Top notch burgers and quick/friendly service. The Bacon King is one of the best burgers I've had from any fast food place, and this location always makes it good. Melty cheese (unlike McDonald's) and better beef at a reasonable price make me regret underestimating BK to begin with. Use the app for the deals, it's worth it. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes here.
I've ordered the Whopper combo meal. Service was fast and accurate. They were kinda skimpy on the napkins. I've only received 2 for my meal.
The new Impossible Burger is great. It's the Morning Star veggie patty that has the same smoked taste as their meat. The texture is different, but t's not greasy, and a lot healthier. Try it.

This was my first experience at this location. I had no issues. I ordered the fish sandwich (cooked to order). They have no problem and all of my food was fresh. Everyone was friendly.

Tip: If you haven't used the kiosks before, they're very straightforward and can actually be faster than traditional ordering 💯

This BK is recently renovated and it's a really relaxing atmosphere with nice neutral colors. It's bright inside with good natural lighting so eating my meal is actually more tranquil.

Burger King has really improved considerably. The food is really good now. Before they really over did the mayo, ketchup, and mustard. It was gross and slimy. Their burgers now have fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. Maybe they did before, but condiments ran down your arm. The prices are way better than McDonald's, the food is too.
Loved the Impossible Burger... meatless, plant based, grilled. Try it!! I thought they have me a regular beef Whopper it's so similar. Yum... Good onion rings and new cheddar cheesy bites good too. Very rarely is there traffic in line, so fast service.
Got breakfast here around 830 am on a Friday. Went through the drive thru and ordered the breakfast burrito junior. The wait was fairly long, about 20 minutes. I finally got to the window to pay and get my food but the order they had was for the next car. I said I had the single burrito, she said ok yes. Took my money and then took another 4 minutes or so to get my food. I was nice n hot when I finally got to eat it. It tasted good too.
Went during rush hour for lunch. They were fast and friendly enough. Fries were hot, burger not so much but still okay. Sauce was not in the bag, had to ask for it. Got special order right.
My dad and I went to burger King today and the lady said not one word to us. Not a hi no thank you nothing I think it was very rude.

It's been years that I've been in a Burger King restaurant and I thought I'd stop in and have a burger. This particular location was just right up the street from where I was so I decided to stop by. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The counter person was nice and our food was hot and delicious. Some of the tables weren't exactly clean but there were others that were. My only other complaint would be that man!! It was extremely cold in there, the air conditioning was definitely on 🥶 but nothing a sweater can't take care of. We will be back when in the area.
We get here and got the usual impossible whopper an order of onion rings small order of fries and a brand spanking new spider verse sundae. My 7-year-old was ecstatic to receive it. When we get to the window, and I'm receiving all of my things, the first thing I get is a clear 8oz plastic drinking cup from Dollar tree with ice cream in it with some blue and red nerd candy looking sprinkles on top. I asked the cashier, is this the spider verse Sunday?? She confirmed. So I'm just kind of in disbelief that Burger King is putting out a "spider verse sundae" in a regular 8 oz plastic cup... And charging people for it. This can't be right
Food is fine. I tried all the dollar burgers. "Crispy chicken" equals McD's hot&spicy McChicken. "Rodeo burger" is patties+ 3 fried onion ring. "Cheese burger" equals McD's McDouble. Wifi is horrible. Environment is fine. AC is not cold at all. Not too many power outlets are there.
Ordered and paid for an Anger burger, got a single stack instead. Problem corrected, but had to return and they threw other burger away instead of just giving me that one also for the mistake. It happens which is why I gave them a 3 🌟

Most workers should wear gloves when serving food. I came here to get an ice cream cone. There was this person that was holding our ice cream while counting change. It ruined my appetite because that is not sanitary. But the ice cream machine is always clean so good job I guess.
There is no food consistency at this location. We ordered 3 times of Ch'King sandwiches but they tasted differently each time. It's just getting worse. The third, they even made a mistake for my order. Don't even try Chicken Fries as they are pre-fried way ahead of time, so it's not crispy at the time when you eat it. Burger King is a "Maybe-Go-Back" franchise fast-food restaurant.
Three stars for a good whopper. They forgot about me apparently. I sat down and lost track of time playing on my phone. Before I knew it, 20 minutes had passed. When I walked to the counter they asked if I was still waiting. I said yes and they seemed confused. They did upgrade my fries to large and offer me a free desert though.
I love Burger King but I don’t like stingness over couple of barbecue sauce is crazy maybe offer one we pay to come out and eat in your establishment even with prices going higher. It’s a choice that we make to eat in your establishment and we can take our business other places over stinginess. I don’t like ketchup and I shouldn’t have to be submitted to just having it
I'm very picky about this location. Well my wife ordered some food through the mobile app. That's good. Food was hot, tasty & fresh. But here's my beef (no pun intended) when I went to the counter, to pick up the order, 1 it was for dining in, 2 the server did not give me the cups for the drinks (I had to remind him) & 3 no sauce was offered. More like here's your order & go. So the mobile app is handy, but it doesn't replace, the customer interaction, face to face. It also doesn't help, that this server, look like he was doing everything himself. In my opinion, I guess he found the I in Team? Well I that's my experience and opinion. What's yours?
Worse drive thru I've been to! The cashier looked lost and didn't know what she was doing. Also our order took for ever to come out and once we got our food they forgot to give me my drink! I expected better service from this location.

Place was not clean, they stopped the re-fill in this location for no explanation! Staff was unfriendly. You can see insects and flies due to dirtiness.
Service is usually not good almost every time you ask for something specific they will do the opposite the only person I havent ran in to trouble with is this lady that's always smiling and kind other times with other people they will be rude and dissrespectfull to my grandmother its a shame its somewhat clean mostly because not many people go inside and I know why.

Gray haired drive-thru lady closed the dining room earlier than what her boss says, then acts like WE are the ones doing something wrong & inconveniences us on purpose. Lets us make a non-drivethru order, then we cannot come inside to collect it.
I stood at the counter, during lunch time on a Thursday, while the manager ignored me and the five parties behind me in line, only to focus her attention on the drive through customers. My food order was over 59% incorrect, but I did not even attempt to have it corrected, because I would have been late returning to the office, almost certainly. The line at the counter never had less than 4 parties in line waiting to order food, for the enitre time I was inside the restaurant. The temperature inside, was also very, very, warm. It is a summer day in August, yet the franchise owner is clearly more concerned with cutting costs, than he is with serving customers and increasing his company's market share. Deplorable.
Very slow, always long wait even when there’s only a couple people in line. Same excuse every week “no staff”. Asked whether this is the issue everyday and the answer received was “pretty much”. Employees are very rude, Burger King need to provide better training to their employees.
The old Hispanic lady at the drive-thru was very rude. Cop an attitude at me when I was trying figure out what my nephew wants from the menu.
So disappointed that we could not get refill on drinks. Other restaurants give refills and yet Burger King can't. Because not COVID said the manager. I asked the cashier before we placed our order if they give refills, she said Yes. But when we were in middle of eating our food and were so thirsty, the manager said No refills. He said because of COVID they can't touch our cups. They took my cash though. They let me walk around eating without my mask on. We will not go back there again. I suggest you don't go either. Seems like they don't want to work.
They're lucky to receive 1 star!! I've been excited to try the Impossible Whopper for weeks. In all reality I do not eat at Burger King but the Impossible Burger is a game changer for me since I am pescatarian. I am not a happy individual right now! After taking more then couple of bites I realized it had bacon on it! I freaked out because when I took the first bite I told my husband this tastes like meat and I was worried since I haven't had beef, poultry or pork in over 15 years. He stated "it supposed to taste like meat" half way into my burger I noticed 2 pieces of bacon grrr! He grabbed the burger and went to the location! When he got back he told me I just had half of a beef patty! My stomach at the moment is not doing well. They did give my husband the Impossible Whopper but I can't even eat it!!! BK needs to figure out a way that this doesn't happen again! Definitely will not be going to this location ever!! Beware!!
One star for the lady who closed the window in my face because I didn't hear anybody speak through the drive thru mic for my order even if I had waited a really long time in the line. First time there, never to return! Lol
I'm here almost 8 pm on a Thursday night. No one is here but us. All of the tables are dirty. There was no ice in the Ice machine. I guess they are losing out in the burger wars. Looks newly remodeled. I would describe it as depressing.
The worst food ever. Croissant soggy and greasy, hashbrowns full of grease and soggy, Waisted my money, never again!! I don't recommend anything
We enjoy going to Burger King from time to time just not this location. They are not professional and courteous to their customers and they never have the condiment honey mustard for over a year now. The locations management does not care to improve upon the customers experience, but only maintain the stores current unsatisfactory customer experience. It is ridiculous when you have to request your order to-go so that you can take your order next door to KFC to purchase some honey mustard so that our children can enjoy their chicken nuggets. With that said we visit this location 90% less due to the simple fact that our children love chicken tenders and nuggets, but are not able to have something as simple as honey mustard to compliment their entrée. Calling Burger King to report said incident only results in never being contacted by the stores management. With that said avoid this location unless you have no alternatives. Bad customer experience should not be rewarded with repeated customer business.
For my order to be wrong during a slow part of the day was not a good start. There was only one customer in front of me. That's not the worst part, I was more than half way through my burger when i realized that the bottom bun was stale. I stopped eating but now I feel sick to my stomach.
Every morning I stop here and that's my fault for being stupid. The order is always wrong sometimes it even comes cold. While this morning I didn't shut up I went back in and gave it back to them. Half of the people that work here do not speak English and that's fine but in my opinion if you cannot speak English you should not be working in a place where you need to speak it.
I ordered food with fanta orange. At store they didn’t had fanta orange and when I talked to manager, She was clueless as well. Please update your menu or else loose your customers
First, dumplings. Ohhhhhh, my friend! You take little dough pillow, you put so much meat inside, you bite— crunch— inside, explosion of flavor! It’s like mini festival in your mouth, party going on! The skin so soft, it melt like little cloud in your mouth. I tell you, if dumplings were people, they would be best friend, always there to make you happy. I dip it in soy sauce, mmmmmmm, you cannot stop eating. One is never enough, so you keep eating. Then you look at plate, it's empty, and you cry a little. Sad face. Now, sushi! Ahhh, sushi with raw fish, you see, this is like little bite of ocean, yes? I tell you, when I eat sushi, it’s like the fish is still swimming inside me! Hahaha, don’t worry, no fish jumping out. It’s soft, it’s fresh, it’s like you’ve been hugged by sea breeze. But, the rice, ohhhh, rice is soft, but it’s boiled, not too sticky. Sometimes it feel like little rice pillow, but you don’t want pillow in sushi, you want balance, yes? So when you eat, it’s harmony between fish and rice. It’s like yin and yang, very good for body! You eat and you think: Why didn’t I eat more? I eat all sushi, it’s gone. Rice like little rice army, you think, 'Where my rice go?' Gone! So, overall, dumplings, sushi, boiled rice? Very good! Very delicious! Must eat again. But remember, don’t eat too much, you will be very full like baozi (baozi is bun, you know?) and then you fall asleep! Hahaha, no more sushi, my friend!"
I requested with my meal a chicken sandwich and fries and had asked for pickle fries and the lady at the window said I would haft to order them separately, I said that's fine, and had requested more items and paid total of 27.57 .. My point is I didn't get all of my items I paid for, don't use drive through service.. They don't care about you as the customer.
On 9/27/23 I visited Burger King at 3549 Highway 6 and ordered my food. I gave the lady my card and she ran my card, but then stated her machine was down and went to another area to run my card again. I soon discovered that I was double charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to Rosemary a manager and I explained what transpired. She put me on hold and after waiting on hold seems like forever, she hung up on me. I then went back to the restaurant since she hung up on me and I let Rosemay know I was the customer she was talking to but got hung up on and she stated "I didn't hang up on you, Ana did!" I asked to see Ana and the name of the district manager because of unprofessional behavior on Ana's part. When Ana came to the counter she had a bad attitude and rudely said "You was not overcharged " and put a copy of the receipt on the counter. I looked at the receipt and as I am trying to talk to her and show her my phone with both charges she cut me off and said "I don't care what your phone say!" She then walked off and I was left standing there totally in disbelief of how Ana just handled the situation. Rosemary was helping customers in drive thru and I asked if she would please get Ana again as I stood there and was also ignored by her. Ana finally came from the back and walked over to the food prep area with Rosemary.I had my phone to capture the interaction since I was being ignored and treated unfairly and Rosemary whispered something to Ana and she walked over to me and said very loudly in a rude manner " You can't have your phone, I'm calling the police! I couldn't believe that a manager would act that way towards a customer. Not only did Ana and Rosemary fail to listen to my issue, but now treating me like a criminal by threatening to call the police on me. This was totally unacceptable and I left and contacted my bank. My bank also concluded that Burger King double charged me and I had to file a claim due to an error at an establishment, bad customer service, and poor management. This was unfair to me! I will not be coming back to this location! Rosemary and Ana are a poor representation of the company and doesn't value the customers opinion if there is a valid complaint or issue, instead they form their own opinion without consideration for the customer. Thankfully the bank was able to hear my issue and see what was wrongly charged to my account to finally get a resolution! It was my worst experience with any restaurant ever!!!
They are always out of receipt paper for some reason. Strange. The fountain drinks are not good, flat and I’m afraid I got Pepsi instead of coke. They give you too much ice. The bun bread is always hard. They overcharge. This location only has one good employee who is very enthusiastic. The only thing I really like is the zesty sauce.
After having the junior king kids meal at least 10 times with the soft serve ice cream cup or cone as the treat, tonight’s manager and cashier refused. They wanted to charge for it when it was already included with the meal. IT IS SPECIFIED IN WRITING ON THE MENU BOARD! We will not be coming back!

I paid for a value drink when i wanted a value fry and its the same price as the value fry and i wanted to exchange the value drink for the fry being i already paid and ms Adriana said no so i had to pay for a separate fry and used my birthday offer for the drink and just left the $1.56 and didn’t even want the value drink because i had the birthday offer and got the large drink
Manager Cindy, I asked her do you have vegetarian sandwich? She said plain base and I asked her what is in an ingredient. She said I would not know. I don’t have a time to read it either unprofessional service.

This was probably the worst Burger king ever. My Whopper was not good. There was tons of mayonnaise ( which I eat, but, waaaay to much that my burger wasn't edible. Kept falling apart. I asked for cheese. No cheese. The onion rings were stale. Wasted 10.00 on crap;(
The order wasn’t made right. We had ordered chicken sandwiches but our chicken sandwich just came in a whopper bun. It looked like the lettuce and tomato were just really thrown on the bun. They do more talking than serving here.
We visited this Burger King location twice within the same week, and both times, the Jr. Meal came without a toy. This has been extremely disappointing for our child, as the toy is a big part of the experience and expectation when ordering a kids’ meal. It’s frustrating that the staff offered no explanation or alternatives, and there was no sign or notice indicating that toys were out of stock. This is not just a one-time issue—it seems to be a pattern at this location. We kindly ask that district management investigate why this Burger King consistently fails to stock toys for the Jr. Meals. A kids’ meal without a toy is simply not what’s advertised, and it reflects poorly on the brand’s consistency and commitment to families. Please address this issue so future customers don’t face the same disappointment.
Ordered Sundaes for my grandkids, asked for xtra fudge, her response, ' I can't because I would need to charge you, I said ' ok charge me, she said "I can't because I dont have a button for that" seriously, how about you just add the xtra fudge and provide some customer service. And BTW this was an older lady, I am assuming she was the manager on duty. LAST TIME I VISIT THIS LOCATION!! I rather travel further not to deal with poor customer service I will also be reaching out to coorporate to file a complain against this location
They only have a kiosk to order from. That's how they start, 5 years from now you will have to order at the kiosk and then go cook it yourself in the kitchen. All for twice the price. Won't try to eat here again.
Not sure what’s going on with this place but I’ve yet to get hot food from these guys! I ordered burgers fresh off the grill and they never deliver! What’s so hard to put fresh burgers on the grill if a customer asks. I always go inside in hopes that would help but they NEVER deliver! The manager doesn’t assure that her cooks are preparing meals correctly! They renovated the place maybe they should get new workers! This store sucks big time don’t waste your money here
I came to this location today. When I walked in, there was a older lady with grey hair working the drive thru, and some workers in the back she said she would be right with me and my husband. We stood there waiting while she attended to the drive thru car after car more than 15 min. She never came to us. So we left. I do not understand what kind of service this is. This restaurant needs better service.
This is the worst Burger King. I bought a big fish last night and had to throw it in the garbage. It was under cooked , Not hot and breading was doughy. Complete waste of money. The white manager lady rolls her eyes and sighs. This is not my first time getting bad food and bad service. I am local to the store and keep giving them chances. They keep letting me down. I tried contacting corporate and there phone picks up and hangs up. They need a new manager because the older white lady hates her job. She always gives customers a attitude.
