We had an awesome Girl’s Night Out dinner! The food was delicious and the service (thanks Hannah) was wonderful! If you go during the holidays, do yourself a favor and get the Very Berry Martini!

My co-workers and I have dined here several times for lunch each year for about two years now. We have not had a single issue. The food has always been well plated, the right temperature and delicious. The staff and management have always been super nice without being overly intrusive. A nice variety of seasonal items mixed with can’t go wrong staple items mean you always have a safe bet for menu options, but servers like Dunia make awesome suggestions without being pushy. She is by far our favorite server and her personality and attention make the overall dining experience well worth the small margin spent above a fast food or casual dining option. When someone suggests Carrabba’s, everyone agrees on paying Dunia a visit and leaving well pleased and well fed. Thanks Dunia and Carrabba’s!

Haven't been to this location in at least 10 years. We sat in the bar area and our server was Madison. She was awesome. We had a party of 14for my birthday dinner with family. We called ahead to notify the restaurant and when we arrived they wouldnt seat us until half od our party was there. This was a bit frustrating because we were not told this ahead of time and there isnt much room at the entrance for seating while we had to wait for the rest of our party. I understand this policies purpose but there were literally only 3 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We had one server with no assistance so there were frequent empty drinks and lack of bread. Other than that the food was fantastic as always.

Poor Carrabas has really fallen since post covid. Barely 2 entrees on the menu under 20 with one side. I didnt take a picture of the menu, but nothing online even compares to the menu we were given. My $19.49 lasagna tasted like a frozen lasagna or Sysco food, with fresh marinara over the top. Who does that, the sauce hadn't even rendered down. I was able to choose soup or salad and the caesar was fine. I really wanted to try a homemade lasagna with the sauce baked in. Sigh. My husband ordered a fettucine dish with sliced meat and shrimp, closer to $27, and he liked it. The best part of our dinner was the herb and oil mix served along side bread, (which is different now also.) The promoted dessert was a frozen mousse, that should have never been created. Each bite, that didn't melt into the consistency of a spilled milkshake, was followed by a cloying texture in your mouth that is unpleasant. I'm a big baker and chocolate lover, and I left it on the plate. Please chef, put the mousse in a dessert cup and serve it chilled. This was not pleasant. Sadly, our server was distracted. I wont say her name, because she wasnt good nor horrible- just robotic. That's the best I can say. We received our orders, but there was no conversation or genuine smile. She was going through the motions or it felt like she sized us up as soon as we said we didnt want appetizers or cocktails. They had a special to order a take out entree for $10, so we ordered 2 for our kids at home. Lasagna (i could only buy something of same or lesser value) and chicken Marsala (my favorite). She sadly forgot to offer us a side so we received lasagna and a cup of soup, and chicken marsala which was literally 1 breast of pounded chicken with 10 mushrooms on top. I have never felt so cheated. To add insult to an extremely overpriced meal $95 without tip!, We received the wrong ticket at the end and had to find the waitress to correct her mistake. This was our date night place pre-covid. Sadly, We won't be back when I can make the same meals for 1/10th of the price and know they are prepared from scratch. It was Saturday at 1:45pm.

I ordered the Lentil and Sausage Soup, Tuscan Breadstick Tower, and Chicken Marsala. Unfortunately, the Chicken Marsala was extremely disappointing. I verified that I hadn’t selected the stuffed version, but the chicken still appeared to have a cheese-like texture throughout. After one bite and a closer inspection, I was disgusted and discarded the dish. The soup and breadsticks, however, were excellent and barely saved the experience.

The atmosphere was great... the wait staff was good.. the FOOD... WAS MEDIOCRE. The prices did not match the dish... Description: 2 lump crab cakes$15.99 Received: 2 small crab patties with crab flakes. Salad was good..can't remember name to be fair..lettuce black olives tomatoes... added grilled chicken...Salad came out to $23.00. Calamari i was not use to it being white with pepper. I was expecting it to be golden brown like in seafood restaurants... drinks are good however over priced for size..I'm talking happy hour pricing. This is not about pricing... this is about quality... I was with a party of about 30 people... we all agreed to leave the 18 to 20% gratuity because the service was good HOWEVER no one raved about the food... we all agreed it was just alright.

The food was not how we expected it to taste. All of our dishes lack seasoning. My daughter ordered risotto and the rice was crunchy and there was no creamy to it. To be honest it looked like it was sitting awhile because it was dry thoughout. My son's salad had some kind of stem in that was not edible and my dish lacked flavor Chicken was bland. For the price we paid for each dish I was expecting taster food. I would say the only thing good was the bread and dipping oil. As for customer service our waiter was awesome he never let our drinks go dry and we never had to ask for them to be filled, for me that is alway a plus in my book.

I like Carrabba’s, we’ve been going for years, but tonight’s meal fell short. The Tuscan filet and shrimp with spinach had all the makings of a delicious meal, everything was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was a fail. Roasted garlic cream sauce was runny and just flavorless. Came on Sunday late afternoon and restaurant wasn’t even half full, I was informed they were short on servers so it was a 25 min wait before I got seated. Everything here is a fair price, nothing too expensive. Reminds me of an Olive Garden without the breadsticks tbh. they do give complimentary warm bread that was pretty good. The bread was very soft and I did enjoy that. The pasta I ordered was very mid, nothing stood out (fettuccine weesie, sub w penne pasta) They also forgot the scallops on my order which sucked. The server did pack our leftovers togo for us, which was nice. Don’t think I’d be coming back here unless invited. Not on my recommendation list for restaurants in Sugarland

Dear Carrabba’s Management, I’m writing to share my recent experience at your Sugar Land location on 11/9/25, which was unfortunately very disappointing. My family and I visited to celebrate a special occasion, but the evening was far from what we expected. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, as it took an unusually long time to receive our drinks, appetizers, and entrées. When our food finally arrived, three dishes had to be sent back due to poor quality. The spaghetti sauce had an odd taste, my daughter’s pasta was undercooked, and my plate was served cold. My sister’s meal was also lukewarm, and my daughter’s boyfriend became ill after eating the calamari and had to go to the restroom to vomit. Although the waitress did her best to have the kitchen remake my dish, the replacement was still unsatisfactory. The risotto came out watery and partially frozen, and the chicken was cold again. When I asked how food could be sent out in that condition, the waitress didn’t have an answer. The waitress mentioned that she had spoken with a manager about the issues we were experiencing, yet he didn’t come over to apologize or address the situation. I then asked to speak with the manager, his only solution was to offer to make another dish—after five unsatisfactory meals, that did not seem like a reasonable resolution. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially given that it was meant to be a celebration. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues in both your kitchen and management approach to ensure that future guests don’t have a similar experience.

After being a loyal customer for all these years , me and my wife will not be eating here anymore. Come on guys !!! We arent in a crisis !!! Everything has been reduced in size ,you would think our plates were a kids menu ! And you have raised the prices of everything ! Supply prices go up ....i understand ! My chicken parmesan was half the size its always been.... and by HALF i mean like it was also cut in half sideways. Sliced cheese , and tasted like cardboard. Thank goodness my wifes plate fared a little better. 70 bucks tip included for what we were served was the last time we set foot in there.
