Pizza was pretty good. I'm not into boneless wings but they were part of a special and they were pretty good too.

Pizza and fish haddock is the 5 star rated from myself cheaper deals and everyday special on slices definitely try their chicken wing slices delicious ...... 🍕

My pizza tonight was probably the best I ever ordered. I didn't get any wings tonight but my pizza had a nice hot bite to hit. I like some spice to my food and this was an awesome mix of spice and still be able to taste my pizza and enjoy my food.

Pies Guys is one of my favorite restaurants. Their customer service is fantastic. The pizza is always tasty and when I ask for crispy wings, they make them perfectly crispy. I go out of my way to order from these guys. I recommend them.

First I must say I got told that the wait was going to be an HR. 35 min later it was here. And the pizza, amazing! I got a speciality pizza. Chose all the toppings, and trust me there was a lot.The service was awesome . This place is just genuinly amazing. 100% recommend!

For fried foods definitely want make sure Steuben's on. When Danny's in you definitely want a meat lovers calzone. Zachariah I guess makes a decent slice pie. The wings are phenomenal sweet and tangy is my favorite.

Always a good pie here! Yesterday, (Thanksgiving-eve), called for two 18”. Person on phone made me aware of a special on 16” (“Are you sure you don’t want large? They are on special.” —THANKS for that info!) So I ordered three — cheese, and two with two other toppings each. These three were extraordinary. Better than usual…and they are always good. Never had a bad experience here! We tried this a few years ago after another favorite got very unpredictable, more often disappointing. Not the case here! Highly recommend!

We're from Ohio in town visiting and wanted something that was local. We decided on Pie Guys based on the reviews. It was well worth it!!! We ordered the lasagna and potato pizza (because we've never heard of those before!) And they were on point!!!! They were sooooooo good!!!!!!!! We also got the honey BBQ and hot wings and they're were delicious!!! I'd highly recommend!!!

Love this place,it's an Eastwood staple. Ordered a plain cheese pizza a couple weeks ago,and the order never printed. Went in to grab it and when the employee noticed the issue, he was very apologetic,and I had my pizza in 10 minutes. He even threw extra cheese on it for me.

We were in Syracuse for thw holiday weekend and were poorly treated everywhere we went to buy food, until we walked into Pie guys pizza! They treated us great, and even added some free wings to our order because they felt we waited a little to long. The wings were delicious as well!! i am really happy I went there.

They make a great pizza and they hear ur complaints if their r any. The girl who I know from going there is a really nice person and just nice to talk to. I get to have a nice conversation with. Consistently good food. We've been ordering from here at least once a week for two years. The pizza is delicious, the fries show up still hot and crispy, the hot heroes are out of this world. We've had a couple minor issues with the food in the last two years and they are always wonderful to deal with and quick to remedy whatever the problem is. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great pizza, best tasting crust I've had in N.Y. actually!! Awesome staff!! Owner is a really cool guy! I suggest it to everyone! Great deals too!! About the garlic in strips, thats how they cut the garlic pizza. If you ask them to cut in triangles, they will. Simple fix. I get the garlic once a week not even kidding and it is amazing. Amazing Wings not to spicy not to weak in flavor perfect mix. Pizza is amazing but a tad bit small in slice wise. But for $20 you get about 12-14 slices and 10 wings the pizza is a one topping but it's worth it. The cheese and topping combo is a perfect balance and it's not to greasy Actually it's greasy to the point where it's almost not noticable. The driver was excellent, polite and professional. The lady who answered the phone professional, polite, respectful and asked what sort of spicy level you'd like which gave me a sense that this company loves their patrons. For my first time ordering from them I have absolutely NO complaints. They have earned a customer for life from me and my family and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone I know

Pie guys did it again! My son chooses them every year for his birthday, 16 this year! Pizza was good and wings were good. we tried some different flavors this time. Honey bbq, sweet and tangy. The Honey bbq tastes like bbq sauce with apple cider and the sweet and tangy is bbq with tangy mustard. They were ok, the mild were more grease then sauce but still good. The birthday boy says they were delicious! And the hubby says damn good!

I stayed at a local hotel over the weekend and ordered pizza from here. It was maybe 30 minutes left before they close and I ordered a sheet pizza and 30 wings. Whoever answered the phone was polite and professional and when we got there, they were nice made my wings crispy as I asked, and the pizza was delicious. It could’ve used a little bit more pepperoni but other than that everything was good service was A1. I would definitely eat here again.

We were staying at a local hotel and ordered the pie guys to deliver food. We ordered two of their chef salads with chicken and a slice of pizza. Everything was amazing fresh and delicious. They were very conscientious about making sure we had everything we needed since we were eating out of our hotel room and brought necessary utensils and extras. It’s Easter and we have no dinner plans and my son asks for pizza. Considering he’s my boss, I obey his demands. Our usual spot was closed, so we tried Pies Guys for the first time. Naturally, I figured they’d be slammed and I was pretty unbothered by the wait time but they called me twice and texted me updates with apologies about the wait. They even threw in a free 2 liter and some garlic knots. Even though I didn’t care it’s clear they do and that’s insanely rare and worth a shout out. Will definitely order from them again.

Delicious easy dinner. I called ahead and ordered over the phone for 5pm and the food was ready right on time. We love their sheet pizza! We got a sheet cheese pizza and 2 orders of char grilled wings for $60. Wings were delicious and had a nice grilled flavor. I really liked that the man was very transparent about the prices over the phone and told me the wings are expensive. They were about $15 for 10 which is probably standard right now. Worth it! His customer service was good and he even totaled my order which is something not every establishment will do and rush to hang up on you. Thanks for an easy dinner and leftovers.

Ordered for my son's 14th birthday, could not be happier! Two pizza's and 30 wings, mild and BBQ! All was fabulous!! They were very nice and pleasant to speak with! The guy that took my order wished my son a happy birthday. New favorite pizza place! I called back to tell them how much we loved it and the cook also wished my son a happy birthday! Can't kill a place for 1st time ever mistake....

On 2/25/23, I ordered a large cheese pizza & picked it up. Very good pizza & the employees who seemed very busy were polite & efficient. The woman working in front was so busy cashing out customers, she had to hang up the phone that continued ringing with new orders. The gentleman in the back attempted to come up front to assist, howver he needed to prepare the food for upcoming orders so they eventually decided to wait on answering the phone. Overall, these employees were juggling this busy night very well & still remained polite to people picking up their orders.

I order often Wednesday night's and loved the pizza. I would always rave to others how awesome it is. They dough they used was an amazing crust. Not much anymore though. It seems they use pre bought shells. Hard and tasteless. Wings are pretty good.

The online ordering system was done, so when I got there I learned they had not received my order, but they made it very quickly, and they were very friendly about it. The pizza was good, but it felt like something was missing from making it great! Definitely worth a try.

Always low on supplies.. great lunch special just never any pizzas . Staff could really care less. Like most pizza joints.

We ended up staying at a local hotel on our trip home and decided to try Pies Guys for dinner. We ordered a large supreme, medium half cheese and half pep and medium garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread was very good, amazing crust. Not too thick but enough to hold all the cheese. Only complaint was that it wasn't cut well and we were pulling cheese off trying to get them apart. The pizza though, would not recommend. The crust was so thin, it couldn't hold the toppings. It was unbelievably greasy, like dripping down your hand greasy. Maybe I missed this on the website but the pizza was cut like garlic bread, in long strips, terrible to try and eat with the supreme toppings. Even the pep and cheese was long and floppy. We're from Canada, so we also have to take into account the exchange rate and I just wouldn't say this was worth $90 (Canadian).

Moved in to Eastwood a few months ago, was told Pie Guys is the best pizza in the neighborhood. Order a fresh garlic pie. Didn't know garlic from a jar was considered fresh... gave the pizza a bad taste. Pizza wasn't anything to write home about. It was also cut in strips... Cut the pizza the correct way!

Dough was flavorless, ingredients were not fresh. We threw away 90% of the veggie pizza we ordered. They were pretty nice at the counter but the food was disappointing to say the least.

Would've been nice to let me know I was only going to get drums. Went back year or two later for a couple slices. Tasted good, but were clearly sitting around. I know that's how it goes for slices sometimes, so no problem. Unfortunately when I grabbed each slice the crust ripped off of them like they were perforated pieces of paper

Good pizza and prices. Not amazing, but good and worth checking out. However, please be advised that they cut their pizza into an asinine strips pattern and not into slices like normal pizza is and should be cut into. I had no idea and wasn't informed when I ordered. I took two stars off for this: one for having this be their default and another for not informing customers that they do this. Has anyone in history asked for a 'strip' of pizza? Totally bizarre. Just FYI, if you want your pizza cut into the standard 8 slices like a normal human being, you have to specify this when you order.

Unfortunately lesson learned. Don't order fish from a pizza place. It was like rubber. Fries were hard as rocks. Coleslaw was terrible. Asked for extra tartar. Nope. At least the salad is edible. I received $5 off for first time order. Hopefully, their pizza is better. Likely will not order again, though. And the bag leaked on my seat of my car. Made it smell horrible. Suggestion. Maybe use plastic bags in the future.

I ordered a garlic pizza with mushrooms, sausage and red peppers ! I got a regular pizza w tomato sauce ! I’m so disappointed! I have company over and they can not have red sauce! Just about the worst service i've ever had. Called in by phone at 1130, large pizza and 10 wings told them i'd be there at 12pm. Get there at 1205 and the owner zach told me it'd be a a few minutes which i thought was fine. 1220 is when i got antsy and inquired about my order. The best he could say is "have some consideration, we're busy" i told him that i was going to be late getting back from break, he did not seem to care.. He had been talking loudly about how he had some people call in because of the snow and that they were busy, loud enough for everyone myself and the other patient guy in the front to hear. Im a patient guy, but dont lie to your customers and tell them there food can be ready at a certain time and then not deliver on that promise, this isnt how you run a business. Hire some reliable employees and treat your customers better!

Pizza is good but every single time we order, they mess up the delivery and seemingly cant read addresses or instructions correctly, they'll just leave it on the sidewalk near your house and never call or text you about it. Consistently awful service.

They gave me a fish sandwich.. no fish! A gyro ...no bread and no soda ! They remade to order for me still forgot the soda. The fish was dry! The best part was the fries

First time & last time here here. Pizza was stacked on each other and taking them apart took the cheese off my slices. Asked for each, got blue cheese. Also found a hair in my food.

In town for a week from Brooklyn and decided to order pizza for family of 5. The prices were decent and delivery was pretty quick. But the pizza was bad. It was dry, overcooked, not enough sauce and the cheese was paper thin. Dry, chewy and crunchy. Flavor no good either. And why did they cut it in rectangles instead of triangles? Here are the pics of how burnt it was and how thin cheese was. This was bread, not pizza.

The worst pizza ever🤮 even our dog won’t eat it. Ordered cheese pizza, it was very saggy drowning in cheese. I DID NOT order extra..extra..cheese. Cheese is more thicker than bread. Maybe the cooks that day was in the bad mood. Never ordering again. Zero star if you ask me. Waste my money! NY health inspector should visit this place ASAP.

We ordered the fish dinners last night. It was the absolute worst haddock we have ever eaten. There was fish skin on both sides of the filet, the fish itself was was dark and seemed old. If you're going to be in business selling fish, it should be far better than this. Will never order this again.

Have been getting pizza from here since they opened over a year ago. Food has gone down hill and Monday was my last order ever, 2 pizza's one was wrong order Chicken Wing NOT Chicken Tender. Then the Pepperoni and Sausage was bad enough I threw the hole dam thing out. Smelt like vomit from the sauce and had green blotches all over the cheese like mold. Food Poison this is the place for you!

I ordered nyc pizza for pick up, asked for half pepperoni half extra cheese plus garlic knots and small fries. We usually go to the Liverpool location but took a chance on local. The wait was an hour and 15 minutes, the cheese was hard, all pepperoni no extra cheese, the crust was burnt and the garlic knots were BONE dry. Not even worth going back to remake anything since you can’t see what’s going on with your food over the wall up. Needless to say I won’t ever go back and will only go to Liverpool location.

When we called we were told it would be 30 minutes for pick up. After hearing how long their service is we waited until 40 minutes to go pick it up. After arriving they told us it'd be another "9 minutes". So after an hour and ten minutes after placing our order, we didn't receive an apology, a discount, or anything to show that they're sorry about having completely awful service. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Ordered a LARGE heart shaped pizza for valentines day (not too much to ask for) paid almost $20 for a small (not even medium) sized pizza that barely resembled the shape of a heart. Definitely would’ve went elsewhere if I had known better.

Pizza is lack-luster, sub-par, and they cut their pizzas into strips instead of slices like uneducated goombas. Save your money, wouldn't be hard to find some place better. Hell Papa John's or Domino's would be a better choice by a long shot than to waste your money on this trash.

Pizza was so gross I didn't finish a single piece. DRIPPING wet with oil/grease. Cheesy Breadsticks were not any better. Service was good on the phone, but the delivery woman called angry because she couldn't locate the hotel room. This wasn't rocket science, but fine... could certainly have done without the attitude though. Not sure why the hotel recommends this place at all (was given menu upon check-in). Can't find one redeeming quality.

Pies Guys came highly recommended. Ordered today around 2:45 pm. Waited over an hour. Called around 4 pm to let them know we were still waiting. Pizza finally arrived close to 4:30 pm. I had ordered two large pizzas- 1 regular with pepperoni, 1 garlic with spinach. Both showed up with red sauce. Delivery forgot our wings and soda. Received those 2 hours after placing initial order. Hardly apologetic. Should've heeded the previous warnings on other reviews. Completely disappointed. No refund offered or complimentary coupons for future orders.

I ordered 100 dollars in pizza and wings 5 days in advance for my super bowl party. At 630 i called and was immediately put on Hold. I waited on hold for 40 min and they never came back. I sent a Facebook message they looked at it 20 mins after I sent and said nothing back.

I ordered from this dumpster fire at 6:37 pm on Grubhub. It’s now 9:17 pm and I didn’t receive the food. The website states they are open until 10. I called 12 times and received no answer. I then decided to drive there to pick up my order instead. What a surprise when I rolled up and they closed early. 0/10 would not recommend.

I don't know what to say. I've never given a 1 star to a pizza place before. It feels kind of dirty inside the place. I over heard the workers complaining about the prices of other things on the menu, while I waited for my pick up order for 2 18" pizzas, which came to $65 with the seemingly mandatory tip. It's not a terrible price if the ingredients were premium but they definitely were not considering I had to vomit everything I ate 2 hours after I ate. I've never had a worse pizza experience and this place needs to shape up or get out.

Ordered delivery like many times before and it had always come fast. Was told an hour wait on the phone but it usually comes faster. Waited an hour and a half and pizza had still not arrived. Called to check on status of pizza and was told by the woman on the phone that she lost the order ticket. She did not apologies but offered to remake the food and give $10 off but we still had to wait another hour. Her tone was very rude on the phone. Ended up cancelling the order and making food at home.
