Miguel , Francisco , Joanna , Elena and Patty were awesome customer service , the food was prepared perfect and the restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms , I would definitely recommend this particular location either way whenever you go to a Pollo Loco for dessert you will get a free churro if you give feedback on Yelp or Google and show whoever's working register also their new flan is really good

El Pollo Loco on Bear Valley Rd has been a reliable go-to for me and my family for years. 1st off customer service at this location provided by elder Latino gentleman working register was excellent. His friendly positive attitude has made my day a few times & my El Pollo experience memorable & much better than any of my other countless El pollo loco visits. He takes pride in his work & this business. The food was good too as usual.

Often after showing homes, I like to go through the drive- thru for a large order of steamed broccoli. Then top it off with some Pico de Gallo and salsa. A nice BRC without the cheese is a treat too. #keepingitsimple

Pretty standard El Pollo Loco. This location has 2 kiosks right in front of the employee area, on the desk in front of staff where you would normally order. I didn't really see anyone use it though. Ordered 12 piece family legs and thighs with side salad, coleslaw and Mexican rice and it was pretty standard.

Today I ordered the Taco Al Carbon Combo which use to be $5.00 went up to $6.99 for 3 Tacos, chips and a drink. My Family and myself eat El pollo Loco all the time. Their app is one of the best. I have gotten lots of free food. My favorite location is the one on Palmdale Rd Because the employees are always super nice. This one you barely get a smile out the employees.

O usually do not buy at this location because of past issues. This was a while back and I believe they had fixed them. With the necessity to get back to my covalencant wife quickly I gave a shot and they failed. Drive thru. Got the wrong package could not drive back. Sorry not sorry will not go back.

This has always been my go to place in all the years I have gone it was only bad one time, now two times. As yesterday afternoon husband and I ordered the chicken taco special. The chicken was raw. We should have returned it but we were halfway through the second tacos before we realized it, raw chicken is a no-no. Had is just been that I would have complained but the avocado salsa was watered down and horrible too, so we gave up and tossed the rest of the meals. On top of that the tables were nasty and greasy even though they were wiped down. It will be a while before we try this place again. Too bad.

AVOID THIS STORE. Go to the one on 395 or Hesperia Road — better food & better service. Actually any location is better than this. This El Pollo Loco is by far the worst one out here. They do not make anything correctly. All the burritos and bowls are dry. The classic chicken burrito is supposed to be chicken tinga and it’s definitely not. So dry! The burrito is supposed to be red inside. And there’s a bunch of corn in the burrito?! The staff is rude, they don’t greet you or acknowledge you because they have a kiosk. So even if you have a pick up order and you go inside, they’ll look at you and won’t come to you no matter how many times you wave them down. When you go through the drive-thru they’re always having conversations with each other…..this is why ordered get messed up. And they charge for pico?! Since when? It’s watery and has no flavor anyways so don’t bother.

So they were very mean to me I had a coupon for a free burrito with any purchase so I ordered ranch and they said I still have to buy something but I didn’t worry a lot so I said coke but when I got my salsa Fresca it looked expired I tried it and it tasted expired it did not taste like how it did last time so please el polo loco be nicer to me next time if not it’s ok
