Huge variety of really good burgers but don’t miss the footlongs or the chicken sandwiches or the loaded tots and fries. Burgertology is a food truck inside the Route 77 Food Park. There is an indoor bar for hot days and cornhole to be played outside. Great idea and good food!

This is the spot!! I had the Tweety Bird grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries, amazing!! My boyfriend had the Donald Duck blackened chicken with tater tots…he thoroughly enjoyed both the sandwich and the tots, seasoning was spot on!! My son had. the Jim Hendrix with waffle fries, he is in love!! He said this is hands down the best burger spot!! Staff was super friendly and sweet tea was great as well!!

The reviews are correct! The food is exceptional! The service at the counter was friendly. The cook... grumpy and made some grumblings about the tweaking of the order placed but dang can he cook!!! Go for the food! It is seasoned well, tender, and the flavors come together like an explosion. The bread is soft and doesn't overtake the sandwich like some places. So many options for variety. Find what suits you best. I like east coast style Philly sandwiches with all the fixings. The milkshake was thick and made from real Blue Bell Ice cream so you know it was the best! There is a full service bar on the premises of this food truck court. Youll find well lit outdoor seating for a very large crowd. Wish they had some heaters for these cooler nights but it's a comfortable atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern and well kept. I recommend a stop for some great food!

They are not lying when they say best burgers in Waco! I can definitely say that they have a special place in my heart. I got the Ozzy burger, which had avocado, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, apple smoked bacon, and a ground brisket patty with chipotle mayo on a jalapeño bun and an Oreo milkshake. Everything was 10/10! I loved how the textures and sweet & savory flavors complimented each other throughout the burger. I also had a side of curly fries which were perfect. What I also really like about them is how you can get any fried potato form (curly, crinkle, waffle fries & tots) not to forget, my Oreo milkshake was really good too.

I WISH I could rate them 10 stars! Their food is original, flavorful and exactly what I want when there is talk about food from Texas. We visited this truck multiple time during our visit and tried the tater tots with the brisket, the Lynyrd Skynyrd burger and They Stray Dog. They do not skimp with the meats! Navigating supply chain issues and inflation have caused so many to change their menu items in the worst way but these guys are the real deal. I would rather pay more than get cheated out of my money for a lousy meal. The burger bun and hot dog bun were soft, there was a tiny bit more salt than I liked on the tots but nothing unbearable, I would 1000% recommend this truck.

I had the Pitbull! A great twist on a cheesestake sandwich topped with tons of bacon, onions and peppers. Yes, Bacon!!! The staff in the truck were pretty cool too! I highly recommend you give it a try!

Great selection of burgers, hotdogs and appes. The classic cheese burger had a well cooked juicy patty with tasty homemade buns. The blondie fries were delish. Highly recommend. Will come back to taste their hotdogs.

We had a Cornhole Tournament at Integ in Waco today. Burgetology brought their food truck. What AMAZING BURGERS!!! I highly highly recommend. Jericho and Makala were fantastic. Everything was perfect! Can't wait to work with them again!!!

Great burgers! 🍔 First time trying this place and it did not disappoint. There are so many options and not just basic options, innovative ones with a unique twist I cannot express how good my salmon burger choice is. The names on these items are also sooooo great! Major kudos to the chef and team.

The crafters at Burgertology have mastered it. I have tried a few versions of their Philly, and I have never been let down. My son has tried their burgers and now it is his favorite burger place. i had the Ozzy, and it was amazingly delicious, and enormous! i loved the jalapeño bun- toasty and sweet. i saved half for lunch the next day. my friend had the Disturbed Dog, and it took both of us to eat that puppy! the chili was awesome, toasted bun, grilled fresh jalapeños, better use a fork, because this dog is a big 'un. i can't wait to go back, because i want to have one of his shakes!

I saw at least 15 other burgers I would like to try, along with at least a dozen different smothered fries or tots. I will be back.

A lifelong search for the best burger has come to a close. All of the basics done to perfection stacked together to form the most perfect burger I've ever had. The bun perfectly toasted, sturdy enough to hold the large burger, still soft. Bacon cooked just right. You know that perfect split where it's not too crispy to be on a burger and too floppy. At the heart of the beast is a patty composed of brisket and chuck, seasoned and cooked just right. Great staff, fast friendly service. You will not be disappointed. Special thanks from my son for the birthday burger!

Had a really good classic cheeseburger it was awesome the wife had a big Philly cheese steak sandwich it was even better we had the Bob Marley fries and two Oreo milkshakes with some sweet tea best burger I've had in years. They have an enormous menu something for every taste and something to suit everybody. They not only have burgers they had chicken Philly cheese steaks and hot dogs along with all kinds of loaded fries I highly recommend it this is a great place to have a great burger great staff great job I give them 10 Stars. This was my first time here. This is a food truck and not a brick and mortar. The lady taking the orders at first seemed rushed but after telling her it was my first, service was a lot better. She recommended the Ozzy and it was good! I wanted to try the fries of the month, but it seemed like a lot with my burger so I settled on tater tots. I got the Ozzy, tater tots and a coke for $21. I will be back and next time, i will try one of the loaded fries. Thumbs up for me

I had the Philly from the phillytology side of things so once I try the burger my review will most likely change and go up. The Philly it wasn’t bad and it was a great size as well. I just wouldn’t go there for that specific item. Oh and the fries were great!
