To be honest we had pizza as well as pasta here and both were delicious, it was not just tasty but with good price. Not sure why i am seeing very low ratings for this place. If you’re in universal and want to go for something which is good in taste then it’s a must try place.
Cookie and side Caesar was good. Side Cesar was only $3.99 can’t beat the price. Chicken on Alfredo was good, sauce was ok and pasta was over cooked. Pizza was good but the garlic bread was nasty. Cookie was soft. They do military discount, show your ID at checkout!
Great pasta (surprisingly), not the best for seating, but that’s natural for amusement parks.
Tasty big slices of pizza. And the side salad was delicious!

Wanted a quick bite so I got a cheese pizza. Bit on the thin side, but tasted alright. Wish there was more cheese on it though.
i’ve been going to this wonderful restaurant for years now. i get a ticket for Universal just for this restaurant in particularly. it is the best pizza you will ever have. A universal experience. so many great options, huge pizza slices, and definitely worth every penny. 1 million out of 10 would definitely recommend. thank you universal for making this great restaurant and delicious pizza. I will be back soon!

I don't understand why this restaurant has such a low rating. We tried the veggie pizza and a cheese pizza. But were really good. I would definitely visit again here.

Good pizza, my family of 5 couldn't finish 1 large because the slices are huge. Surprisingly reasonably priced. OK complaint is that they don't have any to-go boxes for leftovers.

It was the end of a long day so I understand service being okay. They definitely opened up to us a little more which I did appreciate. The pizza was average. I do like The Simpsons and being around Springfield which was fun.
Good food, but terribly expensive. Almost $90 for a family of four. Couldn't find a place to sit, so one of the park employees was nice enough to tell us that we could take our trays across to Krusty Burger and eat upstairs. Found plenty of seating there. Very grateful to the Universal employee that helped us out.

Head's up that everything is served on flimsy disposable plastic here. Guests pick up plates from their heated display and hot items + tilted displays at face height + flimsy plates means the odds are very good that someone will drop or spill something and if you have a child with you, they are at risk of being burned by hot falling items. The food itself was medicore, but that is to be expected for a fast food place inside a theme park.
The most overpriced slice of pizza ever! The pasta was surprisingly good though. Bread is a crapshoot.
I get it's inside universal studios but $8 a slice?? Common Better go to Hogsmead pub in the Hogwarts Castle

Pizza were greasy (pepperoni and meat likers). $60 for 1 whole pie. We ordered slides. The meat hater slice were too doughy compared to the other pizza.
Ridiculously overpriced for a not-so-great Spaghetti and Meatballs. Cool experience being in a place from The Simpsons, but the food wasn’t good, it was expensive (I know it’s at a theme park, but it wasn’t worth anything close to the price), and there was a strange smell in the place. Go somewhere else in the park to eat. Anywhere else there or on the City Walk beats it by a mile. I won’t give it 1 star because of the connection to the show, but it’s not good.
Cheese pizza was good. Pasta sauce had a bitter taste.

You’d think that because you’re paying good money to go eat it’d actually be good, well I thought so too but I was so wrong. I got a chicken Alfredo pasta and I was extremely disappointed. 1. Had very little sauce, you had to try to make a use of what you had. 2. There was around 3 pieces of chicken (I’m not exaggerating). 3. The bread was so small, when I saw the photo on the screen I thought it would look like that but it didn’t. 4. The food was not good, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t disgusting but I would think that I’d be getting my moneys worth, school food would cook it better. I’m telling you right now go ANYWHERE else but this trust me it is not worth it at all!!
I get it Universal when you had to re-theme everything in this area to the Simpsons. But seriously? The food got worse too?? I got one of their pasta plates that I've eaten before the Simpsons re-theme and it tasted okay. Oh boy, when I went back just recently, it tasted AWFUL! (Same goes for the bread sticks!) I went with my family and tried to share the plate with them but after a quick bite no one wanted to finish it. The chicken was disgusting, the pasta/sauce was bland and boring, and as for the pizza; geez I can get the same quality pizza slice at my local Costco for half the price, or an entire pizza pie for the same price. Plus with the re-theme came the new Coca-Cola machines. They used to offer free refills when you dine-in, and if you bought one of their souvenir cups you can pay a cheaper price to refill your cup rather than paying full price for a new paper cup. Now with the new machines, you are forced to buy their fancy plastic-y cups if you want a refill because each paper cup comes with a QR code on the bottom that tracks down how many times you fill your cup. Once it's up the machine locks you out from filling your cup again, so you'd have to buy a new cup. Honestly this is mildly irritating for me, but I was fine with buying just a large cup without needing a refill. Not much of a worry for me. My big concern was mainly the food. P.S. Is there a way to turn off the TV's once in a while? It can get annoying after the 5th loop of the same boring clips from the show. Plus some of the clips aren't exactly "child friendly" and I see a large majority of customers in the Springfield restaurant area are families with kids (excluding the beer serving area).
So I was at the universal studios yesterday April 4th, 2018. I was having so much fun with my family until I visited Luigi’s pizzeria. The pizzeria’s ordering system works in a way where you have stand in a line and pick up what ever you want on a tray and pay at the end of the table. So yesterday when I went there for lunch I was in the line observing people, the line was moving quickly and the people behind the table were working quickly making the pizzas and pastas. The pastas were not selling as much as the pizzas they were kept on the table for a long time and I wanted a hot one. So I picked the one on the table put it on my tray not knowing they making new ones so when I saw the person in the kitchen preparing a new pasta I waited and once it was ready I put the old one back on the table and took the new one. This lady looks at me takes the old pasta which I barely even had on my tray for 5 seconds smashed into the dustbin. I don’t know why but I started tearing up I didn’t know what to do I just paid for whatever I had on the tray and left. I saw two other people do the same exact thing. I’m a tourist to this country so I was observing people and doing things. The only difference between what I did and the two other people was my skin colour. There you go racism at its finest. I’m not an illiterate I’m a doctor and I know the difference between what’s unhygienic and what’s not. At this point I’m just glad whoever that woman is is not working in a hospital where she has to treat people. I want her to be fired cause I don’t want any other person feeling as if they’re diseased because of their colour.
Horrible, rude, and unhelpful staff. I put down a plate with pizza that I wasn't sure about, and the lady made a big show of throwing it away without saying a single word. She could have just told me she'd have to throw it, then I'd have taken it. Then, we were waiting in line at one of the split counters. We were waiting and waiting and a different lady kept ringing up people on the other side, ignoring us. She could have just told us that she was only ringing up people on one side.
My family and I had dinner here last night while at Universal Studios. It was not good. There was 7 of us and we had pizza and the pasta dishes. The Alfredo had no flavor, tasted like they just add a bunch water to sauce. Pizza is like cardboard. The desserts were stale . We had cookies and peanut butter brownies. Ohhhh no it wasn’t good. As much money as we spent at universal, they should have better places to eat. Better quality and really make sure they are up to par. So disappointing. I should have looked at the reviews prior to eating.:/
