Took 3 hours to deliver 1 large pizza. After 2 hours they called me and asked if I got my order. Said they were remaking and would be right out. An hour later it showed up cold ridiculous the delivery fee and 20% tip is more than the pizza. Will not order here ever again. Looked in my order history. It’s been a year since I ordered here then remembered why. They did offer a free med 1 topping pizza. They can keep it.

They lie on the app they said they were making my pizza. An hour later when the app said my pizza was ready I pull up to the window and they tell me it’s still in the oven. Made me pull around back to wait another 10 minutes.

Delivery said 35-45 minutes, didn't show for almost 2 hrs, then the delivery guy leaves a cold pizza at the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I called and they said there wasn't any special instructions to ring the doorbell??? So just leave a cold pizza at the door and dip. I'll never tip another driver from there again.

The second time I called the store anybody and asked them specifically if they delivered to this address both times I got told guests did you get a call in a few minutes saying they don't deliver here then the orders were wrong at a cost of $55

Misunderstandingwith a sweet new employee who took my order did not know, neither did I, that they do not deliver to my area. I have vidor address. The problem came when the driver called me, scolding me as if i was the problem. She was rude, unprofessional and a terrible representation of this store.

Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Waited an hour for my pizza (delivery) while it was getting a “quality check” and had to call. When they picked up they said I needed to come get it myself because they dont have any delivery drivers right now. Yet they never called or notified me that my order was not able to be delivered even though they had my number and email. If you dont have delivery drivers then dont make that an option. Some woman was screaming in the back too saying things like “jesus christ” as if her not fulfilling her job is my fault. being short staffed is one thing but not even telling customers that their food is ready and getting cold, but STILL TAKING THEIR MONEY is a different level of greed and unprofessionalism. Now im hungry and pissed off, thanks!!

Worst pizza out of any dominoes in the 409. Trashy rude workers who don’t know what’s 5+5 is. The absolute worst place you can go to. Entitled crybaby managers who don’t even let people park in a COMMUNITY parking lot/ shared with other businesses. Don’t go here. They’ll shirt you on change and curse you out for saying anything.

"I work for Pizza Hut, so I know what a proper pizza should look like. I ordered a large from Domino's, but what I received was a medium in a large box. It was partially burnt, though still edible, and the delivery driver was quite rude. As a pizza professional, I can tell this is a quality control issue. I’m aware that your company conducts mystery audits where representatives take photos of the pizzas being sent out. Just wanted to give you a heads-up."

Very displeased. Pizza took way longer than it should and was cold when it arrived. Called to notify management and was hung up on. Called back thinking it was an accident and was told the manager refused to speak with me. I asked for another number to file a formal complaint and was told they would not give me any other numbers and they hung up AGAIN. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Another date tried to place order and could not get the app to work correctly so called store..spoke to 2 very disrespectful females which were both rude and refused to help assist. I finally was able to get another number to speak to upper management and she spoke to me like I was a child..she told me to shut up and said she was the boss and I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused. She told me she was in charge for next 2 weeks and that her boss would tell me the same thing.i asked again for the name of her supervisor and she was very rude, and said if I did not shut up and listen to what she had to say she would hang up..I chose to be polite and let her speak and when she was done I again asked to have a number or name of someone else to speak to regarding how rude and disrespectful she was being to a customer. This is the worst dominoes I have ever used and the supervision needs to be trained to not speak to customers in that manner and belittling customers should not be tolerated especially when the customer stopped talking and allowed her to have her speech and then tried to be professional and get her supervisora information.
