It was GREAT! This was only the second time for me...but I'll certainly be back! I had the "pick two," tomato soup and half grilled cheese sandwich. Plus there was a slice (?) of crusty bread, to boot! I love a grilled cheese sandwich more than any other food; this one, on brioche, was outstanding, as was the soup. It was listed as creamy tomato, but I think it was tomato w/basil. Anyway, I hope these two stay on Panera's menus for a very long time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a great experience. We have met Alexis there twice, and she is a delightful young woman. We both had the Green Goddess cobb salad, and I had a tuna salad sandwich and my wife had the caprese sandwich. The store is clean and tidy. All the staff is friendly. Many delicious soups, salads and sandwiches.

I always eat at this Panera and it’s always great. Tonight I accidentally placed an online order to a different Panera, showed up at this Panera, they greeted me, asked what the name was, and said they hadn’t received the order. I checked the app and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong location. The GM and employees were super nice and immediately made my order that I had placed on the app and corrected my mistake. I would recommend this Panera to anybody.

I feel that this location in particular is amazing. Always clean. Polite and friendly staff. The food tastes great and fresh. Vegetarian and vegan choices. Great options for drinks with either fountain drinks, smoothies, seltzer, and natural teas and juices, and hot drinks like coffee.

Holy cow, is this location awesome! Staff is friendly, orders are always timely, accurate, and kitchen is on point.while it may seem like no big deal, I eat at Panera's all across the country. Lucky to have this one as my primary cafe!

after having some issues on the app with delivering my food, I called and Kayla was so sweet to be quick and cancel and give me a refund on my order and have my food remade and find someone to come deliver my food to my work! I didn’t get the other girls name but kayla and the girl who delivered my food to me y’all are awesome and thank yall for doing what yall did!!

Excellent customer service!... I picked up the order, came back home to see staff had made a mistake in preparing the food, I really didn’t feel like driving back there again but also couldn’t help but to at least report it, I called and spoke to Bella and in a matter of a minute my frustration vanished… Bella prepared the whole order all over again and ALSO “delivered” it herself, she went above and beyond! food is also delicious… makes it worth driving there 15 minutes each way, even though there’s plenty of other and less expensive fast food restaurants around us for less than a few minutes’ drive…

Really solid place. We have been eating more here in the last couple of months because their menu has solid items that are not huge calorie bombs and don't leave you with the feeling of a rock in your stomach. Inside atmosphere is like Starbucks meets Jason's Deli. Very quiet atmosphere. Really have never dined in at this location, but I have picked up items from their to-go cubby which is really convenient yet a little awkwardly placed inside the restaurant (you have to walk past the people who are prepping meals for both to go and dine in patrons, and then sometimes have to maneuver yourself in between people who are standing there without a clue if they should sit down or stay standing after they order at the self-service order stations).

I was here at this Panera Bread for the first time. I ordered my lunch via the kiosk for the first time. It was fun to do my order that way. I took my time. No one was behind me. I got to choose and canceled what I picked and finally chose the lunch that I like. Asked Juan at the register for help with my drink. He took good care of it. I asked the manager Jennifer for a copy of my receipt. She printed it. It was so simple! Coffee was fresh. Bread was soft. The atmosphere and the music playing softly over head were all wonderful. I enjoyed my visit to this Panera Bread a lot today. Thank you for a great service!!

Ordered from website and tracking showed picked up from grub Hub they picked it up and lost it? The 5 star rating is for Katy in the store. She Jumped on it and corrected my order in a quick and accurate manner. She even called to make sure I got my order and if I enjoyed it. She went above and beyond. If I had a position in my office I would try to steal her from you. An actual employee that cares for, and about the employer. (rare).

Great spot for healthy and hearty food with attentive and personalized service! Cedric and his team made my and guests feel welcomed and catered to our every need. They checked with us periodically as we dined to ensure everything was great, and it was! Had the Green goddess salad with chicken and wife and I shared a pasta dish that was delicious! They have really tasty flavored teas that you can get based on how much sugar you want to take in. They even accommodated a special request I had off the menu. This was a great experience and will be back!

We stopped by today just to buy an Italian baguette, a young associate was so courteous and attentive that made us want to leave a review. In a less than 2 minute interaction he gave us a fantastic customer experience, great smile in the face that we could see even with a mask, kind communication, and friendly approach. Unfortunately we do not know his name, but whomever was responsible for the front deliveries on 3/18/21 around 4:30PM did a great job!

Food really good,but they need to stay up on their cleaning and fountain drinks. Edit- just went in tonight for a online pick up order. There was this girl I wished I could remember her name working tonight. She had glasses and brown hair. She offered to help me carry my things out complimented me and she was extremely sweet! I wasn’t having the best evening. Thank you for making my night. Friendliness goes a long way, what a great employee! 5 stars because food is awesome & so is she! Looked clean & fountain drinks were full!

At first, service was questionable. I had to wait about 5-10 mins to get help at the front counter. Food came quickly. I got home and was missing something, so call the store , the Manager apologized, and I got back up there to the store and had my item waiting for me. The manager was willing to give me stuff, and honestly, the way she handed it in all most places, nowadays, won't do what she did. Going above and beyond to make things right and truly apologized. Will definitely be back.

the staff here are VERY kind! from greeting you as you enter, making sure you get your food at the counter, and saying a goodbye when you leave! this is a very cozy cafe, and it sure is a lovely location to be able to sit down, chill, or do work on your laptop.

Panera Bread is the place to go for soup when you’re feeling under the weather. Turns out, I’m not the only one with that idea. When I walked in, it felt like a clinic waiting room, with people coughing and sniffling like it was a group audition for the next cold medicine commercial. Everyone seemed to be in varying stages of recovery. The broccoli and cheddar soup? Absolutely worth risking a germ or two—it’s practically medicine. If your immune system is down, this is the spot to level up. Just don’t forget your hand sanitizer. I sat on the bench waiting for my food, sick as a dog, and laid my head against the wall for a moment of peace while the symphony of coughing echoed around me. It was like a support group for the ill, united by the universal language of soup. Five stars for the soup. Panera, you’re doing the Lord’s work.

I was originally going to write a not great review, but the Manager on Duty, Kennedy changed that for me. I walked in and ordered on the tablet, a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese, a chocolate chip muffie, a yogurt parfait and a caramel latte to go. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, my order was ready, however the associate informed me that my muffie was out of stock for the day and offered a replacement. I originally said no, but then switched it to a chocolate chip croissant. As I got to my car, I checked my bag and noticed my parfait was missing. This was very frustrating as now half my order was out of stock (there were some items marked as OOS when ordering, but not these) but I was offered a refund for those items. The associate had the manager handle the refund and all she asked for was the name on my order. After about 2-3 minutes she handed me my receipt and informed me she had refunded my entire order for all of the trouble. I did not ask for that, but I was admittedly likely upset looking, however I so appreciated the extra customer service steps that she took as a way to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks Kennedy and staff for the ultimately good experience.

Good food. We want to switch things out since we haven't been back to Panera for awhile now. It's a good option, but it would be great if the soup comes in a little bit bigger cup. Otherwise, the taste is delicious.

Using on line ordering is great. Usually is less time than being in line at lunch. Orders have always been correct and you get rewards for using the Panerai app. Dining room always appears to be bussed and clean for seating.

Food is always good. I enjoy the Asiago bagels most. Sadly recently they decided not to carry my favorite cream cheese. I’m a warm person, but I am always cold here. I can deal with the cold. Not having my cream cheese has put me in Einstein Bros this morning. Not sure I have a reason to go back. Loyal customer for more than 15 years gone because onion and chive cream cheese was removed from the menu.

This is not our first and only time eating at Panera Bread. We have been to multiple locations in CA and TX. They serve really good food, no doubt about that. What keeps us disappointed about many Panera Bread places is that they rip people off. Two weeks ago I ordered their Chicken Cobb Salad, without adding anything extra. Today I ordered exactly same salad, but with extra avocado, egg, no bacon and no tomatoes. When I got my order, all I got was just extra numbers on my receipt, but not on my plate. Seriously, I payed $5 extra for nothing different than salad I had two weeks ago. Honestly it's better to order without adding anything extra and not being over charged for it, because you still won't get it. See pictures for comparison. Husband had two different soups: Corn chowder and tortilla soup. Like i said they serve very, very delicious and healthy food, but please improve in honesty towards customers.

Ordered five meals. The quality was consistent with the chain but two items did not follow the directions (one had mayo were none was specifically requested, and one which was to had noted lite muster had so much that it covered the outside of the top bread, making for strong taste and messy eating), and two baguette were missing.

We eat here often, first but not that important the key-tag or card I was asked to join was not recognized at checkout no big deal but the order that was written and I showed to the server was completely wrong. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup with a bread bowl, no bread bowl. Fuji apple salad no tomatoes or onions, came with huge purple onions! Asked for chips instead of bread, did add chips after I asked for them when I looked in the bag. Should’ve looked closer I guess. Attention to service isn’t preset. Very disappointed.

I've been coming to this location on and off for maybe 15+ years. Overall I've had a good experience, but as I've been in the area all these years, I've noticed something common at DFW Panera locations that Panera still hasn't addressed. There's an older man who claims to be a deaf veteran who walks up to tables handing out cards that SMILE! and ask for money. He hands out the cards and then stands there awkwardly until you give him money or not. He was there on Saturday 2-24 around lunchtime. Please address this man who has been panhandling in Panera locations since at least 2005 I think.

Food was fantastic! Unfortunately the woman taking our order was quite rude and didn't act like she wanted to be there or cared about her job whatsoever. My mother who was woth me said she got the same vibes from the woman's demeanor. Also the place was dirty and no one who worked there seemed to be making a effort to clean it, some of the grime I saw looked like it had been sitting for quite sometime. I haven't eaten there before. I only buy bread and use the sip program, but what I would say is the lobby could be cleaner. I've walked in too often where the tables are not wiped down. I maybe coming right after someone leaves the table. It's nothing customer earth shattering. It's just a normal PB.

Their breakfast stuff is good. Nothing like a fence bakery but good. The pizza they are advertising so much I give it D+. Not worth the money. If they figured out how to copy good Italian pizza dough recipe they might have something.

Most of the time they're on point. But there have been a few times that they forget part of my pick up order. Missing utensils, no baguette, no chips, today it was no dressing for my salad. Food is delicious, but the inconsistency in my order is frustrating. Would also be nice if they filled the cup with soup.

We went here because I had a gift card. Our food tasted good, but the bread on our sandwiches was falling apart, which made them hard to eat. My chicken noodle soup was fair, but I had to cut the chicken and carrots into smaller pieces to fit on the spoon.

As members of the sip club we frequent Panera locations for the dark roast coffee. The dark roast at other Panera locations is bold and flavorful, including DFW area and in Colorado. This is the closest store to where we live, and the dark roast is usually a disappointment here. They make it too weak. I’ve spoken to a member of management before, but it hasn’t changed anything. In a recent visit, they didn’t have any in stock to brew. Don’t know if they are trying to be more profitable by making it weaker, but it should be consistent with the other locations. Please correct this issue so we can enjoy the sip club. It’s the only drink we get.

I love Panera but today they mauled 3 of the 6 bagels when I asked for them to be cut in half. The server put them in the bag this way for me to take to go and didn't mention that there was a problem. I didn't see it until I got home. One of the bagels is actually missing a piece. 🙄 I understand that the machine sometimes messes up, but to leave them this way is really not good customer service.

I ordered the ciabatta cheesesteaks with double meat, but I am not sure if I got the extra steak. The sandwich was small and thinner than I thought. The sandwich was good but not worth the $15 something plus tax. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups for about $54 total. We are still hungry after eating my meal.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Panera Bread — the last time was at the Euless location. Today we decided to grab some lunch to go, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sandwich came out fine, but the French Dip didn’t come with the dip. We also ordered one small Mac & Cheese and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup, but instead received two Chicken Noodle Soups instead. I even noticed the lady checking the order at pickup, so I didn’t think to double-check myself — but when I got home, I was really disappointed to see multiple mistakes. Hopefully, they can pay more attention to to-go orders in the future.

The web site indicates that “in dining” is open, yet, twice this week we have traveled to this location only to be informed by a sign on the door that the dining room was closed. We have been twice a week patrons for nine years. It was disappointing to drive there and find that in-person dining was not available. We would appreciate if this location would regularly update their web page to accurately reflect the status of this location.

How could you be out of eggs for your breakfast sandwichs? Go to the store a block away and buy some fresh eggs until your supply truck comes in. When running a business you have to be a problem solver and use common sense. Your management clearly can't handle the responsibility of running and keep it running. Nothing like losing customers because your manager doesnt think to go buy eggs to keep the business running smoothly.

Love the food but it was very slow to get our food today and for some reason they keep adding more and more "tip jars". They already have the harassing prompt on the screen and now the from counter has two huge glass boxes that say "TIPS, NEVER EXPECTED BUT ALWAYS APPRECIATED". They say that but with so many prompts and reminders I think they actually Do expect it. It's just very uncomfortable to pay. Once again, the food was good.

The food was good, but they were out of about half their regular items. Not sure if it’s because they are selling all the food for groceries or what. The most frustrating part was the cleanliness of the restaurant.The seating area was really messy. The trash was overflowing and crumbs were all over the floor. There was also not a single clean table in the restaurant. I kid you not, not a single one. There are signs posted on the tables stating that the tables are “cleaned and sanitized frequently” yet my family and the one other couple in the restaurant couldn’t find a clean spot to eat and had to ask the employees who were having a good chat to clean one off for us.

We went the other day around 4pm and while the food we had was good the place was poorly kept. Tables were bused but not well cleaned and there were stacks of dirty dishes at the trash/dish collection areas. There were employees standing around talking and most of the customers had already been served and were eating/working. What concerned me is that they were about to have their evening rush and they had not cleaned up from their lunch rush. disappointing.

I I ordered a Cobb full salad with extra egg, extra bacon and extra ranch and my wife ordered a pick 2. A turkey, bravo sandwich and a Greek chicken salad. Half a salad and half a sandwich we got our food taken home and my salad was no bigger than my wife's half salad. I just had a couple extra eggs in there. Barely any bacon even though I asked for extra bacon and paid for it and the dressings they give you our little bitty cups. I have no more than a tiny spoonful of dressing in there that's supposed to cover your whole salad when I pay for a full salad that cost me almost $16 and I got a style that's no bigger than my half size salad that my wife has. I feel a little ripped off. Your portions are so small and I feel like I wasted money. I could have got the same salad from one of your competitors for the same price and got a lot more salad seems like you guys like to raise the prices and shrink the portion sizes. Something doesn't seem right here I literally put my wife salad next to my salad and they were pretty much the same size it definitely wasn't double my wife s salad

The past 5 times we have come here to eat they have been out of several different things we have wanted. Tonight it was Romain lettuce and all but 3 soups. Once in a while I would understand, but every time!

The baker's dozen that I ordered online was sold out when I got to the store. That was strike #1. Strike #2. The sandwich I ordered barely had meat on it. If I just wanted bread, I would have ordered a bagel just to eat. Strike #3 was the bagels in the baker's dozen were hard as rocks by the next day. They didn't place them in a plastic bag but basically threw them in their brown take out bag. So, not fresh initially. Yeah, I'll make my own bagels from now on. Especially at those prices and sloppy way of doing business.

This Panera Bread is awful! Customer service, quality, portion sizes, value and cleanliness are all severely lacking here. The place was barely busy when we arrived. I ordered via the kiosk where customizing is encouraged. The "Craft Beverages" all taste watered down, I opt for soda after three attempts. As I go to look for a table, I noticed the general cleanup isn't well maintained at this establishment. Trash on the floor and tables not cleared. Mind you the restaurant was at probably 20% capacity. We recieved our food in about 15 minutes but much of the customization was ignored. My wife's side salad was half the size of mine. My daughter recieved half a kids sandwich while my other child recieved a full one w/ side. I wouldn't recommend Panera Bread to anyone especially this location. The food is just above Subway but 30% higher cost. Also, if your BOH is going to say rude comments about guests and requests, you should go to a closed kitchen environment.

I had not eaten at Panera in quite some time so my daughter and I decided to eat lunch at this location today. What a disappointment. I ordered the 2 half’s with soup and sandwich. First problem was my sandwich was wrong. I received a chicken salad instead of the caprese. I took it back to the counter and they did bring me the caprese but it was the saddest little sandwich, one skinny slice of mozzarella, 3 thin slices of tomato and 3 arugula leaves. Not enough to even cover the roll. Then my soup was not hot enough and I had to send it back for reheating. They did bring me another bowl of soup but it also was not hot, so whatever vessel they were keeping the soup in was not keeping the soup hot enough. Soup should be served steaming hot. My daughter did like her Mac and cheese and sandwich but for $33 for the two of us I won’t be going back.

I ordered a Greek salad today at 8:30. It looked pretty meager, mostly iceberg lettuce and did not have any feta cheese and 3 total olives. Did not match the online picture. The food is usually pretty good but this was disappointing.

This location is very frustrating. There is rarely anyone manning the front in the mornings. When getting the sip club (the reason for continuing to go here), people give me attitude and act like I'm making their life miserable by asking for a cup. I show them my app every time but they still ask if I purchased the drink. The attitude shown to guests is my biggest frustration.

Great customer service. I wish I could leave pictures but the portion size is ridiculous. One inch deep of soup in my bread bowl. My sandwich was needing chicken and chipotle sauce where??? The food was warm but I’m pretty disappointed. $22 wasted. I wanted to cater this for the dealership I work for but I guess McAllisters again. Not coming back here and I wish I would have gotten a refund. I’m just recommending this location.

I've gone to this Panera in the afternoon and had a great experience. However, I went this evening and was very disappointed. Ordered online and came in to pick it up. I checked the bag and it looked like everything was there, but got home and realized that not only was a sandwich missing, but so were all of the side baguettes (4 of them) and the toppings for the soups. Not to mention, we ordered bread bowls (3 of them) which they apparently were out of, and they "made up for it" with a couple slices of sourdough bread, which was not nearly the same thing. Might have been okay, except the only thing they offered to fix it was a refund for one meal or a free meal next time we came in. That would be fine for the one missed sandwich, but really doesn't make up for missing nearly all of our sides. Very disappointed with their sad attempt to rectify the situation.

I’ve never rated restaurants before but this one has disappointed me over and over again. Their tables are sticky and disgusting. They have gotten to go orders wrong a lot and their grilled cheese was terrible. We will go to the one in Keller from now on. Much better environment and efficiency there.

Went to this panera bread for the first time Wednesday for dinner. Absolutely Great! We went back Thursday night for dinner...Terrible. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken avocado melt. No toasted bread, no melted cheese, no chipotle at all!!! My boyfriends French onion soup didn't have the melted cheese and the dining room was dirty and Workers standing around. Sad.

Worst Panera Bread I have ever been too by far. Don't let this place ruin your image of Panera Bread any other location is great. This one is ran by heathens. I wish I could rate it a zero star! Place was a mess. Sandwich was ice cold in the center. I've had this sandwich about 50 times now at other locations and it always tasted great. I don't get how they had it so cold it like they pulled all the ingredients out of a freezer or something and just slapped them into a bun. If your the owner of this place either do a staff refresh or shut the place down.

Drove to the store and called to put in a phone order. An associate answered the phone and told me they would try to find someone to take my order. However, I waited on the phone for about twenty minutes and no one took my order. Decided to go to Chic Fil A instead. Very disappointed, I wish no one gave me a gift card for Panera, not worth the trouble.

What is up with the crickets. Literally, crickets. All over the walkway, all over the front door, then when you walk inside, they’re just chilling in the lobby, or climbing the walls. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating, at least. I feel bad that the employees have to work with the crickets. Literally. I won’t ever return here again.

Since DoorDash won’t post negative reviews… this place is no good. My son’s Caesar salad had a hair in it, they didn’t give any utensils for my delivery order, my grilled cheese was just a cheese sandwich and the french baguette side was stale. I’ll never come here again.

Worst Panera I have been, many ingredients out of stock. The options were so limited I got a chicken soup and to be honest don’t worth the money I paid. My husband got the smoked búfalo chicken melt sandwich that was ok but we can find better options in another place. Kind of restaurant that need to rethink if the customer is important to them because right now looks like we are not! I won’t be back to this unit!!!!

Visited Haltom for a robotics competition. We were here since 6am and ordered Panera for lunch. We ordered 6 items including a mac and cheese and strawberry yogurt for a toddler and they missed 4 items. And to top it off they weren’t even busy for lunch. I re-confirmed that they had placed the complete order in the bag s (since we were busy with the competition and it iwas a 10 mile drive. I also asked them if they had added utensils and they responded in the affirmative. Can’t imagine how a team of 5 people messed up such a small order! 0 Stars!

I love Panera bread. We eat at the one in Waco 4 times a month. However this location was filthy. Tables, bathroom nasty. Not busy plenty of staff and no one cleaning anything. The cooler at the front counter with the drinks, you could smell the mold as soon as you walked in. And I think the cashier was high. Will never eat at this location again. Corporate needs to step in.

What service? It may be lunchtime, but it is NOT busy in here. I tried to use two of the ordering kiosks, and both times I got all the way to payment only for both machines to malfunction and not take my payment. So I went to the counter to order there. The one employee I could see was talking to a co-worker, she glanced over at me, and went back to talking. So I tried two more machines before finally ordering via the app. Then I get to the drink machine (which is a mess by the way) and there are no lids for the regular sized cups. Then I try to find a table, but they're all empty and DIRTY. There's no one in sight even working on cleaning tables, again, they're all up front gossiping. I'm not typically a complainer but seriously I have a limited lunch hour and this experience has killed half of that. Never again.

Staff had airpods in and was dismissive and rude. They didn’t have most of the their menu in stock. The portions are ridiculously small compared to how expensive it is. It looks much larger on the menu. $6 for a grande starbucks sized smoothie is ridiculously overpriced.

Always forget something when we place a togo for delivery. We finally have had enough, called the stored. We spoke to the manager, and she stated that it's not their problem and was rude about it. Long story short, she hung up the phone on us. She needs to be fired or retrain how she handled the situation. Maybe Chick-fil-A down the street can train her or, better yet, hired someone from Chick-fil-A to manage the place.

Tried to order at the counter, was rudely told to use the self service section which didn't even work so I had to start over on a different one because they still refused to help me. And these people think they deserve tips and to make $20 an hour. What a joke.

I expected better service from Panera then your typical salad/bakery restaurant. Placed an order thru their App and 1 out of 3 items was correct - that’s a 33% success ratio. Order# 468752042 - Asian Salad - no almond - guess what? came with plenty of almonds, 1 Oatmeal raisin cookie - guess what happen? NO Cookie in the package - only the green passion drink was correct. It wasn’t a hard custom order to fill. I tried to reach the location by phone 3 separate time to advise them of the incorrect and missing order, but the phone just ring 5 times and goes dead - no voicemail. Unacceptable customer services and business operations. #Failed

Latest and last review. 2 terrible experiences within the last week. We will not be returning to this location. 0 star review is not an option and that makes me more sad than sitting here 45 mins still waiting on my food Older reviews: Good food. Horrible customer service. The girl at the counter was so high we had to repeat our order 3 times. I asked for my receipt and she looked at me blankly and I told her it's the paper thing and pointed to the printer. It was quite horrible. Last week when we were here it was also pretty bad. The guy was very dry, didn't smile and was a bit uppity and snooty about the bread choices. **UPDATE** Unfortunately, the sandwich size keeps getting smaller each time we go. Think we will be finding another place to get Saturday breakfast

This is the worst Panera bread I’ve been to. For the first time EVER I took my food (the grossest/dryest chicken sandwich you’ve ever seen) back and got a refund. Immediately after sitting back down while my friend finished eating I noticed A BEETLE CRAWLING AROUND ON HIS PIZZA!! We were both so disgusted we left the table and walked out. This is not what I expect a $20+ per person lunch experience to be. I will never be back and I suggest everyone else stay away too.

Ok, I normally LOVE this place. But my last visit was a disaster. Almost EVERY table was dirty. And they weren't that busy so it was kind of crazy. I had to ask for someone to clean a table - which took about 5 minutes of standing for that to happen. Then he just moved the stuff to a nearby table and hastily wiped the table off. I took care of all the crumbs etc. on the seats. The soup was just barely warm. The bakery selections were sparse. The place was just dirty everywhere. The cashier wasn't versed in running gift cards so it ended up that I couldn't use it. I think they might have been understaffed or something. Hopefully it was just a one night thing.

More dirty tables than clean ones and there are only 6 customers in the whole restaurant. The staff is hanging around talking to each other instead of cleaning tables. We wet a napkin and cleaned our own table before our order arrived. I ordered the apple salad and it came without apples. They were out of apples but didn't mention that when they brought it to the table. We had to ask. When we took our plates to the dirty plate area, the trash was so full I had to push it down with the knife so that I could put our napkins in there and the plates were stacked so high that they almost fell over. I have never seen this restaurant so dirty. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. During a lull like tonight they could clean tables and the floor. I approached an employee and told him about the trash container and he did take care of it.

Order what you want........maybe they have it, maybe they don't. Bacon Mac and Cheese.....ice cold. Floors dirty, Counters dirty, drink station dirty and uninviting......Pastries ?? You mean the colorful fossils sitting out on display.....Nasty.

MAY 31st, 2025 (Saturday) Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service Experience I was completely let down by this visit, especially considering Panera’s stated commitment to “providing high-quality, delicious food while also fostering a warm and welcoming environment for customers and employees.” Unfortunately, this location failed on both fronts. When I walked in through the lobby, not a single employee acknowledged me, not even a simple greeting or hello. I had placed an online order and approached the cashier (whose name I believe was “Aiyden” apologies if misspelled) for assistance. Instead of being helpful, he was dismissive and rude, acting as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for help. I wasn’t the only one having a bad experience. Several other customers seemed just as frustrated, struggling to get basic information about their orders. The whole process was disorganized and chaotic, with no clear direction or customer support. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and consider dining elsewhere because no customer should be made to feel like a burden for simply supporting a business.

On Thursday, January 9, 2024, at 12:18 PM, I arrived at this location to pick up my online order, which consisted of one Autumn Squash Soup and one Mediterranean Greens with Grains Salad, without feta. After arriving, I received a notification at 12:19 PM confirming that my order was ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised, as the original notification had stated that my order would be ready at 12:22 PM. Excitedly, I rushed to the pickup shelf to receive it. However, I became disappointed to see that my order was nowhere to be found. I then noticed the open kitchen and the workers laughing and having a good time. As I waited, a line formed behind me, with other patrons arriving to find that their orders were not available for pickup at the given time. I immediately spoke with the manager on duty at the expedite counter about the whereabouts of my order. When she asked the kitchen about it, they informed her that they had never received the order. After about five minutes of trying to figure out what happened to it, she went to the office to print my order and had the kitchen prepare it. This is where things started to become odd. It was now 12:35 PM, and it took the kitchen about 10 minutes to prepare the food while I waited. However, the kitchen now claimed to have made my original order, but someone must have taken it. When I received my order, I checked the salad and found that it had feta. I informed the manager that my order specifically requested no feta. I had heard her tell the kitchen to exclude feta twice before the order was prepared. They remade the salad, and I proceeded to walk out. It was 12:50 PM at this point. As I was walking out, I decided to check the salad again. This time, it had chicken and feta. I was stunned, as the salad I ordered did not consist of chicken, and I had specifically requested no feta due to being vegan. I went back in to let the manager know. She suggested that I keep the chicken salad and she would remake my salad for the fourth time. Needless to say, my order was finally made correctly, and I was finally leaving this location around 1:00 PM. I will never return to this location again. As a combat veteran, I'm disappointed to know that I fought for the freedoms of this country to come home and receive this type of customer service. The manager on duty did nothing to try to soften the blow of this insufficient service and the way I was being treated. She mostly stood there with a confused look on her face. I can only imagine that the people who were waiting in line for pickup behind me went through the same experience.

Worst Panera we've been to! Why even put the avocado slice on the sandwich if it's brown and old? Also received a barely toasted grilled cheese and salads with barely anything on it, not even filling the container. Highly disappointed.

This must be the dirtiest PB I’ve ever visited. They had hard, dried out pastries by around 11 am. The fountain and teas areas were nasty and I felt that the insides of these dispensers must be molded and making people sick. Since I have the sip club, my boys and I threw the cups away and walked out.

This location is really a hit or miss. Today was a big miss. I ordered delivery, 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, & soup. Only received one drink, the grilled cheese sandwich had to of been put in the microwave because it was completely stuck to the wrapping with cheese, the smoothie still had ice chunks in it and was very watered down, no utensils were included, and nothing was checked off on the receipt before being picked up. Still trying to get ahold of the restaurant to get a refund.

I drove up and was about to get off my car and i arrived at 9:44pm, so i had 16 mins left to make an order before closing. Then the lady walked towards the door laughing and locked it. And it wasnt even 10 yet. Then I park afar in parking lot and i hear some employee cussing and yelling towards me and my partner laughing and cussing being super unprofessional. Never again coming to this panera bread and being disrespected. I wish i could give this place a negative-5 star. Worst service ever. The lady description she had short black hair & race was black. I just do not tolerate that type of action.

This location has consistently provided poor service. Our food always looks like it went through a tornado before it got to us. Today I watched an employee answer a personal call while preparing food, never taking off or changing gloves when handling both the phone and food. Consistently slow even when mostly empty (3 other customers in the store). Too expensive for the quality provided.

Finally after days of being sick my wife finally wanted something to eat so she decided on a grilled cheese. This is what I got. Nothing like it is on the website. Also how can you burn the cheese and not have the bread toasted ? It was awful. Thanks for waisting my money and time.

Stood at the front counter to order for over 10 minutes. The manager walked by twice and didn’t offer to help, grab an employee or direct us to order or kiosk. Finally, guessed to order on the kiosk and then system had an error. Informed employee who looked disgusted she had to help. Given wrong drink sizes and sitting area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Even if they were short staffed the amount of trash, dishes, and unclean items outweighed the busyness of the restaurant. Totally unacceptable and the manager should be embarrassed by how his store looks and employees work.

The food was horrible, I literally have a stomach ache already and I’m 6 months pregnant. I wanted “something healthy” a soup and salad. My salad had so much old greens I had to pick them out. I couldn’t continue eating. The bread was stale and my kids food was bad too. I spoke with the manager and we should’ve gotten a full refund. Instead she just refunded the half salad and my sons pizza that was dry and also bad. Never again, at least not that location. Just a Horrible experience
