Great pizza, I love round table. When I called to place an order for 2 large pizzas (one pepperoni one cheese), it came out to $60. I went in to the store to pick up, and I saw the daily special is $20 for an extra large pizza…no one mentioned that on the phone. They wouldn’t give me the larges for the price of the extra large, so I had to tell them to cancel the 2 large pizzas and I’ll just place an order for 2 extra large pizzas. They eventually rung it up as 2 extra larges and added a medium pizza. The staff was super friendly, it was just sketchy they didn’t offer a deal that’s obvi better and they offer it “everyday”

thanks so much to the employees... my husband got stuck out of town due to work. with no debt card...he was stranded with no money. frustrated and hungry he called to order pizza, they refused to deliver because he didn't have his card on his person. i was able to call and place an order and they so kindly delivered to his hotel. happy husband happy life. thanks round table!!

Ive been coming here for 20years, the pizza is always good, my reason for not giving it 5 stars is that this location is very stingy when it comes to having “specials” ... very pricey pizza, ever since they remodeled specials have been few and far between

Some of the best pizza when done right. This location does great at consistently putting out good pizza.

The pizza and wings are good but the customer service is not very good, we asked the woman at the checkout if she told us some pizza with mushrooms it was our first time and she treated us badly, she said "sir I don't have time to tell you here is the menu "we told her that if she recommended us and she said no that she did not know about mushrooms, we waited for them to take us about 15 minutes to take our order and she came to speak badly to us, If you work in customer service, you have to treat those who come to ask well!

We ordered a XL pepperoni for $19.99. Pizza was pretty good. One family member thought it had a smoky flavor. Another described the crust as unnoteworthy.

Round Table rates among my top 3 pizza joints. They stand among the best because of teir quality of ingrediants. Their prices are a bit higher than most but when it comes to "you get what you pay for", it applies here. I love pizza and try out new shops all the time. TY roundtable for keeping your quality standard high.

Roundstable or RT has been a favorite. My first RT was in Novato CA and my usual RT is on Gellert Ssf. Another review. This RT is short staffed and seems friendly enough. We had two unlimited lunches and most other customers has the same. Lunches are unlimited salads, pizza, and drinks. Pepperoni, Italian, and Hawaiian Pizza is thicker than usual. Twists were eaten quickly and I requested more. We had a minim Italian garlic supreme as well. This RT has been remodeled and seems smaller. Staff is good and friendly.

Small pizza joint, service is so so. Food quality is average and service is none to speak of. Prices are exorbitant for the quality and portions.

They lose a star for not delivering 1.5 miles away (9 minute drive) meaning if you're staying at any of the hotels on S. Airport Blvd then you're out of luck on delivery. They lose another star for the two store employees (young man and slightly older woman) being obviously messed up on something. They kept giggling and speaking to one another in another language while I was interacting with them. It was completely unprofessional. Not so much the language thing but the giggling. The last star gets taken off for being handed an empty container to make a salad from the leftovers from the lunch buffet when I ordered a family sized Caesar salad. They didn't have any Caesar or Ranch dressing and most of the toppings were frozen to the bottoms of the containers. What should have been a quick pick up turned into a very unpleasant experience.

Make sure they give you everything you've ordered before you leave. I had to drive all the way back to get my Pepsi just to go home to a cold pizza......do yourselves a favor go to the Colma Round Table better experience there and they will actually catch the mistake before you leave.........and just to add now they forgot a topping on my pizza this place sux

I ordered this pizza, it took over an hour to get here when I was quoted at 45 minutes. It came cold and felt like I was eating an old pizza all the products I could barely cut through the pizza with my teeth. Not to mention that I paid $37 For my order. I could've ordered from Dinapoli's and got a large pizza for $15. The large is like the size of a real medium.

Called to place an order for my business and a very rude young lady named Vanessa took my order. She was being condescending and laughing and then refused to run my card for the order. My order would have been over $100 but she didn't want my business. Ii will not be attempting to order from here again. Terrible business practice, if you are the owner, you need to find some new help.

Walked in to an empty store but still stood at the counter for nearly 5 mins while 2 seated employees continued to play on their phones. The girl behind the counter was engaged in a very dramatic story with someone on her own phone and didn't look up once. It was only when I decided to leave did someone (manager, maybe) get up and come to help. The food came out fairly quickly but is so bland that I'm sitting here staring at it rather than eating. A complete waste of time and money imo.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I placed an order online and called 1 hour later. The staff told me pizza was on its way . I called 20 mins later and pizza still was not made. These idiots could have just told me on initial phone call that they hadn't made my order instead of wasting 1.5 hours of my time and no dinner!!

On saturday, January 5 at 9 pm, I ordered a small king arthur pizza for delivery. At about 10:30 no delivery. I called RT on Chestnut and was told it is on its way. 11:00 pm, still no delivery. 11:30. No pizza delivered. This is totally unaceptable. I have been a customer of Rt pizza on Chestnut for over 20 years and have never had any complants untill now. I waited for 2.5 hrs and no deivery. I will not do business with RT on Chestnut again.

My mom and I were visiting SF from Denver and were staying near this restuarant. We used to live in California, where Round Table was a staple of the town. We went in here tonight and then first red flag was there was no one here. We went inside and there were 2 tables that hadn't been cleared off yet which we thought was odd because there wasn't anyone there. We walked up to the counter and the girl there was just rolling dough and didnt acknowledge us. The phone up front rang and someone came over and answered the phone, leaving us standing there which she proceeded to take their order. We walked out and spent our $30 at Totos.

They don’t deliver they use door dash. They don’t say that on their website and you think it’s their delivery guy. Pizza was late and delivered cold.

Just had pizza here. Pretty crappy. Pizza had way to much cheese, not enough sauce and very few toppings. This is second time pizza was bad, and I have only ordered here twice. I won't order here again. I much rather get domino's before I order here again. Complete rip off....

the staff is extremely lazy, a big order was placed within 30 minutes, the staff hadn't even started to make it and believe me the restaurant was empty and without any order and the cashier was in the back room. Remembering that this restaurant is always like this

Ordered pizza at 8.00pm.Promised to deliver in 25 minutes to one hour.Did not keep the promise.I tried calling twice .But the person on the other end dropped my call.Managed to hold him third time.He said the delivary person will be here in 15 minutes..Then he did not have change for $$50 .It wasba frustating deal.

Expensive pizza that was so nasty we didn't even take the leftovers home. They were out of glaze for the cinnamon sticks at 5 p.m. The pizza was comparable to Chuck E Cheese.

Very disappointed with the churro twists I ordered at this location ( San Bruno) 06/20. Charred, hard and overcooked.

Pizza wasn't visually appealing but wasn't enough toppings for it to have been a personal pizza. The flavor was okay, but there was too much socializing going on.

Very dis pleased one topping pizza and bread stick 3, $32.00 pizza under cooked last time I go back there.

Next time I'll just take my business to Mountain Mike's where at least they get their advertising on point!

I've been going to this location for over 25 years. Last night I ordered a medium cheese pizza for delivery. It said 45 minute wait which was fine. I called after an hour to make sure they had my order and the lady at the call center said she could not get thru to the Chestnut location after trying for 15 minutes. She said she would call me back and never did. 30 minutes later I called back again and asked where my pizza was it had been an hour and 45 minutes since I ordered. The lady got thru to the location and said the driver just got back and delivered it and to look outside. I said I have cameras and I never received it I can prove it. 10 minutes later she tells me that they will deliver it now. At this point my son was crying, hungry and tired. I told them it was now over 2 hours since I ordered my pizza and I just want to be refunded. I am very disappointed in the customer service and not receiving my pizza after 2 hours. I have noticed the quality of service has been declining over the past few years. Now I will not be returning sad too because I like the pizza.

They didn't make the salad we ordered, and instead told us to make our own. The vegetables for the salad were not in the greatest shape. The cucumbers were frozen and nothing seemed fresh at all. There was no ranch dressing which I ordered for the garlic bread sticks, and they didn't even have the soda we ordered either. While I didn't directly interact with the staff, I was told that they seemed high on weed. That would certainly explain the overcooked,improperly cut pizza, and totally worthless salad bar. So basically. we paid Round Table prices for Little Ceasars quality. I am absolutely disappointed and will never order from this location again. I suggest that you do not either. Chances are this was not a one-off incident. The salad bar says it all.

I have their ad in my hand that just came in the mail, for their location, offering said special! And says it doesn’t expire til April 15! Today is March 17. They have the poorest attitudes, the worst service and no knowledge of Custer satusfaction. Plus the place looks like a dive. The only reason we called an order there was to pick up what seemed like a reasonable pizza offer, after a two year personal ban on going there. Never again!

I was advised to go to the Gellert location but chose not to since it's not my neighborhood Round Table and they do not deliver to my area. It was my understanding as a franchise of Round Table Pizza you are supposed to honor corporate coupons, yes? Their mistake was not to honor Round Table corporate coupons. I will not return to give my business anymore to this location.

FIX YOUR SITE! I ordered from the online site and selected Stuffed Crust as an option. 2 options down, I selected the pizza type (Chicken and Garlic this time). The app decides to switch my crust back to Original after this without my knowledge. I procced with the order and I get an Original crust pizza. :( Customer service would not compensate for your site's trickery in changing my Crust type. FIX YOUR SITE!

I asked for a half light cheese pizza and half regular cheese..they gave me regular cheese all around and I called and complained and the guy said next time I have to ask for extra light cheese..that's the best he came up with no refund or nothing. Also the cinnamon sticks we got were done extra well they were so hard! I couldn't believe it. So the next time I asked for half extra light cheese and they gave me extra light cheese all around. Jesus christ people! Smh. So hard to find good pizza around here

Place is a joke I made a order for 49 dollars and they refused to take a 100 dollar bill..every other place takes 100 dollar bills but this place. Place is a joke and the people working here is a joke...this place is like dead with no customers because the way they treat their customers like garbage. Just recently called in to order their constantly-advertised special to be told, by a guy who sounds like he could care less, that they don’t have that any more. I have their ad in my hand that just came in the mail, for their location, offering said special! And says it doesn’t expire til April 15! Today is March 17. They have the poorest attitudes, the worst service and no knowledge of Custer satusfaction. Plus the place looks like a dive. The only reason we called an order there was to pick up what seemed like a reasonable pizza offer, after a two year personal ban on going there. Never again!
