Totally blown away by this restaurant. Everything we got was out of this world. Seriously. I feel like I could eat here everyday and have something new and delicious! The Peruvian steak I think was my absolute favorite. I have no idea what they did to their onions and tomatoes, but I’m still dreaming about them, they were so good. And also, the people that work there were beyond friendly. They made us feel like we were family! I love everything about this place!!!

Good food good mood Stopped here for a lunch with friend. I ordered a bowl with quinoa and Peruvian Steak. It was delicious, mouthwatering, and kicking all my tastebuds. My friend ordered a sandwich with crispy pork (it is a must have according to the restaurant). My friend enjoyed it Service was quick and attentive. Music was blasting so I doubt if there's ever someone who wouldn't enjoy it here. Highly recommend

Conejo Valley's Hidden Gem!! This Handcrafted Peruvian Eatery is located near the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Theatre!! Great for lunch, dinner, catering and special events! The inviting and cozy ambiance with the friendly staff makes this a definite go-to spot!! We tried their Aji de galling, which is a creamy, spicy chicken stew. Definitely worth trying!! I can see why it’s a customer favorite!! The ultimate comfort food!! The slow roasted and succulent Pork Belly was topped with a sunny side egg. The freshness of the edamame and sambal sweet chili sauce helps to cut through the richness of pork belly. The Yucca Frita was crispy on the outside and soft inside. So addictive! The crisp green beans were perfectly cooked! Don’t miss out on the scrumptious Alfajores! They are melt-in-your-mouth, buttery and sweet! Wonderful customer service from Javier and Maurino!!

Nice selection of sandwiches and salads. Chicken saltado was fuego 🔥. Homemade lemonade is also a nice change from regular fountain drinks or water. Lots of parking and seating; fast service. Will come again.

We visited this restaurant on an afternoon. This was a spacious room that feltlike a second home to us. We were immediately greeted and told the Peruvian food choices that were unique and had creative tastes—our dishes were phenomenal. She had the Roasted Turkey Bowl served over organic quinoa. House-roasted Turkey Breast citrus radishes with the avocado & sriracha were great. I had the roasted chicken with heirloom tomatoes—baby arugula, and crispy shoestring potatoes dressed with herb aioli, which was delicious. Amicable staff and customer service were professional. I recommend eating at this restaurant in the Thousand Oak area. Thank you, Mouthful Eatery Team!

Easy parking in the rear or on the street. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Love the fact that they pick up your dishes and come around to check up on you. Got the fish, rice, bowl, and hail to the Kale plus a pineapple lemonade. Dessert was amazing flan!! Let’s not forget their lomo saltado!!! Always a fan of this place and I never disappoints!

Love this place! Peruvian sandwiches and plates that are so delicious. I think it’s a scratch kitchen and I am sure the food is the bomb. One of my local favs. Friendly staff and always clean. Go for the Lomo plate, it never disappoints, but everything is good. They live entertainment on Thursday at 6:00pm.

I had the crispy pork sandwich. It was really good. The sauces really added to the sandwich, I wouldn’t recommend eating it without the sauce. It was good enough to make me forget I typically don’t like ciabatta rolls. My daughter had a wrap and felt it was rather basic. We would eat here again. It is an improvement over most generic fast food. It's most comparable in quality to a jersey Mike's or getting a pizza at quality pizza place.

Lomo Saltado was good but not great. As someone who has never tried Peruvian cuisine, it was a nice experience but not something that blew me away.

The overall experience is pretty good. At first, i couldn't figure out how to order from, but i soon realized I just followed from left to the right menu list to order. I ordered the Crip Artichokes as the side order. They were pretty, but i like the cheeze sticks slightly better than the artichokes. We were party of 5 and we all ordered differently. My friends gave a piece of steak and belly pork, and i ordered the fish bowl. Both pork and steak were tasted better than fish. How come other people's dish are always taste then mine?

I like the interior, the server guys were friendly eventho the young lady at the counter wasnt smiling at all and looked annoyed. I ordered their "must have" pork belly sandwich for $19 and a drink for $3. The sandwich was rather small, the bread crust was too strong. Ingredients were fresh but didn't shine together. The down side was the bork belly - I felt like it was 50/50 ration of meat to fat. The meat texture was barely noticeable. Their special sauce didn't make it better. For the price there should have been more flavor provided. Not gonna order again here.

Hoping for something light and delicious, I ordered the big tuna salad. The salad is a can of tuna on the biggest plate of bitterly-dressed lettuce. This salad was horrible, but I was starving so I choked down about half of it. The cucumber mint lemonade was delicious but definitely not worth $5. Hopefully I will come back to try other menu items as the others in my group seemed to really enjoy their meals.
