Tempura di calamari con verdurine jullienne e seppie alla veneziana con polenta bianca ,piatti curati dai sapori delicati come da tradizione veneziana.Come dessert semifreddo al gorgonzola e noci , molto delicato dal sapore unico , cremoso e indimenticabile ha concluso la nostra cena , lasciando in noi la certezza di volerci tornare . Il tutto accompagnato da un calice di ottimo Chardonnay. Personale molto professionale e simpatico.

Assolutamente un’esperienza da non perdere se passate da Venezia (Sestiere Cannaregio, vicino Rialto): l’ho provato e sono tornato. E sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento per le prossime occasioni nella Serenissima.

Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno a fine aprile. Il locale si trova in una via interna pedonale, solitamente molto affollata, ma il lunedì sera era piu tranquillo, ospitalità cordiale e non invadente, ottimo cibo, dagli antipasti ai secondi, i dolci non li abbiamo presi, ma sembravano molto buoni. Cucina tipica veneziana, non è un menù turistico per tanto assolutamente consigliato, Dai prezzi adeguati.

Esperienza emozionante. A 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto. Anche per chi non ama il crudo, l'abbinamento con la frutta rende il tutto veramente interessante. I primi piatti sono molto curati e ricchi di novità. I dolci, infine, completano in un'armonia di sapori la fine del pasto.

Uno dei ristoranti di pesce piu' buoni che io abbia mangiato! Consigliatissimo!

Personale competente , non è un posto sicuramente da menu turistico cosa molto evidente dalla qualità della materia prima e dal prezzo finale , giusto per quello che ho scelto . E in fine il tiramisù , una goduria . Veramente consigliato.

Abbiamo cenato la sera del nostro arrivo in questo piccolo ristorante, siamo rimasti così deliziati dal pesce e dai dessert che siamo ritornati anche la seconda sera. Il prezzo è consono a Venezia, è normale che si paghi di più, ma la qualità si sente tutta, davvero complimenti e ritorneremo!! Non perdetevi il loro tiramisù 😋

Stopped here for a little break and found a real gem. I was pleasantly surprised they had 2 types of gluten-free pasta to choose from and ordered spaghetti bolognese which was delicious! My husband had the scallops appetizer and tiramisu and definitely heard a few moans of appreciation out of him as he was enjoying his meal. The waiter was lovely, attentive and helpful with my food restriction. Definitely worth the stop!

I asked my hotelier at ca’segredo where I could get a good Venetian meal. He did not disappoint. My family had a wonderful experience here with the family who owns and operates this restaurant. We had several small plates - the scallops on shell still stand out to me as I write this, years later. You can fall into a lot of tourist traps in this city, this is not one. Eat here.

Wonderful, authentic place. Service was excellent, the waiter was kind and professional. I really wanted pasta for lunch, but it has to be gluten free. This place serves gluten free pasta as well as the usual kind, and my GF seafood pasta dish was excellent. I would really recommend this place as a great spot for lunch, you'll get great food for a reasonable price, especially considering the quality.

We had an unforgettable dining experience at this charming hosteria in Venice. We enjoyed an excellent risotto with asparagus and scampi, as well as tagliatelle with crab—both dishes were gastronomically perfect. The flavors were refined, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was authentically Venetian, warm and cozy, and the restaurant (including the restrooms) was exceptionally clean. A special shoutout to the team for preserving that genuine Venetian spirit, which is becoming increasingly rare to find, especially in such a touristy and busy street. You’d never expect to discover such a gem in a location like this. We came here based on a friend’s recommendation, and from now on, this will be a must-visit every time we return to Venice.

We had an excellent dinner at Hosteria Al Vecio Bragos. Great spot for people watching but the street does get crowded. We had the seafood pasta, ravioli, and fried calamari appetizer. All the food was very good, a little more expensive restaurant but excellent service so worth it.

The scallops were perfectly cooked, the spider crab pasta for two was prepared with such care and is actually very filling! Delicious wine and top quality service. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Venice.

Very nice restaurant. Typical Italian style. Baby fried calamari were delicious. My Pasta with Vongole was super good! As well the pasta allo scoglio was good. I liked a bit less dessert (tiramisu was very sweet). Staff very clean and professional. In a few words, very good but with room for improvement.

A wonderful meal! Our waiter had a great suggestion to make sure we had enough scallops! And the shrimp risotto was delicious. We spent 4 hours at dinner enjoying ourselves with a couple whose lives had overlapped with ours 15 years ago.

A fabulous restaurant, the food was excellent, we wanted a change from the pizza and pasta and we definitely got that here. The real icing on the cake was the terrific service.

Locale accogliente in una tipica via di Venezia con molti ristoranti e passaggio di persone. Abbiamo cenato in 2 all'esterno in una sera di Luglio. Personale disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto da dividere in due, un primo e un secondo. Da bere un ottimo Prosecco consigliato dal cameriere. Il cibo, tutto a base di pesce, era molto buono e anche servito in bell'aspetto. Il conto è stato nella media dei prezzi di Venezia, abbiamo apprezzato un piccolo sconto alla cassa e il biglietto da visita con il contatto diretto per un eventuale ritorno.

Nel panorama veneziano spicca per qualità degli alimenti. Abbiamo mangiato una fritturina di pesce veramente buona. Unici due appunti che mi sento di fare sono : il prezzo e il tavolo. Il prezzo è in linea con quelli cittadini ma comunque a mio avviso troppo alto rispetto al quantitativo offerto. Il tavolo sfortunatamente era piccolino e posto in un angolo che non permetteva né a me né alla mia signora agio per muoversi.

Per le vie della magnificenza chiamata Venezia si resta ammaliati dal fascino e dalla storia che ogni angolo, scorcio, dettaglio emana. Nello scegliere il lieto momento culinario la vastità di scelta è enorme, si và dal classico menù turistico, al take eway oppure si può scegliere una soluzione di cucina veneziana elaborata con maestria e sublimi materie prime e il Vecio risponde a questa categoria perfettamente. Gestori altamente competenti e pronti a dare puntuali spiegazioni sul menù e sulle fresco di pesce di giornata, menù che presenta un Ottimo scelta e ben modulato a Seconda della stagione. Tagliolini al granciporro sublimi, un tripudio di armonie. Ottimo La carta dei vini. Fermatevi al Vecio se volete un momento di qualità.

Io la mia compagna ci siamo recati in questo ristorante poiché c'era stato consigliato e poi era vicino al nostro albergo. Il locale è caratteristico e tenuto molto bene,lo staff educato molto preparato e pronto a dare i migliori consigli culinari. Il pesce sicuramente è la loro specialità non c'è che dire,un frittino fatto egregiamente. Ottima esperienza. Da rifare.

Interno piacevolmente caratteristico con foto d'epoca e vari oggetti appesi alle pareti. Camerieri molto cordiali e svelti. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto anche se le proposte del menù sono effettivamente semplici, così come l'impiattamento. Si servono soprattutto specialità di pesce ma è buona anche la carne, cosa davvero apprezzabile. La pecca maggiore è la disposizione dei tavoli che sono davvero troppo vicini l'uno all'altro e rendono la cena poco confortevole rischiando di venire urtati dal passaggio dei camerieri impegnati nel servizio.

I went here for fried anchovies which I saw in Google Review photos. Unfortunately they didn’t have it that day. Instead, I ordered fried baby calamari, Venetian style anchovies in onion sauce and pasta with seafood. Overall, food was delicious, service was good. You would enjoy it definitely. However, it is not a top niche quality food or service to give a higher rating. I recommend it to anyone who would not want to take risk on anywhere else.

A great experience and delicious food. My boyfriend and I went there for a late dinner. It is located on one of the shopping streets in Venice. We were looking at the menu when a waiter came out and asked if he could help us. Already from the first meeting the staff was nice and helpful. We said we wanted dinner and asked to be placed inside because of the hot weather. They came over almost immediately to ask for drinks and then gave us time to decide for the food. We got a 3 meal course, where I got fish and my boyfriend got meat. The carpaccio was delicious but the fresh raw fish I got was way more delicious and not fishy at all. It was paired with delicious lemon oil and olive oil with pepper is was a new experience for me and it was all the money worth. For the main course I got Turbot fish and my partner got lasagna, both were a delight to eat and very flavor full. For dessert we got the tiramisu and it was not disappointing, normally I'm not a big fan of coffee but the Italian understand to balance the sweet cream with the coffee so it was not that much coffee, but you could still taste it, it was delicious ! When we were done, the staff came over with af sweet wine, it was just a little glass and he said it was made from both white and red wine, it was an absolute pleasure and we ended up bying a bottle ;) It was the best place we have eaten in Venice so far and we would definitely recommend the restaurant to other people, though mostly to those who like fish and seafood, because that is the star of their menu.

It is located in the main street in Venice. The food is fine, in our case the pasta was cocked slightly to much, but the taste was really good. I recommend the filet with Amarone wine souce, really delicious.

Service and the whole atmosphere were nice in general. However, the food may need some improvements, especially in term of seasoning. My friends ordered two different pasta and neither of it was good (one is too salty at the end and the other one was not seasoned properly) . I ordered the fish (only shrimp tasted nice) and got asked if any sides needed, like veg or something? but without telling it’s an extra. Eventually, paid 39 for the dishes in photo.

On a wet night we didn’t want to go far so settled here, the initial feel was good, nice atmosphere good service, but the food was very disappointing, the sea food platter was dry and cold.
