me to be preparing food to be served to customers, as I do not have a California Food Handler's certification. And if I don't want to give them private cellphone, they won't give me the order they're contracted to give to me. And they always have an attitude about it, looking down on couriers for no other reason than we're couriers. I don't like being harassed while I'm working, so I refuse to ever go into this place. And when I did pick up orders from here, customers frequently complained to me that their order is missing items. Avoid this place. Their wings are kept in a freezer anyway.

The cashier was so rude. And too much horse playing that it took over 45 min for my call in order to be ready. And then when I show up they tell me that my order was given to the wrong person. And then giving cold fries for my remake order

What a disappointment!!! Order take out & our wings were so dry and tasteless, ugh! I ordered the mild sauce and lemon pepper and they were ALL dry. So annoyed. Fries were cold, soggy and again no flavor. I’m honestly thinking they forgot to add flavor! Maybe!?! Because they were bad. You can see how clean my plate is because there’s nos sauce. This is the last time we will be ordering.

We got our order delivered through the app and didn’t receive part of our order. We called into the store and were told we’d have to drive over to the store to either pick up the missing items or get a partial refund for the order. They wouldn’t issue a partial refund over the phone. I wasn’t about to stop my late night study session to go get a partial refund after paying $10 in delivery fees and tip. Guy on the phone was obviously inconvenienced by taking me phone call and didn’t seem surprised when I said I had missing items. The wings are usually solid, but do yourself a favor and pickup in perosn or order through DoorDash/UberEats directly so the delivery service can refund you for any missing items from this store.

Order food with me and my 3 other friends. We order at the same time separate order and everyone got there's but me. I went up and ask if any of those bags had my name and they said not twice. We waited an almost an hour and my order was on the rack the whole time and my name was never said. This is the worst Wingstop to go to if you want your food ASAP cause this Wingstop fails completely with proper communication and awareness. Wouldn't recommend to even homeless people

Ordered online and when i got there they still had not made my food even though it was supposed to be ready. Waited another 20 minutes. Got home and the 20 wings i ordered were actually 4 chicken tenders. Their phone line is down so no way to contact them except but to go in. Avoid at all costs

Worst Wingstop I've ever visited. I've come here a few times now and they've gotten the order wrong on every occasion. Today I ordered and they said 16 to 21 minutes wait online. I sat in the lobby for over an hour. They claimed because they had to redo some of my wings. Honestly terrible service and I'll avoid it moving forward. Save yourself a headache and skip this place.
