I absolutely love their pizza. I recently moved from Staten Island to Queens (yeah I know blah lol). Whenever I am in Staten Island I make sure to pick up a pie. About 2 weeks ago I was out there and I bought a pie with some garlic knots. Omg I was in heaven. Everyone there is super nice. The place is a bit small. But I have eaten there and was pretty comfortable. Their pizza is definitely worth the trip.

Very good pizza. Nice thin crust, chewy and crispy with a good flavor. Although it was $2.75, it was still a little light on the cheese and sauce, making it kind of dry, but what's there has very good flavor. Let's give it a 90.

Very good pizza, garlic knots and zepoles. The buffalo wings had to be frozen wings which I do not like. I would definitely go back for the pizza and the service was great. Everyone was very nice.

Great pizza, great food in general, and great service. Prices are affordable while the weekend menu is very competitive. Management is very friendly. Loved the $8.99 whole pie, but thats gone already.. Quick tip: Please watch your pizza bottoms from burning, it’s not everyone’s favorite! 😉🥴

I ordered take out, the Sicilian pie w/added pepperoni was very tasty, but was much smaller than any other Sicilian pie we've ever had , the garlic knots (ordered a double order) were also tasty but all of them were burnt on one side. The Roman Stuffed pizza was very disappointing as it was not stuffed at all. It was very thin (barely bigger than a regular slice of pizza), and the contents were so scarce, it was mostly potato. For the price I expected much more.

Not the best Sicilian. The last time I came it was kind of dry and tatsteless. The grandma slice is marginally better. Also, they don’t have a restroom for customers that’s very and highly disappointing to me.

Ordered pizza two times last week from Napoli. Pizza was great the first time (Grandma was good and one other) second time had four different pies (loving only the sweet and spicy). Both times I asked for pepper flakes to go and was treated like I was an influencer asking for a free sample. The counter service on Sunday was almost non-existent, maybe that's normal. Will definitely order for the good pizza but expect nothing from the workers.

So I just ordered food and spent over $60. One item I ordered was a Rice ball parm. The description specifically says a sauce, mozzarella and meat. I got rice ball with half melted cheese and NO MEAT at all. I call the pizzeria and the incompetent girl on the phone makes me hold for a while the first time. She finally answers and I tell her the problem. She puts me back on hold longer than the first time. Comes back to say that I can receive a credit the next time I order. I told her it was crazy and “what if I didn’t order for another two months, I should have to wait till then?” She says yes. I should call back tomorrow to speak to the owner cause he wasn’t there. Update to my original review above. My original review wasn’t for the foods taste. It was for the poor customer service I received after I ordered an item that was poorly represented from the description on the menu. It was missing a main ingredient (meat). I was told by the young lady in the phone, that she spoke to the owner and I would get a credit the next time I offered, which made no sense to me. The lady on the phone told me to call the owner tomorrow. I then called back to speak to owner and he did apologize and insured me that he didn’t tell anyone anything. He then made it a point to mention how I never left a good review but decided to leave a bad one. Yes he’s right but I’ve ordered MANY times from there so clearly I had no issue. Why would you try to throw the issue back at the customer because I never left a good review. If you had better customer service, I wouldn’t have had to leave any review. I will NEVER order from there again. They get three stars more for the pizza. They get a zero for everything else plus their customer service.
