Great customer service, it was my first time here and I got a sweet and delicious reccomendation. The girl was also patient and nice. Will be back forsure.

Pelicans Tulare is an amazing spot to cool off and enjoy a delightful treat any day of the year! Staff is always friendly and helpful!! Short wait times and fast service. Amazing idea to have a drive through for the days you don’t feel like getting off and getting yourself a treat!! Awesome place for the family!!! Tons of flavors to choose from!

This is my 4th time coming here and the other 3 visits had been great! Today was a little different. We get to the window and the guy says can you give me 3 minutes, I’ll be right back. I don’t know what happened but he didn’t come back. We waited 12 minutes before we decided to leave.
