Great ambience. It's the first thing you will see when you enter. From motorcycles and cars the motif is all motors. The food is good too. As I got the barbecue sauce as the grilled chicken sandwich will be a bit dry without it. Service was excellent as well!

This was not my first experience with this particular food chain but it was my first time at this particular location. The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. And the food as usual was good. My experience with this restaurant chain overall has been very positive. I only gave the food 4 out of five stars because I feel as though no matter what flavor you choose to put on your wings they never seemed to put enough sauce on them. They do give you extra sauce if you ask for it but of course you have to pay for it. Has the price of wing sauce also gone through the roof with inflation? Don't get me wrong if your wing person you got to check this place out if you haven't already been there.

Bartenders are very friendly, sincere, and hardworking. The food is fair for the price, especially during happy hour- drinks are very reasonable too. The customers are often heavily mixed with obnoxious types (large families with undisciplined kids, creepy and loud older men that are inappropriate to female staff, older grouchy types), and they don't seat the groups separately even though they could. The servers are often overworked and complain in front of guests. The host staff is pleasant when they are there, but during slower times - no one watches the front and managers, servers, etc will look at waiting guests and ignore them. I once stood up front for over 10 minutes for any help with my online takeout order, with around 5 other guests in line behind me. We were seen but ignored several times and two others in line called separately before we got service.

I honestly think it's time for me to try something other than the wings. I'm not finding any sauces that just pop. And while I can handle the heat it's got to have flavor or what's the point of eating it. I don't care if it'll blister my lips but it should taste good while doing it.

This was a very interesting place. The hanging motorcycles were scary, but cool to look at. The music and vibe was good, staff was kind and professional and the food was good. Great menu choices for the kids, reasonable prices, and good food. I was very pleased.

First time to this particular location or this chain of restaurant stopped here after visiting Cleveland Clinic very fast helpful friendly service everything was hot and fresh and made the way we asked for highly recommend this restaurant establishment definitely will visit again. Also since it was the first time we were there we were given free appetizer cards for our next visit when we return.

Food was decent, waitress not so much, she messed up the bill, kept forgetting things we asked for, I ordered some medium wings to go and got parmasian wings instead... I didn't notice til I got home, should have checked before I left... c'mon, get it right people.

I've dined inside with an order of wings w/sauce and fries earlier this year and the food was delicious, which compelled me to order takeout yesterday of the same type of order. If I hadn't traveled so far away before eating my meal I would have taken it back and requested a refund. First let me say the wait was only 15 min and the fries were okay, but the bone in wings with sauce were much to be desired. They were very dry inside and tasted old, and were so hard I could hardly chew them. The worst part is I hadn't eaten all day and I arrived there around 4 pm extremely hungry. Needless to say I will not return.

We stopped by for dinner while we were staying nearby passing through on a long drive. The decor is novel, which is what drew us to try. When we walked in there was no one out front to seat us and we stood for a good 3-4 minutes before someone came in from a smoke break out back to do it. They waited our table and clearly were as high as a kite from their recent smoke, but nonetheless were pleasant and competent. My biggest complaint is the pricing at this place. We ordered 2 sodas, a salad, an app, chicken tenders and a 10 piece wings. This, along with a 15% tip was $85. The wings were particularly expensive - almost $2/wing! This type of restaraunt, and the quality of the food does not justify this type of price. It is about 30% too high of prices to be paying. Also, I got the wings HOT, but asked for a side of their hottest sauce (I think it was "scorpion") and it was barely hotter than the hot sauce. I would never return to eat at a QS&L based on the prices.

Well, we've been here dozens of times. Hadn't been here in a minute so we decided to stop through. Well, I hate to say it but it's just not what it used to be. I mean I could have caught them on an off night but they weren't that busy when we were there. Service was slow and inattentive. Food was so-so and the place was a dirty. Hope that things change and the place goes back to better days.

Just Ok. Not the cleanest place. Bar didn't have a dedicated server that stayed behind the bar which results in wait times for drinks etc. Food was only average. Probably won't go back

The last time I dined here was over 10 years ago. My daughter loves eating here and asked me to come. The restaurant was clean and for a Friday it was crowded. The hostess greeted us and we didn’t wait long for a table. The sever was very nice and personable. My issue was the food! I ordered mild Breaded Boneless Chicken Wings with onion rings. The sauce was not good!! It had a very nasty taste. I even asked if it was mild and not something else. The boneless wings itself were mushy; I asked for well done. The only bright spot were the onion rings!! I don’t see myself ever visiting again.

I wasn't able to give my normal 5-stars for QS&L this time. I didn't order my usual appetizer and wings. My buddy and I visit this location often and have had no previous complaints at all. First, I can say the manager did make this visit right by taking the charge off the bill. The pretzel appetizer was excellent as usual. The fried mozzarella appetizer was also hot and tasty. After reviewing the new menu, I decided to order the Quaker Steak Sandwich. My buddy ordered his usual dozen medium wings. It took a little longer than expected to receive our main dishes. The sandwich looked great on the picture, but the actual presentation was more of an open-faced sandwich. As I folded it over to begin eating, I noticed the meat was a bit dry, like it was overcooked. Upon closer look, the meat was more of a shredded consistency, which is not what I expected. I couldn't make it through half of the sandwich. I notified the waitress and she immediately offered to remake the sandwich or take the cost off the bill. I chose the latter and was very pleased with how well the staff handled this situation. My friend ordered the medium wings which came out a bit lukewarm. It kinda made sense since it felt like a long wait since the appetizers had been delivered. The wings were still tasty overall. We will definitely continue to patronize this restaurant as they did an excellent job in a challenging situation. Keep up the great work.

We came on New Year’s Day today for a couple beers and appetizers, met a friend there sat at the bar and one of the servers or hostess came in between us in mid conversation to talk to the bartender as if we weren’t having a conversation, thought that was little ignorant. Service was horrible but the hostess did help. Food was great though. Haven’t been there in over 2 years and this is the reason why.

Service was... Acceptable. I usually get a double burger with a side of two sauces that the bartender made up for me years ago. But I wasn't hungry so my daughter ate. She got Mac N Cheese with fries. She loves it. Then she got what I can only describe as the most overdone (in a good way) Ice Cream Sunday a four year old could get. Again, she loved it. Food gets a three star because I only had a nibble of the Mac N cheese to verify it's quality. It was good-ish. But my daughter loved it so it scores a high average. Service gets a two star because, I'm gonna be honest... The bartender refuses to go for a ride on my motorcycle since I got a newer bike. I ask at least once a week. Always no or maybe. I don't get it. She had no problem when I had the Ninja. Maybe after I rebuild it?! The rest of the service staff was great! Madison, Selina, the taller brother with short hair and dollar sign tattoo (forgive me sir I forgot your name). My only real gripe is the cleanliness. The bar was clean but my feet were sticking to the floor Like Megan Fox's strap on to Machine Gun Kelly's lower back. A sticky sort of flop if you can imagine. The whole thing needs a top down cleaning.

Completely wrong order, they refused to fix it. Spoke with Ashley, she was extremely unprofessional. I will be speaking with corporate and or general management to resolve this. No tamper seals. Extremely unsafe to order take out from. Buyer beware.

One of the worse milkshakes my family and I have had. You can feel the chunks of ice and it had no favor. The chocolate milkshake wasn't blended good and the staff had terrible attitudes. My first and last time there. For 27 dollars we would have been better off at DQ.

Absolutely disgusting !! This place one need a deep cleaning. The bar was sticky the restrooms dont like they been cleaned ever smelled like old water and trash truck the floor was gross. The service Mackalya B TRASH ! Place was not much busy but she rather talk to her friends at the bar and complain about her coworkers. Took 10 min to get a soda . Waited forever to place an order taking other people's orders Ahead of me. The sauce was not rignt. Did not want to complain and wait more. What a shame this place use to be great not its TRASH!! STAY AWAY GO EAT SOMEWHERE BETTER
