Awesome Panera Bread location. The staff is really friendly and are on top of everything. We originally only wanted iced teas because it was so hot. We saw the food and ended up walking back in to get a sandwich. Our food came out quick and it was delicious.

It was VERY nice to have a pleasant visit using a birthday gift card I received...I had just left somewhere else(a retail store) and it was just horrible customer service...Everyone here was positive and pleasant..Thank You!

Panera is my go to location for fresh clean food with wonderful taste at a reasonable cost. They have wonderful soups and sandwiches, and I appreciate the rotating menu so there is always something new to try. Also, the flavors are not ordinary. They put unusual combinations together to come up with unique and delicious food. I am all in! If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

I wanted soup and a salad. I couldn't hear them call my name. An intercom system would be nice. Tried their new salad with chicken and French onion soup. Salad was more than I thought, so got half of it to go. Not sure why they don't include bread and butter, because I always have to ask.

Our cashier was all cheer as she showed us how to utilize the digital menu and adjust our dishes. Full marks for service. My generous bowl of soup was delicious. I've had many French onion soups in my day, but this one with a dash of basil and an undertone of tomato gave it a sophisticated taste. My husband's sandwich was also great-tasting, but the fact that the sandwich was falling apart as he ate it was a serious downer. Maybe toast the bread and not layer so much lettuce on it so it holds together a bit better. Aside from that, good quality eats and good service.

We found a table by the windows and waited for our name to be called. The food was filling and tasted fresh. After eating, we took out plates to the bin and the rest sorted by compost, recycle, or landfill.

The restaurant was clean and there wasn't many people eating when we first arrived just before 6:30pm. They have some self serve ordering kiosks and 1 register where someone can take your order. We bother ordered 1/2 sandwich/soup (Pick 2 deal). For the sandwich we each tried the limited time Ciabatta Dippers sandwiches. My wife got the Bistro French Onion Soup and I got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The Ciabatta sandwiches were good, but could benefit from a little more meat. The dippers is basically one of their soups, the French Dipper included the Bistro French Onion Soup to dip in and the Spicy Chicken Dipper had the Creamy Tomato Soup to dip in. We did not read the full description of the sandwiches, otherwise we would have either ordered a different soup or had a salad instead of soup. Overall, it was a pleasant meal, but for the price it left us wishing for a little bit more food.

The staff here is the best part. I go often. They are attentive and kind. They always make sure I have everything I need. They even get me the coffee I like best when the urns are low.

First time ever inside this restaurant, the number of breakfast offerings was impressive. I'm pleased the place didn't reek of coffee. I ordered conservatively steak & egg bagel w Orange Juice. First of all it shouldn't take 12min to warm up a pre made egg and steak slice, second this item is hardly worth $6 half thus price would have been more appropriate. I'll come back some point in the future for lunch, maybe the rating will improve.

Thia place is really hit or miss. The food is usually good, but not always consistent especially in the amount you get. The time it takes to get your food varied greatly sometimes I order ahead an it's ready others I am waiting behind every person that ordered in house.

Use to LOVE Panera, but this was very unsatisfying. We placed an order (that's another story of !?!?), picking the order up and bringing it home, glad it was for family, it would have been embarrassing otherwise. Family Value Pack - half full salad, thrown together sandwiches, and semi-stale cookies. The soup was good and hot and the baguette was fresh. But otherwise hard pass on this again. Too bad, it was really good at one time.

Hit or miss takeout. Sometimes really good. Sometimes soup mostly liquid, bread size varies to just a wee bite-sized piece, chicken in salad can be rubbery. Have gotten nuts when was supposed to leave off. Other times it is good.

They keep the place freezing cold and very uncomfortable for customer dining in. I feel like they do this on purpose to rush you out. It's 8:30 am, 56 degrees outside, and they are currently blowing the air conditioner inside! I asked them kindly to turn off the fans, and they said they would raise the temps; they did not. Hence, the rating they received.

I have only been to Panera Bread twice and this last time pretty much confirmed me never going back. It was extremely busy, and took a really really long time to get our food. They were not informative as to where to get the drinks poured that we had to do it ourselves. They also did not provide any glasses when we paid so that we knew we had to get our own drinks. When I finally went and picked up the food that was ordered, it was incorrect. Although I paid for something at a higher price I didn't actually get it. Because of the long wait I decided not to even mess with it and I was so disenchanted at that time I just figured the heck so that we knew we had to get our own drinks. Way overpriced for such small margins of food. I got way more soup from Boudin's bread bowl than Panera's by a long shot. Such a shame because the atmosphere and service are great, but if you want more than a snack, go to Boudin instead.

The really need to clean the store lot better. Tables and floor and even the toilets were dirty. Very disappointed quality of food as well.

Today was not a good experience. I ordered coffee and 2 bagels to dine in. It took almost 10 minutes to receive my order. When I stood in line for a coffee refill, again a long wait while 1 cashier helped the 1 customer ahead of me. While I was waiting with my coffee cup in hand, at least 4 employees came up to the 2nd register and did nothing as the line grew. My visit was just before 11AM. I try to be patient but I feel things could have been done more efficiently. I enjoy Panera's so I will return.

Ordered the new smoked buffalo chicken melt and it was not good at all. They put so much sauce on that was all you taste. Had a strong Tabasco taste. Was to hot to enjoy. The bread was soggy from the sauce. They should note on the menu that it's hot.

Everytime I order a soup bread bowl to be delivered, they forget the bread bowl. Why? And they sent me a cup of soup. Defeates the whole purpose of the soup. Gave you a second chance an you forgot it 2x's. We order out a lot. Sorry you just lost a customer. 2x,s ordered soup bowls an 2x's I got a cup of soup, no bowl but was charged the bowl price. Never again

Something is off here and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I ate her twice during my visit to Vacaville recently it just seems like the employees don’t care from the time that your order is being taken to the time that your order is ready they just don’t care. It seems like you are a nuisance to the person that’s taking your order and it seems like you’re an even bigger nuisance to the people who are preparing your order when you’re standing there waiting for it. Somethings just not right here there needs to be some serious customer service training from the top to the bottom. The food is also very inconsistent I ordered the same thing twice and they were vastly different both times different bread different spread on the bread different consistency to the soup just is not the Panera that you’re used to.

I feel bad giving the service one star because the employees are nice, however ordering sip club drinks in the app for rapid pick up is worthless because they are never in the rapid pick up location and my wife and I only order self serve and they have put the order in there before. But it’s trash to say in the app it’s ready and it not be

Ordered six meals for delivery and two items were missing. Tried calling four times and no one picked up after ringing for several minutes. Attempted to contact the driver directly and they won’t respond. Still waiting to get a refund for the items I paid for but never received. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at any Panera and will not be returning.
