Very good service. On a normal day, the food comes out quickly. Only on weekends do we sometimes have to wait a little longer for the food, but they always have good customer service. 👍👍

This was the best wing experience I’ve had, I’m visiting out from Los Angeles and we don’t have mango habanero out there so getting to try it at this store was spectacular, my food was ready as soon as I got there, it seemed to be a busy day but the cashiers were friendly and tried to make everything as smooth as possible, my chicken was beautifully cooked as well

Good wings ,multiple flavors,decent fries The cajun corn is fire,and they have the machine where you can make drinks that don't exist. Its a good time. (Orange coke,raspberry Hi-c, are legit🔥)

I don't know why but the wings don't always taste the same. I always order mango habanero and sometimes they are spicier than other times but this last time I ate at wingstop the wings and the fries were very good

It's a good n tasty take out option. They are not KFC or Popeyes They prepare your food when your order is placed so be prepared to WAIT at least 20 min or order ahead. They are very busy and a popular option

In town from So Oregon to catch a Giants game. Had dinner at Wing Stop. We don't have one in So Oregon so I was excited to give it a try. We do have a Bdubz so I'm comparing the two. I ordered the "crew" option which was 30 wings, choice of 3 flavors. We tried mango habinero, classic Buffalo & bbq. Mango habinero compared to Bdubz was not nearly as hot but still had good flavor. The classic was by far my favorite with a great Buffalo flavor. The bbq is what you would expect, nothing fancy but a decent bbq flavor. The crispness I would say was excellent. Meaty wings with a great crispy bite! I would come back but my honest opinion is that they aren't quite on the same level as Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wings are good, greasy, but good. Always busy. Usually about 20 minutes per order. Phones usually busy as well. Not much room. To sit, especially in the evening. Expect to wait in line and or be put on hold if you call. Still it is one of the few places in Vallejo that I frequent. As far as fast food goes it's one of the better options, especially since they are open late.

Answers the phone quick and take your order fast and easy. Update 01/03/22 Ordered through phone and when I went to pickup my order, I had to wait for more than 5 minutes. There are no other customers aside me waiting but the service that day is very slow. When I came home, found out that they mixed the sauces on the chicken wings which I specifically asked the sauce should be on the side since my husband doesn't like spicy sauces and fries are burnt and over seasoned. Disappointed on this kind of service, not the usual service we had before.

Fries were soggy when I specifically asked for well done. Wings are nothing special. Sauce is ok but like the bayou bbq is just their bbq mixed with their Lousiana rub. Threw the fries away, ate a few wings and threw those away too. I suppose if you were drunk and hungry, this would be a decent spot.

I ordered online for pick up. Said pick up time was 16-21 minutes. I arrived and still had to wait in the store after I paid for 35 more minutes. Continually saying, 5 more minutes, waiting on fries. 5 more minutes, waiting on corn. The first time I've gone to wingstop, probably the last. The food was good though. It's too bad.

I'm sorry.. but the whole reason I went was to get the fries I seen in a commercial. They were golden and light.. uniform in size.. like seasoned mc d fries. My order came with red dark brown fries.. fat and greasy, which my son says is normal for place. They obviously hire a bunch of teenagers. My cashier had no customer service skills.. treated me like I was her mom asking her to do chores! Being that it was my first time there.. I needed a little time to browse the menu.. bottom line is I won't go back there.

The cashier kept postponing my order or my order had been forgotten. There were three people who ordered after me that got their order first. Very frustrating and with no compensation for the terrible service. Waited for 40 minutes when it was orignially supposed to be a 20 minute wait.

Very bad service. Girl was being very rude to customers. We had ordered a walk in and they said it would be done in 10 minutes and about 5 minutes after we ordered, a bunch of online orders came in and they forgot about our order. We had 3 people in the party and they all ordered separately and we didnt get our order until 30-60 minutes. Wouldnt come again.

!! CAUTION !! if you place a doordash deliveries from the specific Wingstop, please read. The manager at the specific location refuses to have the Wingstop employees prepare the drinks for the doordash delivery customers instead the manager will refuse to give the doordash delivery drivers the order unless they themselves make the drinks. A doordash delivery driver is an independent contractor a courier only required to pick up and drop off food and should not under any circumstances ever touch or inspect the food as they do not have food and handling certifications and can possibly contaminate especially while preparing drinks by putting fingers on the rim of the cup or inside of the cup. Even though the manager is fully aware of this they insist on having the delivery drivers make the drinks because it is more convenient for them so they do not themselves have to walk around to where the customers prepare the drinks. I have taken two separate videos documenting such instances I encourage anybody who eats here and orders a delivery to insist a employee who is certified in food and handling prepares to drink.

This has to be the worst wingstop I have ever went to. My order was wrong (becoming an habit), I alerted the staff that my order was wrong the entire staff was just standing there with no assistance looking at my as if I had 2 heads. When someone finally helped me they had an attitude, very rude and snatched my bag. They didn’t want to remake my food fresh as they pulled my order from another customer bag. My food still wasn’t how I asked it to be after the remake. Horrible location down from the food to the employees.

I have NEVER written a review for a restaurant but I have to for this one. I’ve worked in food for a while and no matter what day I’ve had I ALWAYS gave excellent customer service because it was my job. I’ve come here many times hoping they’d get better but it seems to get worse. My wings last night had very little to no sauce on them, and the fries were cold. The customer service is terrible, not a single “thank you” or “have a nice day/night” the lack of effort there is very sad.

You better not ask for a cup of water from this establishment while you wait for your food!! I placed a large order and they refused to give me a small cup for water while I waited. Poor customer service!

Customer Service at this location is AWEFULL. It's very busy and the staff walk around confused and don't know what to due. Sat and waited for a Dash for 25 minutes. Everytime and employee would ask that same question over and over AGAIN!!!

My food was so salty even though I ordered with little seasoning. Had to wait for cashier to get off phone to pay for my call in order. And people were standing inside restaurant that walked in to get order. Shouldn't they wait outside or in car? Cashier didn't smile, say hello just had me standing there.

Restaurant false advertisement of to go menu prices. Indian owner promised to honor to go menu price on 8/22/14 since the Friday before is when I picked the menu up. When I picked up order and explained to worker she acknowledged but I noticed on the receipt they charged another price as not agreed. The Manager stated she would not honor price and owner left, so I requested my hard earned money back. If the price was not honored over the phone when originally discussed I would not have wasted my gas and ordered. Poor customer service and false menu price advertisement. And the workers always seem to forget the sides ordered and paid.

Ordered $24.00 food and drink at cash register at 6:00 p.m. They would not take my Fifty dollar bill or Hundred dollar bill.The Managerr lady told me I could go next door and get change and comeback or use a card. I asked if I comeback are you willing to give me a free drink and she laughed at me. Note the young man who was the cashier was helpful.

Called my order in. Went to pick up 15 min later (only order 5 boneless wings.. for some reason they wouldn't let me order 6 wings, even tho last week they told me the minimum was 5 wings) cashier didn't bother checking on my order so I waited a while. 15 min later I ask about my order it's been sitting there this whole time. I complained and the only thing they said was sorry. By the time I got them they were starting to get cold.

I have gone here now twice and both times they have completely messed up my order. Save your money or go to another location. Went today and waited for my order for 20 minutes as others came and went. Will not go back.

Food was 30 minutes later than they said it would be, low quality food compared to other Wingstops (the Concord location is the one I normally go to, actually clean when you walk in) also dining area was disgusting, napkins and lids out of stock, no napkins. Didn’t even eat my food. I can only imagine how bad the kitchen is.

When I Came in there Only 1 Person in line waiting for their order , I placed my order Sat down & Literally watched them take 7X $50 order OVER Making my Sandwich. I Got Very Upset & Told them they need to get my Food or Give me my Money back , The young man goes in the back talks to the lady in the back then comes out with my order SMH ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I gave the sandwich to my Dog. Do Not Spend Your Money Here. ONLY🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 ONLY USA

The next day I put them in the microwave and it made a zapping noise, almost caught fire. This tells me that this food is not safe for consumption. I called them to inform them on this matter, and they said it’s nothing they could do. They gave a “corporate number” that didn’t work, and the online number is no good either. DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN TENDERS. Avoid this place all together, no accountability

Make sure to always check your bag before you accept it. Multiple times we never received all the foods and beverages and dressing that we paid for it and when you call the store and speak with the manager they offer full refund for the missing items and we never received any refunds!

He told me not to worry the wings were in the fryer and the Dasher was in-store. I waited. Wingstop closed. Nothing ever showed up. The next day, I called Wingstop again and spoke to Veronica, who told me they "don't use DoorDash" and questioned why I would call them. (Every Wingstop order I've ever had has been delivered by DoorDash.) DoorDash, in turn, said that because I ordered from Wingstop.com, the refund had to come from the store. To avoid going in circles, I asked DoorDash to get Wingstop on a 3-way call. During the call, both parties said they couldn't help me, and that the store manager would have to resolve it. Veronica called me back later and said she spoke with the manager and told me, with a surprisingly smug tone, that they wouldn't be doing anything to help me. At this point, I had enough. I ate here some time last year I ordered a 10 piece hot honey wings and got my toddler some bbq wings. After I ate them I got sick and was throwing up the entire night. My daughter woke up and threw up on herself. I called and told them what happened and they didn’t care. Just wanted to leave this review since I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location.

First off trying to get a water cup from sings that don't know rules about giving water to customers let alone trying to get a side of ranch for 30 wings was out of the question. The wings are good. But charging 3.39 for a water cup should be legal. And im pretty sure they have to provide water for paying customers. Customer.servive NOT so good. Casher didn't know how to put in my order. Not going back

As soon as i got the wings and opened the box i noticed a very pungent funky smell.. threw me off , and i decided too ignore the smell and thought i was just being paranoid but it smelled rotten.. and it tasted rotten and very spoiled and just something was very off. i didn’t complain becuase i was in a hurry but my friend said the wings tasted and smelled very rotten! horrible experience i really hope we don’t get food poisoning!! Never coming here again!

It’s Monday boneless wing deal and I got charged for 3 ranches by host Dilenia she was rude and acted like she didn’t understand throwing in a free ranch that’s really irritating $5 for three damn ranches like come on never get charged for ranch at Wingstop cause people are cool and want business won’t be back to this location straight up dislike rude people with not even a smile on her face
