Excellent food, great service, drink specials galore, not over priced. If you like Mexican food, you can't deny this place. They deserve more than five stars. I love this place!

First time here. My friend recommended this restaurant and raived about it. I came here to check it out and fell in love. Everything we consumed was scrumptious. Mexican authentic gourmet food. Our waiter had excellent customer service. Charismatic and full of attention to our needs. Place is neat and clean. I enjoyed eating here and I will definitely be returning here.

Waitresses are very friendly and helpful. Food is great, they have no problem making substitutions. Place is clean, including the ladies bathroom. I can never eat my whole meal, so they give me a to go box.

Always good food. Hot and fresh. Owner is always very welcoming ang friendly. Prompt service too. They always get our whole order right. For a family of 6 with picky eaters it's not very easy. They rock.

Awesome awesome service! My dad and I went to get some lunch and googled Mexican restaurants near me, while in Turlock. The hospitality and service we received was superb by a young gentleman that waited on us. The food was very delicious I ordered the Chile Verde and the meat was so so tender and delicious. My dad ordered the enchiladas and said they were very good. Recomend this restaurant to anyone wanted to explore a fusion type Mexican restaurant. So good!

Dinner for Cinco De Mayo with the family here food was great.The service was good as well. We got there with about 4 other tables all at once the waitress took all the tables in got drinks out fast. Took orders fast for being triple seated at once she did her thing.Great service great food.

Got the Pollo and Asada Rancher. Was better than most other local spots. Fried ice cream was fantastic. Waiter was a very nice guy. Would recommend based on quality and price.

Not to mention the food is outstanding and your chips salsa bowl is never empty ( by the way they have the best salsa around) WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GIVE THEM A TRY and support our local community. This place is MINDBLOWING. My parents have came here a few times and now I know why! From my only experience so far, the service is great (although I didnt like that the server didnt let us know that she was leaving and another waitress was taking over) , but the food is fantastic 👌 I got the molcajete combo and it was great. The tortillas are made BY HAND which is mouthwatering to say the least. The beans are good, the rice was tasty, and I love that not only do they give you chips, but they also give u curiosity or the mexican pinwheels . My mom got "pollo Machado " which is basically a chicken chimichanga with Chipotle sauce and that was by far the best. I was so surprised of how much flavor it had. I didnt get any dessert but apparently the fried ice cream is bomb. I will definitely be back!

Our first visit at Mariachis did not disappoint us at all, rather it exceeded our expectations. As soon as we entered we were greeted by friendly staff, and we were given a huge basket of fresh tortilla chips with two dishes of homemade salsa while we figured out our orders. We ordered a classic margarita and two tacos. The tacos had a lot of flavor and they were huge. The margarita tasted fresh, and was balanced perfectly. Plus Mariachis has a great atmosphere that every Mexican restaurant should model after. We will definitely come back, and recommend Mariachis to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine in Turlock.

We came here late after a soccer tournament in Turlock. Not a lot of people there but we were greeted immediately and sat down. Ordered our food and some adult drinks. All the drinks were very good and authentic. Food came out hot and with large portions. I ordered the mixed molcajete which was very good. Everyone enjoyed their food. Being Mexican this is as authentic as you will get at a sit down restaurant. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area. Prices were very reasonable as well.

The ambiance is presented first by the host/waitress with her mama feeling gratitude greeting towards customers. I felt like I was at home, at ease. Now the food came out piping hot inside and out with bounds of flavor and fresh garnishes(not the soggy or little brown veggies). The best was the chips that had the Mexican Doritos, that was an authentic ,but simple delight. Sorry I don't have pictures,but if you see their beans, you'll know the foot is good as their beans are not watered down and thinly speared like other places I've been to.Yummy, pieces of whole beans for good iron sold me. Don't shy away because the inside looks outdated,it is a clean and tidy restaurant.

I'm glad they still have the spinach enchiladas. A little different but still good.

I only gave it four stars because it's way out in Turlock. I loved the steak and shrimp that I ordered. I came at a good time on a Saturday evening so the food arrived pretty quick. The artichoke dip is very tasty....be careful because it's served HOT!

Their food is always yummy yummy! I typically get the 2 choice combo plate and their chicken never fails 😍! I love how juicy and tender it is and the rice and beans never disappoint! I come from a Mexican household and I know when beans and rice are cooked and flavored correctly! A reasonable pricing too. I haven’t eaten inside yet due to COVID but I find this restaurant really reliable for To-Go orders. They’ll have your utensils, extra sauce, and napkins like every bag should have. I’m waiting to put those 5 stars once I experience their service.

Discovered this place about 2 months ago. The owner & his staff are very nice & the establishment is clean. The food is great!!! The salsa is very unique. Too bad they don't have a location on Stockton. But the food & prices are worth the trip.

Waitress was very good. The cheese enchilada was very salty. But the relleno, rice & beans were good and my fiances breaded chicken dish was yummy!! Their salsa was great because it wasn't too hot!

A year ago.... My wife and daughter stopped by here for a late lunch yesterday and the food was very good. The service was great! My wife and I got the beef chimichanga which was amazing and included rice, beans chips and salsa. Air conditioned inside, which was a bonus! My daughter had the Burrito Plate which she loved. As we finished our meal and started to leave, my daughter said "Good Pick, Daddy!" - We will definitely be coming here again. 😀 UPDATE - a year later. Took my wife and daughters here for Sunday lunch (after church). When I asked for a ground beef chimichanga, The server advised me that the restaurant is under new ownership and they no longer have ground beef as a meat option. 🙁 - Hopefully, I can find another good Mexican Restaurant in Turlock that has ground beef. Very few that I've been to so far do not offer ground beef as a meat option, much to my dismay. Otherwise, the service and food were still good. Prices are a bit higher however.

Solid three stars. Food was decent but service was non existent. My husband had to get up with his empty glass to go find someone to refill him. We weren’t checked on one time while we were eating, and we had to get up to go find the server to pay our tab at the end. Don’t think we’ll be back.

The carnitas plate I got was the saltiest thing I have ever ate. Didn't eat it. Sadly it was delivered so just lost $15. It wasn't that bad when I mixed it with the very tasteless rice. Not a good place... The place was empty so we sat down.. Apparently it was a spot reserved for a party of 6.. We had 4... The waitress made it it clear she was unhappy with us sitting there and called us out...the owner came over after he heard what happened and said the same thing its reserved for 6.. Again the restaurant was empty empty... so that already left a bad taste in our mouth. We had driven from Modesto to Turlock for this restaurant. On Instagram they had a post 2 for 1 drinks. Not anywhere on the ad did it say you needed to purchase food. But since the owner was upset about the table incident he decided to charged full price for the drinks instead of honoring the two for one. I do not recommend this place and I would never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone the food is way off an original Mexican flavor. The guacamole taste like it was bought from Costco. You can't even see your food it's so dark in there. The people dont greet you right away so I dont recommend going on your lunch if your pressed for time. They are always empty so the food taste old like it's been sitting there for hours.I have ordered to go aswell and the food was not fully cooked or how I wanted it. I dont recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed. My husband and I don't go out often, so when we do we like to enjoy good food and atmosphere. When we walked in we weren't approached by any waitresses. We walked into the back where the owner decided to seat us and ended up taking our order. They never checked on us until they noticed we didn't tip. Poor service and the food wasn't great either

Years ago this place was better. It now is not good. The shrimp was spoiled and left a horrible taste. Service lagged. Definitely will not return.

If I could give no star I would. Came to eat and food is not what I expected. Beans taste like they come from a can!!! No good. Service was so slow which was odd because they weren’t that busy. The bartender doesn’t know how to make drinks properly. Very cheap people! Ordered a margarita on the rocks all I tasted was the juice I told them if they could make it stronger and the wanted to charge me a whole new margarita!!! Makes no sense

Went there on July 8th 2022, ordered what I always ordered before: green sauce enchiladas no sour cream. For the 3rd time in one month, they serve it up with sour cream and red sauce. I don't understand how they can stay in business with how much food they have to return. "New server" there argued with me and said "no, you didn't say green sauce." Okay, then I'll just pay for me beer and leave. "OH no, it's okay! I'll have them change it if you don't want it" So I just got up, left a $10, and walked out- will not be returning.

Service was slow and unattentive and there were only one other family in the establishment. If you're under new ownership and management and the inside of your restaurant is dead the least you can do is be hyper aware of your customers and their needs. This was a one and done for me and my family. Won't be returning.
