Beautiful little cafe with an artsy, modern rustic and chill vibe. I love coming here to sit and enjoy a chai soy latte, panini and soup. They have some vegan options like nondairy milks, the roasted veggie panini can be made without cheese, and quite often their soup is vegan. The soups are amazing. Great addition to Tully.

With a recent move down the street and into her own place, Melissa has turned her pocket of culture into a haven. Delicious custom drinks, an ever-expanding list of food and baked goods, and a light, artistic atmosphere have made it even better. Great finding in a rather unexpected place. Had a very good cappuccino and an excellent muffin. The art venue is mixed within the cafe which makes for a nice atmosphere. Yay, Tully!

Amazing breakfast! You must try the Syracuse Main! Wish I lived closer and could come more frequently, but we were in town for vacation. So fresh and they are so friendly.

This cafe is wonderful! I did schoolwork here the past few days and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The drinks were also delicious, so I would highly recommend visiting.

I always stop for the coffee when I am in town. Espresso and cappuccino are great! Offers light fair--soups and sandwiches that are their own concoctions. Has a living room area with a fireplace to relax and use the free Wi-Fi.

Great coffee and bagels. The vegetable cream cheese had real bits of vegetables in it (it was delicious). Just moved to Tully and found this place, you can bet I'll be back.

Absolutely adorable Cafe just sitting on the edge of town. Super friendly staff/atmosphere. Went 30 minutes before closing, walked in and was immediately greeted. They were out of alot of stuff (like avocados) but tried to find things to substitute for missing ingredients. Plus, they took money off my sandwich for the lost avocados! Highly recommended this lil' Cafe. 100/10

Delicious, healthy breakfast, all day long! Loads of Gluten Free options & super friendly workers/owner who greet everyone with genuine warmth and care. They aim to please, and accommodate requests on your order. We got a bagel egg sandwich and an avocado toast sandwich- both were delicious. Typical coffee house options, and about 10 different teas to choose from for hot or iced, plus bottled sugar-free iced tea. We got an iced coffee and had a lovely Jasmine green tea brewed, then iced. There is a (slower) ChargePoint car charger directly in front of the restaurant. Can dine in (both indoor & outdoor tables) or take food to go; cooked to order so expect a bit of a wait, but it’s well worth it. We met enthusiastic, chatty locals during our road trip through the area. Highly recommend this place for a great alternative to fast food!

I'm beyond pleased with my experience at Bloomin Cup Cafe. The food was hot, delicious, and came up quickly. My drink was fantastic. The service was wonderful and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. They have great outdoor seating and I was able to have my dogs sit out there with me while I enjoyed my breakfast! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Skip the gas station and go a little further in to town for this quaint coffee shop with that awesome small town feel. Had a standard coffee and a bagel. Coffee is Fingerlakes which is always good. The bagel was toasted and chewy with plain cream cheese. No complaints there. I plan to return, and have something else from the generous menu and purchase a couple crafted jewelry pieces they sell in the shop as well.

Best spot in Tully to get coffee and a variety of other treats. One of our realtors favorite stops when in the area. The owner is a great person and all the staff is very friendly. Don't forget to grab a cinnamon roll they are huge and delicious!

I've stopped here a number of times along some bike trips. I've sampled the chocolate chip muffins, chocolate croissants, and big chocolate chip cookies; all were great! I always get the dark roast, which is typically Witches' Brew from Fingerlakes Coffee. It's great!

Super nice environment, coffee is great, food is great, and absolutely made from scratch. The only thing they might need to work on is wait time for food. If you're in a rush, you might be a little out of luck but everything here is worth the wait . Fantastic experience. The staff is clearly working very hard to help all of their customers

A REALLY GOOD BAGEL!!!! Their bagels are made and parboiled in Brooklyn, then they bake them at Bloomin' Cup. I have been searching for a good bagel in WNY and CNY for 3 years & this was the first I found. Also, the cinnamon roll and coffees were delicious. The women working were very nice, and the prices were very reasonable (I believe you can get a small coffee for <$2). I may drive down here from Syracuse next time I'm in town just for the bagels.

I also had an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel... Delicious! I came in because of a coupon I got for a free cup. Glad I went, will be back.

We were in town for a concert looking for real food before we headed home . We found it here at the Bloomin Cup Cafe! Read the menu, order at the counter and pick up to take to indoor or outdoor tables or on the road. This is NOT fast food so be patient! Legit eats are found here! Open for breakfast and lunch. We got bagel sandwiches. They were fresh, filling and oh so delish! They also have baked goods, salads, soup and panninis. We are going back to Tully for another concert this weekend. Bloomin Cup, here we come!

Just went in for the first time. An incredibly inviting atmosphere, friendly service. A lovely fireplace with board games, a mission statement focuses on community and inclusivity. My wife got a terrific vanilla latte, and I got a perfectly made cappuccino. We split the daily panini, the “you can’t beet this” panini. Sugar beets, onions, goat cheese and spinach. Delicious. A great coffee shop. Worth a visit.

YES Gluten Free options -- lots! Gf bagels (2 kinds), sub rolls and bread! I had a delicious breakfast sandwich and iced latte. Can't wait to try an actual GF sub! House made daily soup -- greens and beans w veg sausage today Yum!!! I realized going out the door they have house made Gluten Free Vegan Cheesecake! What??? I'm going back for a slice of that, for sure!! Many Vegan and Vegetarian options (vegan bacon and sausage, just egg) so -- this happens to be one of those Rare Gems that is safe for both GF and Vegans. Can't wait to go back 💕 PS service was tops! Order at the register, and food was graciously delivered w a smile at our table!

Charming little cafe with many choices for drinks and food. They have a wide array of gluten free foods including bagels, subs and sandwiches. Update: Went back again on 11/13/25 and got a GF bagel sandwich (they were very observant of my request and asked what level of precaution they needed to take) as well as an iced red eye with their seasonal flavor, peppermint bark. The sandwich and coffee were great, as is always the case with Bloomin' Cup. The prices are reasonable for this type of cafe. The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and quick.

It's a cute place, but a little over priced. A sundae which is one scoop ice cream and some hot fudge was $7.50. That's just too much. Go for the coffee and snacks, but skip the ice cream!

Don’t believe the negative reviews. Some people just want to find something to complain about. Blooming cup is the best place to get a bite and a drink around. Great place to hang out and meet up with folks. Fun atmosphere, great food, and nice people. They were vegan once, but now offer more options like ham. Also now now include basic ice cream options. Simple, but delicious! They do get busy at times, but just be patient and you’ll get a delicious treat. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Adorable little café with its own parking lot and beautiful landscaping to greet you on your way in. Once inside you're welcomed with the aroma of fresh coffee and eye-pleasing decor. I absolutely love this cafe! I’ve been here a couple times during trips to and from Canada and each time has been a delight. It has a charming LGBTQ+ atmosphere and the food is wonderful. My favorite so far is The Ms. Piggy 😋 The maple aioli on it is divine! Definitely recommend getting it on a pumpernickel bagel. If you are in or around Tully, NY, I highly recommend making a stop at Bloomin Cup.

Adorable cafe with varied lunch options, vegetarian-friendly (vegetarian BLT anyone? roasted veggie melt? YUM), soups, salads, lovely sandwiches. Won't break the bank either and the service was excellent. Feels homey and comfortable and cozy. I'll give 5 stars when the cafe offers real porcelain mugs to serve hot drinks, rather than serving in single-use cups that will end up in the landfill. The plates are so fun and pretty; how lovely and waste-reducing it would be to have fun mugs too (mis-matchy thrift-storey would be sweet and easy)!

The Bloomin Cup Cafe was an unexpected find in the village of Tully. I travel around the state on business frequently, and I always enjoy finding small local establishments such as these for lunch and dinner, and especially coffee. Over all, the experience here was enjoyable. My soup and salad were ready in a reasonable amount of time considering the crowd. The chai was well made and tasted great. The African Peanut soup pictured here was a pleasant surprise, served at the correct temperature (I can’t count the number of times I’ve been served luke-warm soup at similar cafes) and was a generous portion for the price. The decor was a little forced with the combination of shabby chic, barn/attic finds, repurposed doors, barrels, cabinet parts, etc. I don’t understand this combination but maybe it’s because I’m a guy, who knows. Frankly, I think they’re trying too hard. But that aside, I had an excellent lunch here and look forward to my next visit. I give a lot of credit to anyone willing to make a go of this type of business out in the country. 👍🏼

Great coffee but the service is really slow. If I have time to sit and wait for my order it's no problem but if I need to hurry and go to work it's a no go. I hope they can improve speed or hire more people soon

Staff is friendly but food is inconsistent and way overpriced. Our food was prepared without gloves on by an employee who was bragging about being sick and still working. Very very long wait times if ordering anything other than coffee

Food was decent, coffee was good, but I received intrusive marketing emails after my visit despite not giving them my email. Just because you can integrate with square to run a marketing email campaign doesn't mean you should.

They are a coffee shop, but coffee is probably their worst thing. Any coffee drink besides espresso is watered down. You usually can't even taste the coffee. The food is ok, but it gets better depending on who makes it. Prices are also way too high.

On the low end of mediocre at best. I rarely give food establishments bad reviews and chose this place based solely on the ⭐️ rating. Nothing was as to be expected and the sausage was literally as hard as wood on my breakfast sandwich! I wouldn’t feed this food to anyone ✌🏻

Got there 25 minutes before they close and they refused taking any type of food orders. Ridiculous. Don’t be lazy and try closing before the restaurant actually closes. So inconsistent for the customers.

Wanted to love this place but very disappointing. Stopped here after a hike with my kids for a couple of muffins and smoothies. ONE HOUR later, I finally received what I ordered and was pretty underwhelmed. There was one very nice person working but ultimately I don’t think he was set up for success. Register was out of cash, he was short on supplies, and he just wasn’t prepared to handle orders for 5+ people on his own.

7/18/2024 -This is in reply to Bloomin Cup Cafe. I'm not lactose intolerant and I eat lots of ice cream, none has ever bothered me, except Purity, which Bloomin Cup sells. Both my daughter and I thought the ice cream was terrible, we had different ice cream flavors. I'm just sharing my review of the ice cream cones two of us had. The ice cream was disgusting tasting, and it made my stomach upset. The cafe may be alright, haven't tried it as yet. Spending $12 for this was not okay.

I had a similar experience today as others about ordering food before closing. I know that's annoying. neither of us were asking for a prime steak cooked well-done with sauteed onions mushrooms and a lobster tail.🤔🙄 we came in two minutes to close and they refused any type of food. I've been in the business all my life. I get it. Sometimes you gotta suck it up and go the Xtra mile. a bagel with cream cheese even? doesn't make me wanna rush back that's for sure.
