Warm and cosy space in the heart of Sunnyvale downtown. Healthy and nutritious food. Great service with attentive staff. The owner is very friendly. Perfect place to grab a quick bite between meetings. Love their ginger and turmeric shots as well!
We got a takeout order of Avocado sandwiches, green smoothie and salad. The food was fresh and super tasty. The smoothie takes 5 stars - never have I tasted a green smoothie so delicious - a perfect blend of greens, banana and dates .
I had two smoothies from here and they were delicious! acai berry and Pomegranate one. We loved the smoothies so much, we ended up having 2 or more! The flavor was just right, it was refreshing and nutritious and the sweetness was balanced as well! Highly recommend smoothies from here!!!!
Darshun (I hope I spelled that correctly) was very helpful in getting me my order and provided me with excellent service. I’ve been here before but this time I was inspired to leave a review for others to note this is a Vitality Bowl worth spending your money on.
Located in a court yard. Parking was convenient. The place is small but clean and accessible. The employees are attentive and courteous. I had a smoothie and a panini and both were so delicious. I would definitely come back here for more!
The person who took my order today was extremely friendly and polite. I really appreciated how he modified my drink since I don't like one or two of the ingredients in their regular juice mixes. The quality and taste of the fresh juices were excellent, and I enjoyed them very much.
I went and got a superfood bowl for the second day in a row! They were accommodating and kind and the food was delicious.
So good! All 3 were beautifully made and delicious! We ordered the nutty, tropical and vitality bowl and will definitely be back for all 3 again. Online ordering was smooth and fast pick up.

Great acai bowls! Some seating inside and outside. Very easy to park underground right in front of the store.
Grace and team at Vitality Bowls is amazing! Super friendly and passionate, and the ingredients are fresh and real. Highly recommend for a healthy treat!
This place is really good. Great service. They are under new leadership with a manger named Grace. She is very kind and understanding ❤️ I never have a problem here. My family loves it!!! Always a deal on Uber eats
Great açaí bowls are made and served here. Also, Grace the server was super attentive to detail and helped make the food super fast to help me catch my caltrain.
This place has become one of my regular stops! The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient — you can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience. The manager especially goes above and beyond, always greeting customers with a smile and keeping the café running smoothly. I usually order the Vitality Bowl or the Warrior Bowl, and both are fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The fruit is always vibrant, the granola has a great crunch, and everything feels clean and nourishing. It’s the kind of food that actually makes you feel good afterward. The café itself is bright, clean, and relaxing — a great spot to sit with a smoothie or bowl and just unwind. Whether you’re starting your morning, refueling after a workout, or just craving something healthy, this place always hits the spot. Highly recommend Vitality Bowls for anyone looking for a fresh, energizing meal made with care. 🌿🥝🍓
Vitality Bowls makes my absolute favorite Acai Bowls! I brought my whole team here after a workout class, and everyone loved their Acai bowls and smoothies. They tasted incredibly fresh and we appreciated the healthy ingredients. The service was great—our large order was already prepared and waiting for us the moment we arrived, which was a huge time-saver. Thank you, Vitality Bowls, for such a delicious post-workout treat and attentive service.

Good food and prices. Only downside is it is one of those places exclusivly staffed by min wage teenagers so the quality can vary a lot and the service is basically nonexistent. "What..." and "ok" are the only words the staff will use.
Small store in the downtown area good underground parking. The restaurant itself is really small but they have the full menu. It took about 10 minutes to get my smoothie.
A super yum, plentiful and healthy bowl of nutritional vegan deliciousness! I hauled The Superfood Bowl whilst on the move, fantastic Acai with wholesome and difference making ingredients made this an awesome visit and I thought it was rad. This is also a nice location in a great little area within the heart of old town Sunnyvale.

This location is currently short-staffed so you might have to use the buzzer on the counter to get someone to come out. Counter assistance can be impatient depending on who you get (lady was impatient; the gentleman on a subsequent visit was far more courteous). Staff who assembled and brought out the bowls are consistently courteous and friendly. No substitutions, but you can add items for a fee or delete to your heart's content (no price adjustment for deletions). Bowls are adequate; toppings are present but not overwhelmingly so. Having said that, these are somewhat expensive for what is offered; comparable bowls can be had for 30% less. Also note that the storefront is not really visible from the street as they are located on the plaza side of the building (near Philz), and do not face the street. Best if you park underground and climb the stairs to the plaza.
I had the Dragon bowl. The base was not blended well and the toppings were very less. I didn't find it worth the price at all. Their blended juices are better.
This place looks promising but unfortunately needs to work on keeping stock of their menu options. To start, it's in a large shopping/living complex. There's many different eateries, and LOTS of foot traffic. We had to circle for a bit before finding parking which was a bit annoying since the space is brand new - you would figure when it was planned that the parking capacity would be sufficient. Parts of the area are still under development including residential apartments and a hotel. This will likely add to the congestion... After walking over to Vitality, I peered the menu and ordered an oatmeal bowl. The description looks delicious but alas that's how far I got with that option. They were out of oatmeal! The other option that I went for was the kale salad, and again the menu item was out of stock! If it was closer to breakfast time, I would've ordered an acai bowl or smoothie, which do look pretty good. but also pricey which was another gripe about this place. I ended up going elsewhere to find food within the complex. I might give this place another chance since it looks to have a lot of potential, but currently am under impressed.
I come here quite a bit because I like the food but I often leave frustrated either because it takes forever because they only have one employee working at a time. Or because they are so inconsistent with the size of their bowls or what’s in their salads and sometimes they give me the wrap hot and sometimes cold. It just seems like they need more workers and better training so there is consistency in what they serve.
I ordered a smoothie, and it ended up being one of the most watery ones I've ever had, plus the flavor was quite disappointing.
There was only one employee on site, which meant the wait times were very long. They need to have multiple people working at the store. Furthermore, I have an allergy and asked before ordering if I would be able to eat the dish I was ordering. The employee confidently said yes. Later he came out and said that he wasn't sure if I could eat the granola (after I had paid!). Then, he put the wrong fruit on the order. The experience was a total rip off. Please have more people on shift, improve training so employees don't mess up orders, and improve food allergy processes. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.
They need more than one employee working at noon on a Friday. The lady working was trying her best. Took almost 40 minutes to get one bowl. Order ahead on uber eats but they didn't start making it until I arrived, luckily I wasn't in a rush
Ordered a Green Glow Bowl. I selected no feta, but the bowl was missing pickled red onions, radish, green goddess dressing, and lemon tahini dressing. So basically half the bowl. After a long day of traveling, this was a huge disappointment. :(

Waited >40min to make a bowl and sandwich. I could probably make in under 5 min. Their excuse is everything is fresh. Food sucks
Paid extra for additional chicken and some other toppings. They were on the package label but no where to be found in the food. This happened 2/2 times it’s just ridiculous.
Place was deserted on a Friday. Smoothie tasted absolutely gross, ordered the Protein Power smoothie which supposed to have bananas, strawberries and kale. Tasted like none of those… so I immediately TOSSED IT OUT. Also the guy seemed like he did not want to be there at all
The morning glory wrap was morning disgust wrap. Spoiled greens. Tasted like they put week old leftovers into a tortilla. I only took a couple of bites and threw away the rest. I am sure the guy wouldn't eat it himself. Also I waited for 15 minutes approx, when there were no other customers.
I couldn’t order because the 2 workers in the back were asleep at the wheel. The girl was literally asleep, slumped over on the counter, and the guy was watching reels on his phone w earbuds in so he couldn’t hear me knocking on the glass to the kitchen. Too bad! I like this place but that was just crazy. I went and got some Suja green juices at Target nearby instead.
I love vitality bowls, this place was super underwhelming. I got a kids bowl and when I went to eat it was all melted. There was board games and things everywhere. The tables and seats were super ripped up.
I love Vitality Bowl but this was my first time to the Sunnyvale location. I always get the same smoothie but unfortunately the smoothie from this location was very bad. It had no flavor and was the consistency of water. While other Vitality Bowls make a thick and flavorful smoothie. This felt very watered down.
Got take out , bought a bowl April 2nd . They put chicken in the order , asked to sub it with hummus . Didn’t have Quinoa and missing 2 other ingredients . Plate was an absolute mess, looks like somebody ate and proceeded to throw leftovers in a box . I was shocked 😂
I try to use the app and it won't let me login (error message - in my experience that stupid thing almost never works), so I call several times and no one answers - 7:30 on a Saturday night.
I am fan of vitality bowls but this place is unhygienic. Plus they make you wait forever to place an order.
Waited for 10 mins for someone to come to the front after hitting their bell two separate times. You could hear people chit chatting and there is a huge window where they can see if someone is waiting. When more customers came in of a different demographic, someone finally emerged, unapologetic and with no customer service. After ordering, instead of saying something to close out my transaction, she looked past me and said hello to the next customer. I will not come back to a racist establishment. Also, extremely slow and dismissive. A mother is in here pleading for them to take her seriously about her son’s food allergies…. Multiple people keep having to return about over charging and incorrect change… they overcharged me and I let it go just so I can get out of this place!!
Store is wide open with nobody attending. Rang the bell, waited, nobody showed up. I left.
I ordered at 11:40 and can to pick up at 11:54 as stated, they did not finish making my order until 12:15. There was nobody there and it took them 35 minutes to make what I ordered. What I ordered vs what I got.
They need to clean their grill! I got a wrap there today and it looked disgusting, it had a lot of black grime from the grill. Also, the filling was cold. The potatoes seemed to have been frozen and were still cold. Then, I complained and got another wrap that also had some grime. Both wraps smelled like stale oil. I used to go to the Mountain View location and their wrap is really good.
The store hours says it is open- see in the photos what I found when I went there Went back on November 6, 2024. I ordered two fruit juices (rehydrate and detoxify), a PB and jelly sandwich and a green glow bowl. Initially I was told the waiting time was 20-25 minutes. I came back and was told that since they do all the ingredients fresh it will take another 10-15 minutes. I had to wait in total 50 minutes. I picked up the order and did not check content but when I got home realize they gave me incorrect juices (neither tasted like what I had in the past) and the green glow bowl missed several ingredients (red onion, etc) while the spinach on it tasted like mold.

Came in, waited 5 minutes for someone to come to register, placed order, was told they didn't have mints to add to my superbowl, ordered anyway, waited 20 minutes, watched someone come in, they laughed with each other, decided it's taking too long, asked for my money back, it shouldn't take over 20 minutes to make a superbowl, or any other bowl, never had this happen in any other locations, p.s. the place was filthy as well
I preordered online, came late to pick up but still had to wait. The salad was not good and the drink was horrible.
We waited about 15 minutes at the counter for someone to come out and take our order. A line formed behind us. The smoothies then took another 30 minutes.
We placed a catering order for 20 people on a Saturday for delivery on Tuesday, and the experience was quite disappointing. The order was delivered over an hour late, and when we called for an update, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Several items were missing, and nothing was properly labeled, which made it extremely difficult to figure out whose order was whose. This was especially concerning because gluten-free items were not marked at all, so I wasn’t able to eat my meal. On top of that, no one picked up the phone when we tried to follow up. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the food handling careless, and the communication nonexistent. Unfortunately, we won’t be using Vitality Bowls for our business catering in the future.
Called multiple times to make sure they were open, no answer. Arrived at the store and the doors are locked and the lights are off at 8:30pm when it’s posted on the door and google that you close at 9:30pm. Two teenagers are staring at me guiltily and ran from the window. Terrible service and it’s a blessing I didn’t purchase anything. I’ll stick with the redwood location.
I like the taste of the acai bowls here. But each time I have ordered with them, they have always missed at least one ingredient that I paid extra for, and they don't even pick up your calls. Never place online orders with this store- make sure you check your order in person at the store.
Terrible service. Even when pre-ordering for pickup, expect to wait 25+ minutes. The shop feels understaffed and chaotic, which makes the experience frustrating every time. This is the opposite of what you’d expect from a wellness café. Management really needs to staff appropriately and prioritize customer service. The staff consistently seem irritated, which makes the experience even worse.
