Domino's

Very good service and manners. Food is always quick and to order. I've ordered many times and not a single bad thing to say about the service, time, or workers. Just a small inconvenience that's probably from Corporate. PLEASE change the time on the food app to the the locations so I don't order from a closed store. It says 12:00 but they close at 10:30. Thanks. Once you change that I'll change my review. Seems pretty fair.

You never get what you ask for. They told me it was because they don't actually offer what you can order online...like double pepperoni! 😳 Upon pickup, they tried to convince me that the pizza I had was what I ordered. Finally the person next to me who also purchased a pizza, looked at his and looked at mine and realized we had each other's pizzas! Even so, sausage and double cheese was missing from mine. ☹️

It was Good Friday and also the only time I was going to see my son before his birthday so we ordered pizzas for the lot of us. I purchased and paid just like any other time on the hassle free website and when my daughter went to pick up the pizzas for the carryout ordered she was asked for my id and credit card. They told her they were going to have to cancel the credit card and made her pay all over again. They NEVER cancelled the payment and to top it off they actually tipped themselves. I called to the manager and she was a completely rude witch. I am disabled and in a nursing home and they stole and tipped themselves while doing it. The manager did not care she treated me the victim with such hatred. I never have been treated so rudely by a manager before! It is the customer that pays for their salary. I cant believe she didn't care she has thieves working for her!

It was partially burnt, though still edible, and the delivery driver was quite rude. As a pizza professional, I can tell this is a quality control issue. I’m aware that your company conducts mystery audits where representatives take photos of the pizzas being sent out. Just wanted to give you a heads-up."

Very displeased. Pizza took way longer than it should and was cold when it arrived. Called to notify management and was hung up on. Called back thinking it was an accident and was told the manager refused to speak with me. I asked for another number to file a formal complaint and was told they would not give me any other numbers and they hung up AGAIN. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Another date tried to place order and could not get the app to work correctly so called store..spoke to 2 very disrespectful females which were both rude and refused to help assist. I finally was able to get another number to speak to upper management and she spoke to me like I was a child..she told me to shut up and said she was the boss and I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused. She told me she was in charge for next 2 weeks and that her boss would tell me the same thing.i asked again for the name of her supervisor and she was very rude, and said if I did not shut up and listen to what she had to say she would hang up..I chose to be polite and let her speak and when she was done I again asked to have a number or name of someone else to speak to regarding how rude and disrespectful she was being to a customer. This is the worst dominoes I have ever used and the supervision needs to be trained to not speak to customers in that manner and belittling customers should not be tolerated especially when the customer stopped talking and allowed her to have her speech and then tried to be professional and get her supervisora information.

Yet they never called or notified me that my order was not able to be delivered even though they had my number and email. If you dont have delivery drivers then dont make that an option. Some woman was screaming in the back too saying things like “jesus christ” as if her not fulfilling her job is my fault. being short staffed is one thing but not even telling customers that their food is ready and getting cold, but STILL TAKING THEIR MONEY is a different level of greed and unprofessionalism. Now im hungry and pissed off, thanks!!

Worst quality pizza. The manager on duty was very rude and refused to address my complaint. I was even lied to and refused service. The manager was a rude little brat. I will never return to this location again. Worst food, worst service.
