This restaurant serves incredible sushi, and I had the best bake mussels of my life there. The waiters were incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a sushi night out!

Excellent. My wife and I have been getting sushi here for years. Of all of the local places to get sushi, this is the freshest we have had. The Nemo roll is a personal favorite of ours. There are loads of options for sushi and exclusive happy hour deals. The service is impeccable. You never have to wait too long for your food, even when it is really busy. Your drinks are refilled quickly, and all of the staff are polite and helpful. We have dined in, picked up, and had it delivered. In each case, the food was always fresh and our orders have always been correct. The atmosphere of this restaurant is so nice! It feels welcoming and cozy. The decor is great; not too busy, but visually stimulating and relevant to the food they serve. The restaurant is easy to access whether you come from the feeder road, or through the back way from Sawdust road.

Overall, I would say I love this place. I consider it one of the better sushi restaurants. Now, don't get me wrong, the service is great, but at times, I would say the food takes too long to receive or something along those lines. It's a little pricey, but I feel like there is a bigger selection of food compared to others. 8/10

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Fukuda is our preferred family eat out spot! I love that they care about food allergies - and we have many in our family and this place has something for everyone. I’ve brought friends and coworkers here and it quickly becomes everyone’s favorite. Their sushi is fresh and their rolls are perfect flavor combinations. Some of my faves are the Hells Dragon, Oren-Ishii, and Salmon Tribecca. But we don’t just come for sushi! I have never had such delicious fried rice! Not sure how they make it, but the rice doesn’t taste fried or oily - it is perfection! So much so that my kids ask for it to be in their school lunches. Their udon stir fry is perfectly cooked and flavorful and the Japanese curry is something I crave! No review can ever do this place justice - just try it, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I went here for dinner and were so impressed with our overall experience. This restaurant is going to be one of our new favorites! The decor inside is so nicely done and the staff is exceptional. We were taken care of from the minute we arrived. The food was outstanding and a very reasonable price- we had popcorn shrimp, basil chicken wings and two rolls. Everything was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. We will be back for sure and can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

Came with my family for a nice sushi restaurant, and decided to go to Fukuda, we had an excellent service and food, and our food was delicious with fresh taste, my appetizer NIGIRI salmon was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to try once more. Heart or thumbs up to help others.

First time trying this place and the sushi was delicious! Very fresh and they had happy hour (on a Saturday night) so it was very cheap! For 3 rolls, an appetizer, and Sake, we only paid 48 bucks! The service was great and we never had to ask for refills. The wait staff was all dressed up for Halloween this evening making it a great vibe. We will definitely be back!

For the money, Fukuda is hands down the best sushi place in Texas!! We have been coming here since it opened in 2009. The sushi is always fresh and very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and very accommodating to families and kids. Fukuda is our grandkids favorite restaurant! Our favorite roll is Ninja turtle. The Salmon, Otoro and Himachi are excellent. Highly recommend this place. We no longer live in the woodlands but still make the trek to come here.

First local restaurant me and my boyfriend tried since we moved out here, we were not disappointed. We went in late on a Friday night and to our surprise it was still pretty full and still had people coming in which made us feel better about coming in late. We started off with some appetizers and I had the perfect margarita which was super refreshing. We got a few rolls and some chicken tempura as our entrees and were really impressed. We are from Katy which is just full of good Asian cuisine so we are so glad we found a good place near us now! Our waiter was fast and diligent and we will be returning

A good place - on the pricier side for smaller than expected portions, but the quality was very high and service was nice. Lots of options to choose from and one of the few places in the area which has a happy hour which extends to 7 PM. Nice ambiance and food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely try once and go during the happy hour specials.

I’ve been here a few times because the menu has a lot of great options. I first came here excited to try the chicken katsudon, and have since tried the chicken curry bento as well as the regular chicken curry lunch meal. The food is good here, but it didn’t really feel authentic to me, the katsudon was a bit underwhelming, it wasn’t presented the way it looks in Japan but it was still pretty decent. The tempura items and miso soup is really good here.

The food was good and I’ve been getting their fried rice for years. Ordered on DoorDash and asked to only have zucchini, green onion on my fried rice. Basically removing white onion and carrot and got charged an extra $2.27 for that? I didn’t ask for extra ingredients! I’m saving them money due to an allergy!

Great service, but the sushi was average at best. The other food was bland. Obviously, the presentation isn't too bad but the overall experience was fair. The best part of our meal was the spicy garlic edame.
