Beautiful. Donuts are fresh and hot. Kolaches are fire and the got out it in 5 minutes. Can't beat it.

I came through the drive-thru and gave my order to an inexperienced new young man. There were two donuts that were different than what I ordered in the box and my daughter was looking forward to those donuts. I called them back and ask them to fix it and they were very courteous, very nice, and met my need. They gave me several extra donuts on top of correcting my order. I am very happy with them and their customer service. It was an easy mistake and they were very generous with correcting it. People make mistakes and thats understandable, but it all comes down to how it's handled from there and they handled it beyond my expectations and I would recommend this donut shop to anyone.

Great selection, quality of food is always consistent. Very quick to go in and out. Drive through is efficient and even faster when they send someone out with a tablet to place orders so all you do at the window is pay and pick up. Great service. Bathrooms have always been clean when I used them. If you go inside, you can see them making the donuts through a window. It's fun for kids and adults.

As quick and fresh. Couple times they didn’t give me my correct order. But besides that very friendly staff. My kid loves it before school. Great way to bribe him to be good in school. Thanks y’all

The staff have all been friendly and helpful. The sausage and jalapeno kolaches have been pretty good, but the donuts don't always seem to be the freshest.

We usually have no issues here. We had an order and asked for 5 glazed blueberry cakes, we received 5 blueberry plain cakes. What made it even more disappointing is they were undercooked and the insides were still all wet dough.

Shows open until 6pm, open signs on but door is locked. Not open. I know its an odd time to be getting a donut but my kiddo was excited for the reward.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. I understand that this location just reopened and there may be some errors here and there but the customer service wasn’t great, the order was incorrect, and I waited 20min past my quoted pickup time.

The new shop is cute and reminds me of Krispy Kreme. We didn't go often before the tornado because the donuts were tiny. This visit was us giving it another chance after the re-build. While the service and atmosphere are good, the donuts are lacking. They don't have old fashioned donuts. The filled donuts have barely any filling inside. And most disappointing of all is the apple fritter. It didn't look like an apple fritter, nevertheless I gave it a shot. But no apple nor even apple flavor was present in that apple fritter. It wasn't crispy like a fritter. It was just an extra large glazed donut with no hole. Sorry Shipley, but we will stick with Jack & Jill.

These are the most sad and pathetic looking kolaches from any Shipley’s I’ve ever been to. They need to find a better employee or train them to not burn their food. They’re dry and have no flavor because they’re over cooked !!!!

They sell pigs in a blanket not Kolache. If you want a cheap hotdog in raw dough order here. Donuts stale and lack any flavor other than sugar. Would give 0 stars if possible.
