Great place to eat. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Thank you, Wendy's! Not to mention the menu prices are so great on their 4 for 4 specials. Yummm, making my mouth water just thinking of the food offerings my local Tracy Wendy's has for me. Guess I know where I'm having lunch tomorrow!

Online ordering was quick for pick up through drive through this morning.

I love that their burgers are not made with wheat filler so that my son who needs a gluten free diet can bring a GF bun with him and swap out the regular non GF bun and have a burger. Granted it would be better all around if Wendy's just had a GF bun too...but we are happy to get what we get here.

Really convenient, take the Tracy Blvd exit from either eastbound or westbound highway 205. It's just 1-2 minutes off the freeway. I've gone there several times, staff is friendly and efficient and has never messed up an order for me.

Five stars for the breakfast menu alone. Seriously, probably the best fast food option you will get for breakfast. The maple bacon sandwich is amazing but not the greatest for your commute if you're worried about getting syrup all over you 💀

One of the best "fast food" burgers out there. The restaurant is clean, the employees are generally friendly and helpful. The best compliment I can give them is they have never got my order wrong in the drive thru!

Man, I don't know how I missed that Wendy's has the most delicious fast food in the country. So much quality and bang for the buck...not to mention choices! The drinks are amazing too! You have to try it!

This place was amazing. When I first pulled up, there was 8 cars in front of me. I almost left, but figured I'd wait. I'm glad I did. With in 5 mins, I was at the window. I had the baconator, frys, and a drink. Best burger I've had in a long time. So, the line was fast and the burger was fantastic!!

I had one of the sweetest worker hand my food to me at the drive-through window. She was genuinely happy and made my day when she responded God bless and have a nice day. Thank you for doing the job you do because it can be tough and thankless from time to time. I wish I knew your name, never change and may God continue to bless you and your coworkers 🙏🏾

This location was recently remodeled and it looks much nicer now. Definitely give them another try if you were turned off by the facilities. The burgers are some of the best value in fast food, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast.

Thomas was our host. excellent customer service from him,, very friendly, knowledgeable. He recommend double big bacon burger, we had special order for our burger, and of course it was the way we order, fries were hot n fresh as well as chicken nuggets. Lobby was very clean. I haven't been to Wendy's for a long time. My last burger was from Burger King. The double cheeseburger at Wendy's was substantial and satisfying. There was a slice of crisp tomato and crunchy lettuce. The burger was juicy and the flavor was pretty good. Much better than my Burger King double cheeseburger.

Decided to try Wendy’s in tracy for the first time today and i am happy to say i will now become a regular !! The food was AMAZING and came very quick, and i would also like to mention that the worker Marlon was so nice and pleasant and added to my experience, such a wonderful worker !!

This Wendy's is on it. Even when there is a line, it goes fast and their friendly. Food looks good when unwrapped and that counts. The Bourbon burger is great. Hope they keep it. Some outside tables would be nice though.

I love the chocolate malt frosty and Jr bacon cheeseburger 🍔 good fries too. Chicken nuggets juicy good 👍 😋 and the 2 for $3 breakfast sandwich mmmm warm and delicious🍳🥓the potatoes wedges have a savory flavor very tasty😀 The people are all super friendly and make me feel welcome. I'm enjoying the dollar drinks right now it's helped out alot since we hit 116° and about 100+ ° everyday for over 4 months ! The ice cold beverage and $1 frosty kept me going about 4 a day kept me 😃 smiling

The drive thru cashier was the best, she did above and beyond. I wanted to get a breakfast deal and she made it even better by showing me how to get my money's worth and get full after a 12 hr shift and wanted soemthing good and would full me up to go to sleep soon as I got home. Everything was fresh and hot and so good. I worked wendys years ago in high school and the quality hasn't changed, I feel it's improved over the years and kow to have breakfast is a major plus for me. The biggie delas are so worth it if you want sowmthing quick and on a budget.

I am giving this Wendy's a five star review even though I have only been to the restaurant once. Too often, fast food joints are spotty at best where cleanliness is concerned. Not this place. The whole place was clean and orderly. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with necessities. The service staff were friendly and greeted me warmly when I approached the counter. It was a cold day when I ate there, so I ordered the cup of chili. Chilly it was not. It was hot and tasted delicious. When you are in the Tracy area and are in need of a good quick mean, I recommend this Wendy's restaurant.

On the road for work traveling through, craved something fulfilling but inexpensive. Spotted the Wendy's in Tracy to get mainly some Chili, but spotted a $5 special (Wendy's double, fries, 4 piece Chicken Nuggets and a drink). Sure enough, to add a Lg Chilli nearly $3 more gave me plenty of food to keep me going to the next b site. The Chili w/ Onion and Shredded Cheese (temp was hot and tasted the same great taste that I know and love). The Double burger was smaller than the usual Dave Burger, but had some crispy Bacon, fresh Onion, lettuce, tomato and pickles and the bun rounded off by the Mayo and Catsup. I used the opportunity dip the nuggets into the Cheesy part of the Chili and this might be a new hit for me from now on. I would like to add that the Staff was fast, nice and kept working on cleanliness of the lobby. It was great. I enjoyed the visit. Thank you Wendy's, Tracy.

Fish sandwich was very good... a surprise. But we didn't get any ketchup even though we had three orders of fries AND we asked for it.

I love Wendy's hamburgers. They are always fresh and juicy too. As far as fast food burgers Wendy's are at the top of the list. They will even give those expensive burger joints a run for there money.

Grew up on Wendy's, Tracy location is fast , friendly. And the food is grubbin, if you gotta eat fast food,, may as well be Wendy's. You know it's real beef. The burgers speak for themselves !!

We love Wendy's it's one of our favorites and this location is updated really nice inside. But for some reason they ALWAYS get my son's order wrong that's why the 4 stars. What's so hard about making a Jr double plain w/ketchup only NO CHEESE!!! and every time it has cheese. So they have to remake it....what a waste of food.🍔🍔🍔

Love the food and service, but had to take off a star because if you want a baked potato, then you have to ask if they have them. Most of the time I ask, they don't. They either don't stock them, or keep an extremely limited stock on hand, and if it's the latter, then that stock is gone come the evening or the weekend.

It's Wendy's. Nothing particularly exceptional, but you can get a good value and not be upset by the food quality. This staff is better trained than a lot of Wendy's. You will get a good example of what a Wendy's is here. Side note: Their bacon egg and cheese biscuit is vastly superior to McDonald's for a much more reasonable price.

I enjoy what Wendy's has done with their store location. My husband and I had a great lunch sitting in front of the fire place setting. Sitting on very comfortable lounge chairs. It felt very home slash cafe. This location was very clean. Very modern. Customer service was cheerful. I'm not however a fan of the co-ed restrooms.

Nice location that served the food quickly that we ordered with little wait. The issue was ordering in the first place. There was a customer who was trying to get a soda but the machine wasn't working. The cashier kept stopping my order to help him and it took a while to complete my order. All I ordered was a 6 piece chicken nugget. Restaurant was clean.

Wendy's has an amazing Taco Salad that is great for work lunch breaks. Alot of people don't know about it. But it's amazing!!! Wish they carried coke instead of Pepsi!!! Dio the fries in the frosty! Been doing it since 98!!!

It's hit or miss here.. Some staff are friendly and helpful and then there are days where you get attitude for just showing up. Tried the new Italian chicken sandwich and wasn't impressed.

The food is great, the drive thru line is not. Three stars for the food and nothing else. Don't complain about the wait either if you choose to eat here: you're only holding up the line and nobody cares to hear what you have to say. They're hungry. If you have the patience, then Wendy's is awesome. If you don't have any patience at all, go somewhere else and leave these poor people alone. They're trying their hardest to get that good food out as quickly as possible and don't need some immature punk teenagers or grown men trying to show off to their friends while in the drive thru. If you've gotta show off to your friends that you're cool by being rude to an employee, they WILL take their time meanwhile calling the police while you wait. Coppers are called all the time here due to the hotel next door and the parking lot full of loiterers.

Wanted to try their Chicken-Maple-Bacon sandwich, before they're gone. It was "ok", but would've been really good if served fresh & hot.😕 Even more lukewarm -- the employees! I know it's your 1st job & "ya' just don't care"....but, with that kind of attitude at your job, you could find yourself in your 40's & still be stuck in fast-food service!

Been here lots of times, its decent for the price, if you get it when its fresh and hot, like any other fast food place. Due to covid tho the drive thru line is crazy at peak times. I do love the maple bacon chicken sandwich for breakfast tho! So good, and different from anywhere else.

This particular Wendy's delivered excellent quality food but my issue is with an employee named Paul. He took my order at the drive thru. He didn't come off as directly rude but he had a certain tone in his voice that was not pleasant. My fiancee got the same vibe so it wasn't just me. As we approached the drive thru window, Paul appeared to be dressed in management type apparel. If this observation holds true, this Wendy's establishment should look into this Paul character. What a shame.

They got my order completely wrong I confirmed once at the order box I went to the drive thru. Then again when I got to the window since there was a few cars behind me and it was 2 bags. I drove off and got home the order was all off. I ordered breakfast and got a hamburger and fries and a few wrong breakfast sand witches.. check your food before pulling away.

They did have lettuce how 🤔 they gave all our burgers without lettuce and they said they don't have any and showed me a peace of paper on the counter saying no lettuce and burger were still full price worker at cashier slow but I understand since it was obviously a new worker but they were behind on their orders

I stopped at Wendy’s to get a cuppa chili and sit down. And the inside dining was totally closed at 5:30 I have no idea how early closed. Very sad and depressed I wasn’t able to rest there. So I went and had chili at nations. Maybe reconsider closing your dining room so early just because it was dark. I would rethink that idea.

I love to support regularly but yesterday was a bad experience. Asked no pickles, not only did they make it with pickles but made it spicy and then tried to tell me it normally comes in spicy when it doesn't. All of our 3 orders of nuggets were burnt to a crisp. Everything including the drinks tasted bad and made us all sick.and One of us vommitted. Was not pleased with yesterday's service. Manager did not seem to have things under control.

Went to Wendy’s drive through on 3/19/ 22 ordered a Dave’s double meal, a Double burger and a spicy chicken combo. Got home found out only got the combos. Missing the double burger. They cheating so beware check your order before pull away. I live on south end of Tracy and don’t want to waste time going back and argue with them. Since they didn’t give any receipt for the order. Lesson learned.

The food served in this Wendy's was clearly the GREASIEST I have ever experienced from this Fast Food establishment. When a sandwich item was incorrectly prepared the restaurant wanted me to purchase a replacement sandwich. It wasn't until i was able to speak with the management staff that my sandwich was correctly re-prepared.

I've literally been waiting for my food for almost 20 minutes!! And there was only 1 order in front of mine. Apparently, they have absolutely no sense of urgency here, or they 100% prioritize drive through over dine in. I do NOT recommend this store, whatsoever, and I can't even comment on the food yet!

The line was ridiculously long and the service was slow, with service that slow then my order should have been correct. It was pretty simple chicken nugget meal not spicy, sweet and sour sauce large, with Ice tea unsweetened. I got spicy nuggets, honey mustard, and a root beer.

The manager was really rude and impatient. when I asked her why was she being rude, she began to act more rude. I will not be going there anytime soon and I will let all of my friends and family not to go there when that manager is working. She literally ruined my day.

I like this place but i remember one time i ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce only and they gave me a chicken sandwich with tomatoes instead so we than said we went to change it and when they brought us back a new sandwich guess what it was the same! very lazy staff.

We tried their new bacon and egg breakfast which was aweful. The breakfast was not hot, infact it was barely warm. I wanted to try this breakfast since it first came out, but aweful, fries was warm as well nothing had been freshly cooked.

I ordered a 4 for $4 meal. Spicy chicken wrap, nuggets and a drink. And the #13 sandwich. I came home and pulled my food out the bag. No nuggets. I called the restaurant, and my phone call went to the fax machine. Apparently they close at 12A.M. On the website for this location it says it's open until 1A.M

I ordered the chili. I've had Wendy's chili countless times, something was off, it was tasteless and watered down. I told the manager about it and he said no to was fine, he said that after not doing anything, he didn't taste it he didn't look at it, he did nothing. He was a complete ass. I will never go back there again.

They wasn't even ready when I got to the window took forever then they kept asking me what my order was when I had a mobile order and I told him more than once then when I get my food it's just a complete mess l. I don't recommend coming here well at least not for breakfast

We stopped for a short break, french fries and a Frosty. I was bothered by the TV programming they had showing. Seeing starving, sick children on the TV screen when you're trying to enjoy your snack doesn't work. I feel the management made a bad choice of TV subject matter for a restaurant. No one should go hungry, or suffer like the children on the TV program. This wasn't the place to view it. If Wendy's corporate office approved this type of programming for their chain, new corporate people need to be hired. If the management of this Wendy's, which I think is a franchise, made the choice to show this programming, the management is letting the Wendy's name down.

Not ONE employee had a mask on. If they aren’t following government mandate rules what else are they not following. We pull up to pay for our food and notice no mask & just left without getting the food. Would not recommend SAFELY over everything. Wendy’s do better please & take covid serious.

This Wendy's has the longest wait in the drive thru for years it's been the same way. You never improve. Now I get chili and it is so watery. This is the worst I always eat your chili. This is bad I can't even finish it.

Stopped yesterday 2-17-15 at around 2:30 pm. with 7 others. Annissa (not sure of spelling) was the only cashier. Took at least 20 minutes to process all 7 orders! We stop here quite often on our way back to Folsom from the bay area. Annissa is the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Never a thank you, no smile etc... She needs to go as do all the other lazy employees of this restaurant. No way should it take that long with a least 7 other employees standing in the back! Oh yeah there was only 2 others in the restaurant, and they were already eating. Horrible customer service. Too many other places close to this one to go back. What a shame because I love the Wendy's in Folsom.

The service here was so bad that I was going to walk out before I even ordered .... But we decided to stay n see exactly how bad it really was and oh let me tell you that the manager here really needs to learn how to properly train her employees....and further more she needs to learn a little respect for her staff. Placed a mobile order. They made my food and left it on the fry station and never brought it out. I came in immediately after the order and they never brought the food out to the counter just let it sit there by the fry station. They were confused about the mobile order.Don't understand why they struggled so much with a mobile order this hasn't happened at any other wendys. they usually just put the food out once it's ready

Worst Wendy’s experience ever. Had to throw away all the food - old and bitter taste, impossible to eat it. My hubby’s burger was BITTEN !!! They replaced it, but still it tastes like garbage.

I've had issue after issue with this location and tonight I am finally done with it. I refrained myself from saying anything before, but good lord. The staff always seem like they are auto pilot and act like zombies all day, and tonight they forgot to put a simple cheeseburger in the kids meal bag. Glad they still remembered to put the fries and toy in though. I'm not one to complain often, but this place seems to just give me the most issues. I wish no ill will on anyone, but I had to say something. Check your bag always when coming here, they are more likely to forget something. I won't be returning (big deal I know, cool story). Not that I am missing out on much anyway, the fries are always soggy and never salty.

The 4 for $4 deal they don't honor it cost $7 when you go in to buy it you have to use their online deal and their website was down that day so they won't honor that plus they have a all new staff there in they they wouldn't help me with that I have been going there for 30 years and place has gone downhill for help the people who were there before were nice and understanding people who are loyal there

Fries are always cold and old. I'm almost sure they don't change the fryer oil often enough! The wait times here are so bad I'm just not coming back here. This is in no way fast food. Also the Door dash is more important!!!

Put in an online order for dining room pick up (my 5 year old needed the restroom). Dining room closes at 8pm. Pulled in at 7:45pm and the manager watched me walk to the door and locked it anyways. There was still people inside waiting for food and there was 15 min before they closed. Had to go to the drive thru and let them know I had an inside order but they locked the doors. The same manager just said oh well pull up to the window. She was rude and unprofessional.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a burger or a chicken sandwich this is your place. We went twice just to give them a fair shot, but both times we waited over 30 minutes for “FAST” food. You would think we were at a sit down restaurant. Would not recommend.

Placed an order then went to pick up the food and was told that there was no order under that name. There was a bag already sitting on the counter with a wholly different name when we arrived. Showed a lot of relevant receipts showing that it should've already been ordered and prepared at this current place. They continually insisted that they didn't have it - already getting frustrated and annoyed. We insisted that yes - we ordered here - and that's when a lead or manager showed up. They went to check the bag on the counter and it was our exact order, but mislabeled with someone else's name. On top of that, they didn't even have any of the drinks prepared. Not to mention whatever machine that serves the Frosty was serving just pure melted ice cream. Saw a poor gal also get served that slop. We ordered all this at around 7:20 PM, mind you - we didn't even get back until a little over 8 PM. The brown-haired chick with the yellow bracelet and no tag that works at the front should either get retrained or fired because their behavior was unacceptable - especially when the issue arose from THEIR negligence. Completely dismissive of the issue and in fact, tried to shut it down at every single avenue as if they are incapable of mistakes. The front lead/manager was the only one with the common sense to check if the mistake was on their end and resolved it quickly - mainly because they wanted us out ASAP.

I went here 40 minutes before closing. Not only was the person taking my order rude, I asked for a plain burger WITH NO CHEESE because I know some places tend to want to put cheese on a plain burger. I even went out of my way to specify just meat and bun. They put cheese on both of the burgers WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO. 1 star, go literally anywhere else.

Used drive thru, the man who took my order couldn't understand me when I gave my order. I could barely understand his broken English, and thick accent over the drive thru order box. Had to repeat my order twice, then when he repeated it back, I had to correct him, and one of the drinks was still wrong. I will not be going back to this Wendy's location.

Health department needs to investigate the quality of their soda. It’s been tasting horrible for several months now. Asked for a different drink and the same weird taste came along with it. Something in their soda pipes needs to be replaced or cleaned.
