This place is hidden behind a hotel. There are lots of free parking spaces available. Perfect for big groups and solo dining. Menu has changed over the years, but the classics are still available. I had their T-bone steak with green beans, since they ran out of broccoli. Steak was good a expected. My server was helpful and attentive.

We had such a great experience at iHop thanks to our waiter, Manuel! My family and I just came from a long and tiring flight and wanted to eat breakfast. Manuel was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Our food came out just right, and he checked on us often without being overbearing—he checked in at just the right moments and even noticed small details that made our dining experience outstanding. It’s rare to get service that good these days—Manuel definitely made our visit special. We’ll be coming back and asking for him again!

Big shout out to Erick - super chill guy and honestly one of the best servers I've met in bay area. Friendly, fast and just good vibes all around. I had an excellent experience at IHOP in San Francisco thanks to Erick. He was very professional, polite, and attentive the entire time. Even though the restaurant was busy, he managed everything quickly and with a great attitude. As a manager myself, I truly appreciate employees who care about their guests and take pride in what they do. Erick is definitely one of them. Great job!

I really loved Manuel’s service! He walked us through some of the things on the menu and how big or small the portions are. He would check in with us regularly to see if we needed anything and he was very quick. Overall it was a very nice experience and he was very sweet the entire time.

Best IHOP I have been to here in California. Great customer service and attention to detail. Show's that servers here truly care. This is definitely a good team as everyone pitches in to make our dine in as pleasant as possible. Also seen the manager constantly interacting with patrons and no wonder they have a great committed group. I highly recommend them. They stand heads and shoulders above the rest California's breakfast restaurant and you won't regret coming here.

Clean environment with plenty of chairs and tables to choose from. The indoor area is neat, and the menu is easy to find. Food was served at a reasonable pace, and the staff was quick and straightforward when taking orders. The place wasn’t crowded. The food itself is nothing extraordinary—regular taste overall—but the pancakes were quite all right. Service could be a bit warmer; there wasn’t much of a smile, though that might just be due to a night shift.

First time I dined here sirloin strips and eggs were to die for. Then within the next two weeks the quality was a crapshoot. The meat was pre-cooked most of the time, toseed on the grill just to sizzle. So my original glorification below I posted first time no longer applies. This is one of those IHOP locations where served food looks like one on the menu picture. And it tastes even better. Chef makes sure it's all to highest standard. Friendly servers are always around to refill you coffee cup or get you extra stack of pancakes. Pristine clean location. My favorite IHOP in SF Bay Area.

Fabulous, friendly service. The woman serving us kept offering more coffee, and asked how our meals were. Unfortunately, she didn’t know anything about gluten free (gluten friendly) options, so the chef came out to explain what was available. He also assisted with paying method and how to leave a tip. My husband said his sausages were excellent, but the hash brown was average, being almost burnt on one side, without much flavour. My gluten friendly pancakes were light and fluffy, but I found them a bit dry and had to use a lot of maple syrup. The small amount of butter on top was not sufficient for two pancakes. The bacon was rather chewy, instead of being crisp. The eggs over easy were nicely cooked. The coffee was very good. Overall, the restaurant had a nice, welcoming atmosphere, and was in a clean condition. At US$40 (including a tip), it was not a cheap meal, but it was very convenient being next door to our Travelodge accommodation.

My friends and I visited for breakfast while on our trip to San Francisco and were disappointed by the quality of the food. We took the New York cheesecake pancake and the banana pancakes and I have to say they were both barely acceptable. Way too sweet and the portions were so big we couldn't finish everything.
