This place is so hit & miss… I always get the toasted frontega chicken and the amount of each ingredient vastly differs between visits. Sometimes I barely get any chicken and a ton of cheese and onion then other times lots of chicken and not much of anything else. The chicken can be super salty or lacking flavor. I liked my sandwich. It was actually very good. This place is hectic. They might need to hire more help. A lot of the tables are left dirty. Also the line to order gets very long and moves slowly. The atmosphere is nice. Very casual. I like the patio area as well . It’s cute. The employees are also really nice.

Sticky floor, smelly carpet… trash on the floor behind the counter. Shelves are empty; some bagels but nothing else. Hot water for tea is not hot, you put hands in the jar to grab tea bags and pray that the previous person who picked up the tea bags actually washed their hands. Coffee was out. Soups are not ready. Talking about 8 am not 5 am.

This location is always very crowded. And seating is hard to find during peak hours. This location is open for breakfast up until 10:30 a.m. then they switch to lunch. The breakfast items tasted better than the lunch. For lunch, the bread on the sandwiches are too crunchy and they are cheap with the ingredients. The soup portions are small for the price. Overall not a good lunch experience.

Such a horrible experience. Ive been coming here for soooo long. Quality sucks and they just stop giving a damn about customers and fulfilling what is paid for. Food is good but the way things are cooked or made sometimes looks and seems as if they are just trying to throw stuff out. No matter what people pay. This is a great example and I'm honestly tired of calling to complain just to get some type of credit I have to call to get from a manager and hope they actually put it in "The BOOK" which is most of the time not in "The BOOK". If I could give a zero I would. The Kensington facility has its own business hours.. they close at 7:30 on Sunday. The young lady had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not what I ordered at all! I’m rather careless when it comes to food service because I’m not picky, so the last time they sent me a burnt sandwich with half (well, most) the ingredients nowhere to be seen, I ignored it. But today it happened again and I’m wondering why did I pay $14 for something I could burn at home and eat. I called the location and the manager offered another sandwich but seemed to take no accountability saying she “didn’t see my order” and “didn’t encounter a burnt sandwich”. That’s what prompted me to leave a picture because I really want them to see what kind of quality is being pushed out at this location.

My salad had black and yellow lettuce. When I pointed it out to an employee, she told me that’s how all the salads at Panera look. I said I didn’t want it, and she told me to take it to the trash in the back of the store. After I took a picture, she suddenly offered a refund for the low-quality salad. I’m never coming back to this Panera location.

This Panera was honestly disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the smell was terrible… it really stank in there. I came to pick up a DoorDash order, and no one assisted me the entire time. One of the workers looked right at me but continued to walk a round instead of helping. I waited about 10 minutes, and when an employee finally came out, they helped two people who arrived after me. The energy in the store felt off, and the whole experience was just uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service or atmosphere you’d expect from Panera.

My experience doesn’t have to do with the service or the food as it’s always good but the environment? The bathrooms are sticky and smelly and it looks like no one cleans the tables or the floor. I used to love Panera but the uncleanliness really takes away a lot. Hope management steps up and takes accountability and does something.

I ordered some food for my kids and I am aware it was 10-15mins before closing, so they were probably in a rush to get home. I ordered 2 of pick- two meals. One was broccoli cheddar soup with tomato basil BLT, while the other was Mac & cheese with cranberry chicken sandwich. But they really didn’t put a lot of effort in making the sandwiches. You could barely see the bacon in one sandwich, and they just scooped the chicken salad on the other sandwich.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but after four bad experiences, I am a bit fed up with this location and will not return. They messed up my breakfast sandwich 4 times, once without egg & sausage, once without any meat, once with bacon not sausage, and today Asiago bagel instead of ciabatta bread. I even called to confirm my order, like the manager suggested the day before because I love Panera. I didn’t want to stop going since this is the closest one. Stacy the manager was truly kind and tried to accommodate me the best she could, but something has to be done about this location. Panera has been in my family for many years, whether it’s as employees, management, or customers and this establishment is a complete disaster. I hope in the future they do better for customers who are paying a lot for messed up food.
