The owner is so helpful and kind. Their pretzels are always fresh out of the oven.

The owner of this business is a great person .The staff is grateful. I was going to his old location in Bayone New Jersey . I will recommend it to anyone.

Never been there .but was in s.i. and went ..got 25 pretzels and a mustard had a coupon and got it all for 19 dollars..workers were very friendly..would definitely go again

I even asked a question by email and received an answer very quickly. The pretzels rivets and mini hot dogs were delicious. Everyone enjoyed them

As a fairly regular customer of PHILLY PRETZEL FACTORY, I am thrilled that they sell the pretzels that I have always loved. When I discovered that they participated with TOO GOOD TO GO, I stopped by even more frequently. I normally eat a couple of pretzels and freeze the rest. Since I freeze them anyway, getting them at the end of the day at a greatly reduced price is terrific! I will be there tonight!

I ordered a big order for my son's 21st bday in Nov. Everyone loved them so much now this is their favorite place to come. I bought all my family a $25 gift card for Christmas. They said that was their best gift ever. These pretzels are amazing. I get them every chance I get. You should too. Oh and another thing that makes them awesome is they have a point system on their app for free stuff. Check it out <3

Great tasting Pretzels. Not too expensive. Just the right salty snack to consume after dialysis.

Knew the company name from Undercover Boss, found this open franchise and HAD to try them. Not over buttered like Auntie Anne's but a fresh version of what the ballparks attempt to pass off as a pretzel! Delicious!

A quality product fairly priced. They need a paper menu as it is difficult to get one with prices on line. They did accommodate a late request for me.

Very bad customer service. My pretzel was rotting, had mold and all, and they did not seem to care. I can't believe how they behaved. What a terrible experience!

My review is based of what I believe is the owner. I went to subway ( next door to this location) and started eating in my car, after maybe 10 min the owner got out of the establishment and was standing in front of my car… I saw him mumbling something so I opened my window. He then asked me if I was waiting for pretzels and I when I said no he told me I’ve been parked there for a while and that i needed to move, so I said yes I went to subway and I’m eating. He then laughed sarcastically and said that was the whole point, that I didn’t buy from him. I wasn’t taking nobody’s spot, I purposely looked around to see if there was a car behind me. Now I don’t normally mind but he saw me eating and still decided to interrupt me, I wasn’t staying there for a long time, I was just eating since I had just gotten off from work and I was starving. I’ve been there once but I have 0 interest in going back now.

I ordered the Valentine's bucket 1. They only put in 11 heart pretzels 2. They only put 13 rivets in bottom of bucket 3. They didn't include the balloon And they had the nerve to charge $32 And they did not have my order ready by pick up time Last year I ordered the same item from a NJ Philly Pretzel Factory and they filled the bucket with like 40 rivets (the bucket was full) gave me my full dozen of heart pretzels and they only charged $25. I checked other Philly stores and they are also charging $25. This Staten Island store is a disappointment and a rip off!

Placed and paid for order 2 days prior to a 10am pickup. Arrived and they had not even started order. Had to wait 25 minutes before order was ready. Not even a apology for the wait.

The owner is a disgusting imebecile. Food is tasteless and overpriced, glad the terrible customer service made me second guess spending money here. Now I understand why the place is ALWAYS empty.

If I could have I would have gave him a zero all across the board. The guy in there has no personality no customer service skills at all. We stood there while he continued to make pretzels not engaging not letting us know how long it was going to take for a small little order, and then when I asked him he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't want to be bothered- after already waiting for 10 minutes!!! He looked miserable he didn't look happy so you shouldn't be there I don't care if he's the owner or a worker. you lose customers that way and you definitely lost customers today and I hope other people see this and don't go into this location and get the same miserable treatment. It's funny, the one day I wanted to take my son and he has to deal with this. They should be embarrassed. If this guy would of at least acknowledged us to let us know we wouldn't have left. Let some other person wait. His response is the only Interaction we had with him. There will be other posts to follow...

I placed an online order for pick up today 8/5/23. As per their website. The order was supposed to be ready by 3:10pm. I arrived approximately at 3:15pm and not only I needed to wait standing on line, but my order wasn’t even ready. The lady who assisted me was somehow nice and willing to help with my order; however, the older guy with the mustache acted like a total tool and told me he will give me my money back. Again the lady assured me that my order of the small hot dogs will be ready in a couple of minutes. Guys - this is so simple. When you have an app that allows to place orders online, someone from your staff should be working on those orders. It defeats the purpose of customers placing orders online, as we don’t want to wait in long lines. Unfortunately, I end up going to the store to wait anyway as the order was not ready and hearing a guy giving me the attitude. Love the place, don’t like the service. I doubt I will be going or placing orders again.

My pretzel platter was ordered to be ready at 1pm I arrived at 1:35 it was not even begun. The counter person told me 7 minutes. I gave an additional 20 minutes and returned the order was still not even started. I inquired where my order was and the owner yelled relax what’s your problem. I told him the story he told me I was late(because they’re never ready) what does that even have to do with the order? He further verbally berated me in front of his customers. Took my 50$ and said I know you come here every week so what’s your problem. This was the last time I would ever go there, if the party I’m attending didn’t ask for the pretzel I would’ve left. When a regular customer gets treated this way they do not want your business!

Ordered delivery Took them over 30 minutes to make a few pretzels and upon arrival they didnt give me any of the 3 dips I paid for Complete incompetence and absolutely absurd $10 for the 3 dips and in 40 minutes of preparing the order you couldn’t have the basic competency to put them in the bag? Uber gave me a full refund and you lost any further business from myself and all family/friends Avoid ordering delivery as they will not ever complete your order accurately And if you pick it up go through your bag on the spot as I’m sure they will have not provided your dips

Ordered 20 pretzels with No Salt , well guess what all on the bottom was salt . can not have salt because of high blood pressure. called and spoke to the boss all he said was you can rub it off . Well when rubbed off still has the taste of the salt . He told us he always put salt on the bottom so that they don’t Burn . We always order them without salt . There was never salt on the bottom , Guess what they were burned on the bottom . My pressure goes up I want to thank the boss I won’t be going there anymore!!!!! I rate the boss a big fat 0. Very bad service !!!!

Pretzels were good but service was very poor. I called in advance for a party tray. I said I will pick up between 12-12:15. When I arrived at 12:15 they didn’t even start making the tray. A very young, rude male shortly told me “10 mins.” After 30 mins the tray was finally ready. In that time he let me stand there, never offered an apology, didn’t ring me up to ensure I could get to the party as soon as the pretzels were ready, just mosied around the store. He was rude to other customers while I waited...one woman asked what the store hours were and he just pointed to a sign rather than talking with her. She turned and asked me “Is he annoyed?”. After waiting a long time for my party tray a nicer gentleman rang me up and offered a few dollars off. Clearly HE was raised right.
