Oggi pranzo veloce. Menu a scelta di pesce o carne o vegetariano. Ottima soluzione con il piatto unico. Presentato con stile e qualità. Piccola e simpatica conversazione con la Sig.ra Giovanna che accoglie i clienti con affabile cortesia. Complimenti per la location e per l'organizzazione. Grazie a voi Rosella e Ezio.

Nice restaurant in front of the Mestre railway station. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious. The service is fast. A nice place to drop in for a meal or coffee while waiting for a train.

It's just opposite Mestre and it's lovely. Attached to Hotel, food is good and staff lovely. Not expensive. Dined here several times.

Ristorante dell'Hotel Bologna. Da non confondersi con la sala di ristorazione veloce accanto al bar. Pochi tavoli, una decina. Generalmente frequentato dai soli ospiti dell'albergo o da gruppi di colleghi di lavoro o di associazioni tipo Lions. Menu contenuto ma piatti tutti ben fatti e ben presentati. Prezzi medi x un Hotel. Primo + secondo 30-35 Euro senza vino. Un'ottima alternativa ai ristoranti della zona.

Di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre fantastico per una pausa . Clima accogliente e prezzi medi , qualità alta . Il ristorante è una sorpresa molto gradevole con i suoi piatti curati .

Vengo a mangiare spesso e posso dire qualità e prezzo da favola, personale cordiale e gentile, se dovete mangiare a mezzogiorno Ve lo consiglio. C'è pure il parcheggio all' interno dell' hotel.

È il ristorante dell'hotel, comodo per una pausa pranzo prima di prendere il treno perché situatodi fronte alla stazione. Ottima tagliata con patate, tagliatelle alla bolognese e maccheroni con soppressa e fonduta. Buona la cheesecake. Personale gentile e qualificato, locale pulito che dispone di sala interna ed una 2 all'ingresso dove si può anche consumare uno spuntino veloce. Lo consiglio

Abbiamo cenato scegliendo piatti di pesce: zuppa di pesce, frittura mista, filetto di spigola. Zuppa buona, ma non buonissima. Inoltre alcune cozze non erano pulite bene esternamente. I secondi piatti direi di migliore qualità. In ogni caso porzioni generose e prezzi buoni. Gradevole l'ambiente ed il servizio.

Pranzo raramente di pranzare nei ristoranti degli hotel l'atmosfera di solito è molto distaccata, comunque complice del fatto che avevo un treno da prendere ho deciso di provare Da Tura. Personale di sala molto cortese, menù propone piatti unici per cui ho preso un filetto di branzino con guarnizione di riso e verdure il pesce era ben cotto. L'ambiente è in stile moderno pulito. L'ho trovato buono per un pranzo di lavoro da consumare in 40 minuti.

I ordered a Soy Cappuccino which was pretty good. Staff was nice, probably could be friendlier. 5 stars go to the location & atmosphere, which is lovely: super spacious, high ceilings, lots of windows, cute plants, modern, clean & has great seating both outside and inside.

If you are staying in this hotel and are tired of visiting Venice, you don't have to go out for dinner. You just stay at the Da Tura restaurant or Da Tura Bistro. The Bistro is cheaper. They have great food at the bistro and it is also affordable. We had a great dinner there on our first night.

Wait staff not friendly and made me feel I was putting them out…waitress took my order and then proceeded to set every table in room before submitting my order.

Terribile, ho ordinato un pesce ed è stato come mangiare un cactus, mi sono pugnalato il palato fino a farlo sanguinare, non sono riuscito a finire il piatto, ho mangiato circa il 30%. Sono venuti a chiedermi quale sia il problema. Ho spiegato loro e mi hanno fatto pagare l'intero piatto. Anche alla mia famiglia non è piaciuta la pasta. L'unica cosa positiva erano le cameriere, molto gentili.

Ristorante mezzo vuoto. La cameriera non si degna di prendere la mia ordinazione. Ma toglie le posate della seconda persona dopo 15 minuti di attesa (senza chiedere se volessi ordinare). Nuotate nell oro :D

1 Star - Disappointing Experience Due to Service Errors My recent visit was unfortunately marred by multiple service mistakes. We carefully ordered Bigoli with Carbonara Sauce by pointing to the menu item due to the language barrier, yet received Gnocchi with Duck instead. When we brought this to our server's attention, she incorrectly insisted we had ordered wrong, despite our clear communication. Her attitude is rude and arrogant. The situation worsened when we were charged for both the incorrect dish and our actual order. We tried to communicate with her that we are not paying for the wrong order and the food we didn't eat. But she wrote us a note that we have to pay even though we didn't like it. She has completly denied her mistake and lied about the reason of changing dish, she said to other restaurant staff that 'we didn't like the dish' so we change the dish - which is not true. Only after speaking with the manager was this billing error corrected. While mistakes happen, the refusal to acknowledge the error and the initial attempt to charge us for food we didn't receive shows a concerning lack of professionalism. I expect better from any dining establishment, and will never come back here.

Located in the ghettos of Venice is the Best Western Bologna hotel with Datura restaurant. A modern atmosphere and very clean hotel. On the last night of our stay, we decided to dine at Datura. A party of 6 of us sat and my wife and I ordered a Caesar salad for starters to split while the other 4 people ordered entrees. Our salad came out first and was not what we expected, a mesclun green mix with large shaved Parmesan pieces and a blob of mayo like jarred dressing, totally flavorless. While we were eating our salad the others entrees came out. We ate less than half of the salad as we expected a more authentic version. After waiting over a half hour for our entrees and after the others in our party wre done eating I approached the waitress and asked about our food. She then proceeded to inform me of the process in which food is brought out. Now, yes I may be some dumb Americano to her but I do know what the procedure is when a salad is ordered for a party of six, you bring the salad, hold off on the mains and bring them all out at the same time, I don't care what country you're in, that's the process. I cancelled our dinner entrees. Fortunately the people we were with were very gracious and paid for our grocery store salad and the wine we drank. I'm not sure if the waitress was new or not and she was nice enough, but this, as my final meal in Italy was the most disappointing. Fortunately we will never be back to the ghetto here and would recommend McDonald's across the street, I'm sure that they could get it right.

Very rude staff and never say sorry for their mistake and poor service. We stayed 3 nights in Best Western Plus and just before checking out of the hotel, we went down this restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. We ordered americano, shakerato, and two croissants and panini sandwich but panini was not serviced. My husband went to cancel but the staff said it would come out in a minute but never got the food... We decided to cancel so that we could go for checkout and get the train. But they denied the cancelation and were finally trying to give us the cold sandwich for takeaway. The truth was the two female staff were shifting the work onto each other and our order was a victim of the poor service and mistake. The male staff at the payment were rude saying it is common in Italy. What a service! They were not busy at that time... Just walked out without the panini. They certainly ruined our good memories in Venice.

They took FOREVER to take the order. After a twenty-minute wait, our party of five asked a different waiter to take our order. However in the middle of it, the first waiter rudely POKED who was taking our order and said he would take over just to disappear immediately. We never had our meal. Actually when we arrived we were told that there were no tables available although 80 percent of the restaurant was empty. I don't know what the heck their problem is, it may be bad administration or people were extremely impolite. I do not recommend it at all for the service is way too poor
