Un lugar increible para disfrutar de comida asturiana. En esta oportunidad la fabada y el cachopo fueron una opción muy acertada, porción, temperatura, presentación, sabor de 10. Recomiendo hacer reserva, el sabado por la noche no habia disponibilidad y en la terraza no es un lugar tranquilo, por el paso peatonal de una calle tan transitada.

He vuelto con su renovado ambiente y lo que seguro sigue siendo de gran calidad son sus platos. Sin lugar a dudas su imprescindible son sus cachopos

Walk in and had one of the best meals in Valencia. The fabada asturiana was amazing and the cachopo was delicious, we also tried the sidra and would definitely come back. Our waiter Angel was very attentive and sweet.

La Taska in Valencia is a nice place for dinner, even with kids. We went earlier than the usual dinner hours, so the restaurant was a bit empty. The food was very good,especially the fish, with big portions that were perfect for sharing. The wine and Aperol were also good and well prepared. The only downside was the service, which felt a bit not very welcoming, although that may have just been my feeling. Overall, it was a good dining experience

This is our second time back and today our server was Dario and we usually never write reviews, but we came on here to thank him for his service and the meal we will 100% be back again. The server was excellent. He was patient as we were dining with our 16 month old and family. He knew the Manuel he was professional and he was quick. Exceptional food! We had the sea bass, and it was absolutely perfect — tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It didn’t need anything extra. The dessert was equally impressive — a wonderful way to finish the meal.

What a delightful surprise this restaurant was! We chose it randomly on a Saturday night, as they open at 6PM, and the food was absolutely divine! The seabass was incredible, melting in your mouth and so flavorful! The restaurant is beautifully decorated as well! Highly recommend!

5 stars is not enough for this lovely establishment with amazing crew. The food and service was impeccable from start to finish. The octopus was perfectly tender, with a nice smoky finish. The fabada Asturian stew was a soulful, hearty masterpiece — every spoonful rich with beans, chorizo, and slow-cooked warmth that tastes like it’s been perfected over generations. The blood sausage cachopo was an absolute banger — golden, crispy on the outside, juicy and cheesy within, pure indulgence done right. Clearly why they were award winners according to their menu. Will be back again.

Absolutely amazing time here! Angel was literally an angel from start to end, providing us with great recommendations and perfect service. We can’t thank you enough, Angel! We had the octopus to start, followed by the cachopo and a steak. Octopus was so so delicious! Cachopo was really massive (definitely for sharing) and fried to perfection, it was the right balance of grease without ever getting to the point of being overly greasy. The steak was average, well cooked but perhaps not the best cut. The draft beers were fresh and refreshing after a long day out walking. We arrived about 6.45pm and the place was empty, it only started filling up a little later probably due to the later dinner time here. Overall a really wonderful experience!

Curiosity (and a serious appetite) took us here in search of the best cachopo in town - and it did not disappoint. We started with a leek dish and an octopus dish, both absolutely stellar. Then came the main event: the cachopo. It was massive, but every single bite was worth it. We also had beans with sausage and bacon, which were flavorful. The ambience inside was warm, and the staff were kind. A place well worth visiting.

Wow. This place is definitely a must. The restaurant is quite lovely and the food is simply genius. Ive been there teice and had the exact same thing : artichokes with serrano as a starter and then the most amazing Cachopo I've ever tasted. It was the lacon braseado y queso provolone valpadana. Don't order bread, it's not fresh. The staff is super nice and kind. Great experience!

Un buen restaurante asturiano en el centro de Valencia. Pedimos dos cachopos para tres personas (de coppa ibérica y de jamón de Guijuelo) y estaban muy buenos. Raciones abundantes. El local muy agradable y espacio entre las mesas suficiente para conversar y no molestar. Recomendable para comidas familiares. Aspecto a destacar y que personalmente no me ha gustado es el escaso tamaño de la mesa. Era una celebración familiar (3 personas) reservada con semanas de antelación. Nos pusieron en la mesa de dos. De pedir más de un entrante la comida no cabría en la mesa. Admito que fue incómodo. Sirven platos grandes en tablas de pizarra tamaño fuente lo cual valoramos muchísimo y como crítica constructiva únicamente añadiría que consideraran poner las reservas de 3 personas en una mesa de 4 para poder disfrutar de la experiencia plenamente. Magnífico sitio para tomarte un buen cachopo acompañado de su sidra. No te puedes ir sin pobrar la tarta de queso , está espectacular. Nos atendió Darío que estuvo pendiente durante toda la comida.

No es la primera que vamos a La taska Sidreria, los cachopos son buenos, pero el resto de comida ha bajado la calidad, la atención fue buena por parte del camarero, hay mucho ruido, no se puede conversar.

Angel, un camarero increíble y la comida riquísima. Salimos a 32€ y pedimos 3 entrantes, un principal y una botella de vino de 45€. Sin duda repetiremos.

Imposible mantener una conversación. El servicio poco simpático y nada atento. Qué poco cuesta sonreír cuando atiendes una mesa. He de reconocer que la comida muy buena (fabada buena y la tarta de queso brutal), pero excesivamente cara para lo que es. Vimos pasar varios cachopos, y tenían muy buena pinta. Con pena, se cae de mi lista para repetir, por el momento. Necesita implementar mejoras, algunas urgentes.
