Max Donuts

We just stopped off I30 on our way to Canton TX Trade Days. I think that was the best fried rice my husband and I have ever had! Combo with smoked brisket, chicken and shrimp. The egg rolls were also delicious!! Stop by Max’s if you’re out this way! Very friendly!!

Man this place is awesome. Max is so nice and well informed on pastries. The Kolachies are to fie for. The bread is so moist and the come with heat or without. Oh yea he makes a strawberry doughnut that is light as air and wow the taste is amazing. Will be going back there often . Great atmosphere too. Thank you Max and Company for a wonderful experience. This was a much needed stop from a very long 7 hour drive. The people were so nice and the food was even better! They handled our party of 9 easily. We had the donut holes and cinnamon twists. They were heavenly and just melted in your mouth! So light and the glaze on them was just right. So much better than others I have visited.

The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. All are welcome. The croissants are fresh and delicious. Some of the best I've ever had.

This is an amazing shop one of the best I've went to we just left Max donuts and we got the jalapeno kolache and it was amazing but that's not all we got we got 2 butter rolls and a cinnamon roll and when I tell you we want more I mean we will make a trip to make this our permanent donut shop thank you to max and his wife for just chatting with is a little they truly are amazing people thank you for such a great experience 5hia morning ❤️

The cinnamon roll was super light and fluffy. Max’s has their own flour blend. The house ground burger was tender, flavorful and juicy. I opted for the egg rolls instead of fries. I can’t wait to come back!

The fried rice tasted like Spanish rice! Not good! Tex Mex food is delicious but not in traditional Chinese fried rice. Can anyone recommend a Chinese Restaurant in the Texarkana area, please??

Don't Get me Wrong. THE food is Excellent. The Service is just terrible though. His wife Catches an attitude about the smallest of things. Upon discovering that I didn't have my wallet today. I asked if they had "Tap to Pay" and they answer no. As I proceed to apologize and say I'll be right back. (I only live 1 mile from Maxxs). He Tell me that if I do This again he will not service me. Once again the food is great they are just rude if you have mishaps
