I moved here 3 years ago and come here several times a week. Great service! Great food and most importantly an AWESOME staff! Every staff member knows you by name and always ask about everyday life as they do with most customers who come in. My entire family (not local) loves the bagels here so every holiday for the past 3 years has been breakfast on me. LOL

I travel a lot Long Island, and I go to many different delis, and this one was great. The food was delicious. The bacon was crispy. The eggs tasted good five stars.

Edit Mar 2022: I happened to give the store a second chance, and the owner personally pulled me aside and told me he rectified the situation and the employee no longer works there. Old Review: This used to be one of the best bagel places around. I used to visit at least once a week for years prior to the pandemic. This week I went there twice. Once, I ordered a medium coffee and it was only half filled. The second time the new girl was rude. If that's how you want to start off your morning, good luck.

Best place to get your Bagel fix. Everything is always fresh never had a bad experience cause the guys there stand behind great food.They are always super friendly. How should I start this? This place is awesome, I never had an issue with the staff and food is amazing. I would love to give a ten 🌟 but limited to 5. The owner Seth is an amazing person. Knows how to treat his workers highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.

There are many delis and bagel shops around this area, and if you are from long island then you know egg sandwiches are sacred! This deli is very consistent with fresh food and great service. I will continue to bring my buisness here time and time again above all my options because I know I will be met with above and beyond service from their wonderful service team. This establishment manages time well which keeps my order coming out in a timely fashion.(extremely helpful when I am on my way to work) Thank you so much for the outstanding experience !

I've been coming to this bagel place since I was a kid. It's everything you think of when you hear "mom and pop." Friendly staff who know your name and take the time to get to know you, reasonable prices, quick service and the most delicious menu. We won't order HEC from anywhere else!

I just had the MOST PLEASANT experience at this bagel store. First, the prices were so reasonable. The cost for two bagels and a cup of tuna was the same cost as one bagel at a place five minutes away. L Second, the staff was soooo nice! Andrea (the blonde woman) was so sincere. She asked if we were staying, I told her we would eat some here and wrap the rest. She looked at my 1.5 year old in the stroller and asked, “Would you like me to cut her bagel into 4 slices? I’ll put it on a plate for her and the rest can stay wrapped.” Most people wouldn’t even put the thought into that, they would have just handed me a wrapped bagel and moved on. It made our life so much easier. She gave my baby a cookie and told us to go sit and she’ll bring the bagels out to us. I was nervous about wrangling my not even 1.5 year old in a new environment so the fact that she made life easier for me in the slightest made a huge difference. I had other interactions after that with her and the other gentleman there, they interacted with my baby, they were just so lovely!!!! This bagel store is a few minutes out of our way compared to others but I will be going here moving forward.

My favorite bagel place on the island. The bagels are so delicious, they may as well be classified as a dessert. I've had bagels from many places on Long Island and these top them all. Plus the owner is so nice and caring about his employees, business and bagels. I would highly recommend.

These bagels may actually be the best in the world. Their rye bagel with caraway seeds is my favorite but I’ve never had a bagel I didn’t like there.

This is a great small business in the heart of Smithtown. They offer everything from bagels, breakfast, lunch, salads, sandwiches, paninis, etc. Huge amount of beverages to choose from. They are very nice and accommodate you as quickly as possible. Haven't had a bad meal yet. And I find their prices reasonable in the state of inflation were in. Always go with my kids and husband. We love the bagels and sandwiches. I witnessed a rude customer and the way the owner dealt with her was amazing. She was not only rude to him after he was polite but to the teenager who was helping her.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich, I had two eggs fried sausage mozzarella on a whole wheat wrap. It was done in a timely fashion and it was very tasty. Coffee to go was also very good and needed that morning. I will definitely keep this place on my radar.

Basic bagel shop with all the basics and standards. The store appears to be clean and well organized. The store is in a convenient location, in a shopping center that is well maintained.

Food is great, but be careful because online prices are not up to date!

Not sure what happened today, I asked for a bec on a sesame bagel. She took a sesame bagel back to the grill, came back out with something wrapped in foil, I paid and went on my way. Got home and unwrapped a bec on a roll .... not what i ordered ... it wasn't worth going back, the roll was not the best and really wanted that fresh bagel she had in her hand ....

Their bagels look great and are coated with whatever seeds you like. BUT they are chewy. They don't taste as good as they look. You must toast them to make them better.

Good bagels, overpriced cream cheese, and employees with attitudes. The bagels were very good, and decently priced. The cream cheese is close to $3 with tax and is only enough for 2 bagels if you order the 1/4 lb. I ordered 4 different flavors of 1/4 lb, and a dozen bagels and we didn't have close to enough cream cheese. Employees who helped me had a rude attitude. If i come back again I'll just get bagels, no cream cheese, and I'll send someone else to pick it up.

Walked in to get breakfast just to stand on line. We were at the front of the line, waiting while three cashiers were talking to a single customer, ignoring us. After 5 minutes or being the only ones on line, we go to leave to hear them call for the next in line. Terrible service and snobby people behind the counter. Never will be going there again.

absolutly awful I used to go at least once a week ( I only went because it was it walking distance) and it Was never mind-blowing it was always kind of whatever but the last few times I've gone it has been over priced and overall really bad. I went to get a bacon egg and cheese and they just gave me cheese and bacon with no egg and the last three times I've gone the cream cheese and been sour and once it was moldy. not even mentioning that they are always a little rude. if I could give them no stars I would.

For a NY bagel place this place is unbelievably slow. Stood in line for ten minutes behind two people just to get a couple bagels with cream cheese in the afternoon. You'd think with 100 bagel stores in town they'd have some hustle. Can't imagine how bad it gets during a morning rush. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other bagel place.

they dont know how to properly put cheese on top of the bec, they mix it in then its non existent. asked for cheese in top today & guess they punished me by not scrambling my eggs, toasting my bagel, making my bacon well done or giving me oj/coffee (which is included but never offered) … never again for $8 per sandwich.

Not even close to “the best bagel” store!! The roll tasted like it had too much yeast in it. A bit salty taste and they charge almost $5 just a little bit of egg whites? Ridiculous!

It’s like we’re not even in the middle of a pandemic. Went in to try it out and the place where you order has no regulations in place. The stickers aren’t six feet apart and no one even stands on them. There is no waiting area and people just stand on top of each other! The people behind the line don’t even care. Wouldn’t go again.

Ordered on door dash and it clearly states for almost $15 you get 4 eggs toast and juice. An extremely rude man told us that we don’t honor the menu on door dash take outs. You don’t get a free juice. Then I asked about the bread…. Nope. make that make sense.

Picture speaks for itself. BURNT BACON… and yet, someone decided it was still a good idea to put it in the sandwich. This will be the first and last time here. There are plenty of other bagel places in the area that actually take pride in what they serve.
