My Family Pizza

Every time I go, I'm never disappointed! They have great pastas and pizza. They have great desserts too... Prices are amazing. The garlic bread is a meal in itself! Service is great and staff friendly.

Let me tell u something here about this place. This restaurant is one of the best in all of nyc. There pizza takes like italian authentic pizza there wings are juicy n big n so good. There garlic knots are unbelievable. There very loving n warm. If u want real food im telling u this restaurant is it. I've lived in nyc for more then 10 yrs i have never liked anyone's food as much i have loved there's. If u really want to enjoy ur time and don't mind traveling this place is it. We ate there twice the money is decent n there plans are worth it.

Today is my last day in Staten Island of course I had to get my last lunch here. I’ve been getting my lunch/dinner from here for the entire month. It’s one of the best pizza places I have been too, the staff are amazing and their pizza and rolls are so good. The only thing I am going to miss about Staten Island is this place.

The silicillan slices taste great and delicious. The place is clean and smell good thou I don't see any customers inside the store in the early afternoon. I think the customers order for delivery because of the pandemic or something else. The pizzerias in Staten Island NY have tasty food and especially pizza. It's a matter of personal choice.

I loved this pizzeria, there pizza is delicious I can’t stop stopping by and getting a slice everyday after work!The service is great there so nice and hard working and fast!Would definitely recommend stopping by and trying there slices!!

I stopped by at this pizzeria just to try it and I will always come back it is truly a good experience. The food is excellent and they are very versatile with orders. Overall a great experience I recommend their buffalo pizza

Always good pizza, great owners! Parking is a little iffy but their buffalo slice is everything! The garlic knot sandwiches and garlic knots in general are great. Always great service!

Never had a pizza that literally tasted like nothing. I should have saved my money and grabbed a frozen pizza or got a pie from 7 eleven. I’m giving it 4 stars only cause I’m going to assume it was an off night. Cause I can’t see how they stay in business with pizza like that. I will order again eventually only to make sure.

Can't speak to direct deliver or store/worker conduct as I've only ordered through a delivery service. Orders are made fast and therefore arrive in a timely manner. Great salads, garlic knots, heros and pizza with affordable prices :^)

Ordered a pizza and took about 2 hours to show up which sucks but isn’t the reason for my one star review. When my wife took a bite out of her second slice there was a piece of melted plastic in between the cheese which is absolutely baffling. I love to support local businesses but I think I’d rather pay ridiculous money for a pizza from dominoes instead of risking my families health from consuming plastic. To note if she had choked on this, it could have been a lawsuit but I’ll just stick with the one star review. I’d never order from here ever again, and I suggest no one should either if you care about your health and safety.

I never eat mozzarella cheese but the disingenuous callous jerk in there had my husband and I wait 20 minutes because he heard the wrong order. I ordered a patty with American cheese but these people are so used to hearing “with mozzarella” he couldn’t just admit he, the order taker, was wrong. Will never get my business again.

I ordered a large pie and a Sicilian pie half with pepperoni and half with green pepper and mushrooms. Visually both looked appetizing but when my family dug in it was like biting into a slice of plain white toast bread. This food had absolutely no flavor. Even the pepperoni was tasteless. each Sicilian had 3 pieces and it was slice so thin , It wasn't enough to give out flavor. The reviews on slice for this restaurant have to be bogus, no way those are true.

Please don't eat here. *Update* Since the OWNER wants to respond in a rude manner allow me to add details to my review for the people that reading. The reason I didn't add a review back then was because I was actually a REGULAR customer at this store and I don't go out my way to write reviews even if I have had a bad experience. However since Google RECOMMENDED that I put a review due to my visit here, and yes the reason why it was 6 in the morning upon writing this review was because I was on my way to WORK! So why not share what happened.. I still have my antibiotics, medical reports, and receipts from the restaurant to prove that this review isn't a bot or false reporting. So to reiterate DO NOT EAT FROM HERE, and if you don't believe me - look at other people reviews and make the call for yourself. And to the Owner you can SMD!!!

The pizza delivery was horrible. I ordered a pizza, and the driver didn’t have change for $100, which made sense, so I went to get change from a store close to my home. When I came back, the delivery guy arrived, and I gave him $20. He said he didn’t have change, and I didn’t have any smaller bills, so I was forced to give him a $5 tip. That felt like a total scam. The pizza was $15, and I basically had to give him a $5 tip because the store was a 10-minute walk away. It was unprofessional and ridiculous that the delivery driver didn’t have change for $20. He should have told me beforehand to get exact amount of change. It was ridiculous that he didn’t have any change at all. Completely a scam. Completely unacceptable.

Tried ordering over the phone and the guy pretended like we got cut off then didn’t answer afterwards. Seems like they don’t like money or their customers.
