Fantastic service! Fast and very polite and food was sooo fresh! It has been years since I had fresh food like that through a drive thru. Definitely A++ I make the 6 hr drive through here often. We came here on Christmas Day night. The restaurant was totally packed. The lime was super long. I just knew our food was gonna be wrong. We waited for not as long as I thought we got our food. It was nice and hot and totally correct.!!! I’m extremely impressed with the service and quickness that this team at Jack-in-the-Box operated under despite being completely slammed with customers. Five stars from me! Thank you for being open on Christmas Day night so that all of us who didn’t want to cook this evening could depend on you all. Very impressed!!! Merry Christmas to you all

We usually order the Sourdough Jack burger, it's our favorite. But the hubby and I saw the sign outside for the $5 special double burger meal. It was good, BUT do NOT let the picture fool you. It is small, we will stick with the Sourdough Jack from now on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience as always, but my poor hubby was still hungry. Also, they have the soda machine where you pick the brand of soda you want, and can add any flavor you like to it. We had a Lime Coca-Cola - delicious!!

Enjoy going to my local jack in the box. Food has been good so far. No problems there. It is one of the smaller franchises I've been in. But it's managed well. I've always been fond of the jack in box menu.

I rarely eat here but I was presently surprised to see a fish sandwich on the menu because I love fish. I have to say the fish sandwich was 10 times better than the fish sandwich you can get at McDonald's which are always mushy and pretty much nasty. Service in the Drive-Thru was okay, the lady at the window could have been a little more friendly as I am always very polite. She was all work and didn't really say anything and I thanked her two separate times. Overall it was a good experience and I will return to this location :-)

Jack in the Box in Waxahachie is open all night and the people I've met who work there are great, very polite and happy to help you choose, and patient while u decide. Food was Very good too. I have no complaints at all. I plan on grabbing another meal there ASAP.

Nice clean good food, but I did miss the secret sauce for the jumbo jack. Even if it's been 30 years since my last visit. Jack In The Box was my first real job. Still worth the stop.

They have to be short staffed on this visit. I was able to turn my vehicle off while waiting in the drive thru. Food was a big hit with the littles!

The girl working drive thru seemed super overwhelmed and we sat at the menu for about 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken as 3 cars behind me gave up. She misunderstood what I ordered but corrected it. I wanted to see my receipt to make sure she charged us correct but she didn't hand one to me and closed the drive through window as soon as she handed me the food. The food was fresh and hot, so I can't complain about that.

I used to love this place. Quick, fresh, nice people. I went there last week and the person in front of me was ordering and some guy came on the speaker like someone bothered him while he was playing video games on a beanbag in his moms basement. I’m not sure if the speaker people are local or a call center, but it was bad. The lady ordering was so nice too. I pull up and luckily I get a different person cuz I was ready to tell this guy about himself. My transaction was ok. Sat in line for 45 minutes. 6 cars ahead of me. I was thinking the wait would be worth it since the time it took in line to get it was about the same amount of time it would have taken for them to raise a cow, cook it and slap it on some paper…far from… fries were cold. Burger was ah…ok I guess. The lady in the window was pretty nice.

Drive thru was quick. However there were issues with food. I asked for no sauces on my burger and it had ketchup and mayo. I hate ketchup on sandwich. Fries were not fresh and were cold. Chocolate malt had very little chocolate. So still needs a lot of work.

This Jack-in-the-box is sloppy with checking the tea for freshness and cleaning the serving area in the drive thru. The employees work hard, but there are not many of them in the a.m. The tea goes bad between 5-6:30 and they don't replace until after 6:30 when the new crew comes on at 6. The food is sometimes cold or has been sitting as well, especially tacos and fries. The manager does not always respond to complaints.

The food is okay just don't expect too much flavor. The best an 'A' in not overreacting with the corona hysteria. However, it is common practice to actually have cleaned tables for the incoming customers. Every time we have tried to get seating, we have to clean the table from the previous customer...this is when they aren't busy, too. We only come here when it's convenient, not because it's our 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice.

I was here late at night for a quick bite as I traveled through on my way to Houston. The place looked clean and was slightly crowded. The cashier had a really hard time getting the orders correct from the customers in front of me, which I think was because she clearly had her mind elsewhere. The latter happens often and I think that is because there is a lack of training in fast food places and of course the pay is very low.

We had not been in a Jack n Box in a couple of years and NOW i remember why. As we were eating our meal we saw one of the employees Sarah take a tray from the trash can area and proceeded behind the counter to add new papers liners. I watch to see if she was going to wipe it down and to my surprise she addeded it to the pile of new lined trays. OMG when was the last time they were cleaned.. Won't be back....

I've had better for at other Jack in the box locations. The service is satisfactory but the food lacks something. Just seemed kinda bland and dry.

They are usually low stocked on menu items. Drive thru service needs improvement... I went there to order and was greeted on the drive thru speaker with a 'what?' I said 'excuse me' and they again said in a sassy, irritated voice, 'what do you want?' I'm sorry but customer service skills are not a job requirement at this jack in the box. It makes me sad cause when I worked there I was nice to all my customers. The generation coming into the work place now have lost the lessons we learn about respect and kindness.

I had the double bacon sourdough patty melt. It was nothing special. And if we're being honest, it couldn't hold a candle to the Whataburger Patty melt! But it was close and I just needed a gut bomb.

Going through the drive through, I ordered. The car ahead of me was an off work employee. They sat in front of me having a conversation with other employees outside. No one was ahead of that car. They sat there talking for a good 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window the employee inside made a joke of it. I wouldn’t complain but customer service is getting so bad.

This particular location is consistently disappointing. Last time I was here I ordered sour cream which they charge way too much for and didn't even get the sour creams that I paid for. I went back and got the sour cream that I had paid for only to leave get halfway down the road and find out it expired over 6 months ago. Guess it wouldn't have made those Cold stale tacos any better anyways

The food tasted fine, but the dude handing it to me looked like he'd been working in cars. His fingers were black, especially around his nails. I wouldn't care, but he wasn't wearing gloves. I got the trots about two hours later, but almost certainly not because of this food. Nevertheless, I will not be returning.

Fries were ice cold. Gave me really fresh ones as a replacement. Drive away and start eating my grande sausage burrito, to realize there is NO SAUSAGE IN IT! Highly disappointed. The temperature in that building is in the 60s. No heat whatsoever.

I ordered scrambled eggs, where's the pride? I eat Jack in the Box EVERY morning. Not usually this store. My breakfast Jack was ordered with bacon. I got a regular one. After patiently waiting close to 10 min in drive though, I had to park and go back to get my sandwich replaced. When I showed them the eggs, they told me they were scrambled and I just accepted this as your quality here. Been a Jack customer over 45 years. Again I ask...where has the pride in serving good food with a good attitude gone? I miss the 80's

I waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes and then was asked to pull to the front of the store for only 2min, which actually took an additional 6min. The young lady said "Thank you for wsiting ma'am." As she handed me my order. I asked her if the fries were fresh and she replied yes. They were NOT fresh. I spent a little over $40 ordering 12 items at 3am. It wasn't busy and I was only told that my order was holding up the orders behind me. I have NEVER experienced this service at ANY other Jack in the Box. Visiting from a town where there aren't any, my family was excited. Not after a 30 min wait at 3am with cold fries and food.... Very disappointed! Thank goodness for social media.... hopefully I can warn others about Waxahachie's Jack!

Took 15 in the drive through, got home and my Blazin Cluck was way over cooked, and the French fries were room temperture. This location always has issues it seems. Need to have better quality control. What happened to "We don't make it until you order it"?

They took my order, affirmed each item, and they still got it wrong. The sweet tea was gross for some reason and usually it's okay. Don't know why the quality has gone down.

Been I drive through now for over 10 minutes and one car has moved up. Easter shouldn't make this big of a difference unless they're just slow and now that I'm home and can see all the items crammyinto one bag THEY OWE ME TACOS!!! Of course they don't answer the phone so I will have to drive back into town and deal with all the ridiculous traffic because someone can't count. Not only did they forget some tacos but I had to keep asking for my items because the window lady didn't do her job right. Count your stuff no matter how long it takes or get screwed

The food is hit or miss, I normally order cheap items like breakfast Jack's or tacos. The breakfast Jack's are great when they don't have a bunch of egg shells in them. The service is great, I've never had a problem with that, however I do not go inside there anymore. It has slower service inside in my opinion.

Ordered 2 Breakfast Pockets a sausage and a ham... The tortilla was not cooked properly and cold. On bite actually made me sick to my stomach. Returned both sandwiches later in the day.... The replacement ones were no better. I get these often from other Jack n the box and enjoy them when cooked properly! This store needs training on preparing these items!

I door dash there and I always end up in a long long line just to pick up an order for customer which makes a late delivery for dashers. My order is never on time BC of their long lines and lobby always being closed. Some places allow u to call and park and orders gets brought out but here they have had a bad attitude and tell me they wont do that and I must wait in line when order has a pick up time ans delivery time. I unassign alot from here.

Always messing up orders. They never fail to mess up your order somehow. Sometimes they put stuff on your food that you told them to leave out, sometimes they completely give you the wrong things. I'm usually really forgiving especially when I used to work in the fast food industry myself, but this is just ridiculous. Start caring for your customers more.

I ordered a #3 large curly with sprite. I received my food through the drive through. Before I got the to the light. I noticed my curlies was COLD and looked like they scrapped what was left in the fry bend. NOT COOL LADIES AFTER I COMPLIMENTED YALL ON YOUR SMILING FACES.. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. Placed a "Delivery Order" through the app. 1st issue: Oddly enough, it sent the order to Waxahachie and I live in Midlothian. I checked, the Waxahachie Jitb is 9 miles away and the one in Midlothian is only 7.9 miles away. 2nd issue: HALF of my order was missing!! I ordered 6 tacos with NO lettuce and extra cheese and received 2 tacos WITH lettuce!! Ordered a meal with a burger and larger curly fries and received NO large curly fries. And the burger I DID receive was missing a patty! I called the restaurant and was told by the manager, Jermaine, that all he could do was a refund BUT I'd have to physically be there for him to do it! I asked if they could just send another driver out with the other half of my meal and he said I would have to physically be there to receive my refund!! BEYOND ridiculous!! Worst experience with Jack in the Box I've ever had! Wouldn't have happened if my order would've gone to the Midlothian Jitb, they have never messed my food up! In fact, no fast food restaurant has forgotten to put half my meal in the bag and messed up what they did put in the bag! I don't even live in Waxahachie, why should I have to go there to get a refund!?

I went to Jack to get 20 tacos for my family and i always go through the drive-thru and when i went they said they only limit 10 and that they couldnt do seperate orders through the drive-thru and i got onto them cause i always got tacos through there, and so they said they were busy. THEY BARELY HAD PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT AND DRIVE-THRU.

I came here an ordered 4 tacos and 2 chicken sanchickes. All the tacos were cold and falling a part. The sandwhiches were warm but they didn't have mayo on them and the cheese was only half way on the sandwich. It looks as if they rushed the sandwiches and gave me old tacos. I could understand if they were a little busy but i was the only car there. Only one other car in the lot so I don't understand the poor value of food given to me.

Disappointing. Went through drive thru. Ordered the bbq bacon combo and two tacos. Tacos tasted old. French fries were not even warm. Started to eat my burger and it is suppose to have 2 onion rings that were not there. Very disappointing.

I don't know about anyone else but after being locked up hiding from the CHINA FLU COVID-19 I want a great meal. Cannot get a simple order right and I was told the cook was mad I needed a chicken sandwich plain nothing on it for my kid. MAD?! So we got cold fried and every item was wrong in the bag. They even decided to give me no sauce. I made a special detour and that’s how they treat people. I will never return! They should refund my entire order!

I love jack but this was my worst experience ever! They forgot three of my items and when I went through the drive thru (again!) I waited 25+ min to get my food that was MISSING. I asked them to remake some of my items because It literally tasted burnt and old! And when I received the food I was missing from my bag it was soggy tacos! So disappointed I wasted an hour of my time and ended up with soggy food.

Can i leave zero stars? Not open on inside (of course), 22 minutes in line before they even took my order, guy was RUDE, another 23 minutes to get food. 45 minutes to get "fast food" is beyond ridiculous. So it's literally impossible to get a phone number to call Jack the box customer service. I placed an order in the app redeeming my points for a sourdough jack and purchased egg rolls. I was sitting at the one in waxahachie. I hit submit and immediately saw that the location was in Lewisville and wrong AND AN HOUR AWAY! There was no where in the app to cancel the order so I could place the right location. So I go inside to speak to a manager. The girl that helped me said they didn't have a phone number to call. I was like so what do y'all do when stuff like this comes up. She said nothing they can do about it. I tried multiple times to contact the Lewisville location but I kept getting a busy signal. So I left there with no food or my money back. I been broke so I didn't eat last night cause it was all I had. SCREW them!

Arrived with about 6 cars ahead in the drive thru line at 11:47pm. We did not get to the window to receive our order and leave until 12:19 am. If you see a line in the evening and want to keep sanity do not attempt to buy food here. This is a 1-2 year old problem and whoever the franchise/lead manager of this location obviously does not care . The staff needs training and help badly.

I typically visit this Jack in the Box late at night for Dinner. The wait at this location has always been long-up to 20 minutes for three cars to get through. Unfortunately, the food has never been anything special. The nuggets don't taste fres and the breakfast sandwiches look messy. The inside of the store is somewhat unkempt and a little cramped. As it stands, I would suggest finding another fast food restaurant nearby for a more positive experience!

Won’t be ordering again. Ordered on the app. Arrived 20 minutes after I ordered and stood there an hour before I got my food! Drinks were watered down because they pre made them and sat an hour. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. 1st car finally started honking to get someones attention to take the order. Took me 15 minutes for those 2 cars to get their food. I sat there waiting for mine. We door dashed out order, now we know that our meals freshness could depend on the speed of the dasher but that was not the case here. We ordered a burger meal a breakfast meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were old and stale. My chicken sandwich was basically burnt battered jerky.

This place is always very understaffed, and the food and soft drinks are nasty. I ordered a build your own munchie meal and got the chicken sandwich. It was so hard that it felt like a brick. The drink I got tasted like pure carbonated water. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere that cares about the quality of the food they're putting out.

I went here later at night and there was a line in front of me about 8 cars long. I never would have entered had I known it would take 30 minutes to get through it. I finally got through it with my 2 items. The transaction would have taken 10 seconds. INSTEAD the girl running the drive thru just takes this time to refill ice in the soda machine, prepare for the next orders after me, disappear for another 3 minutes while my order just sits against the window where I can see it. She didn't need to add anything to the bag. No receipt provided or offered. NEVER go here with a small order, especially later at night. They want to help the bigger orders behind you go faster while your food gets cold. They have no respect for your time.

The food was cold I ordered nuggets and fries for my neices the car in front of me had a large order I get my food the fries were cold didn't think to check because I was in line almost 25 min it was only one car in front of me. It's not the first time with cold food but jack in the box be for kids to eat that's why I try my best to stay away from fast food. The employees don't care you can tell how the lil guy at the window gave me my food I believe he knew my fries were old. Never again

On a Friday night at 9:45 I waited in line to order a milkshake only to be told it was not available because they had already cleaned up the machine. I had to continue to wait in line until everyone in front of me got their food since there is no way to go around. Don’t understand how a place open until 2am can stop serving milkshakes over 4 hrs prior to closing. Once you are in line you are locked in. It’s DQ from now on.

I have eaten at Jack in the box over a year. The last time I was there, the service was bad and my food was cold and one of the girls behind the counter was rude.

Ordered tonight from Doordash. A Jumbo Jack with and extra meat patty and large fry. Opened up my burger to spread out evenly the pickles and tomatoes as they are always just pretty much thrown on the burger and one of the meat patties was broken up and part of it was missing! Looks like whoever made the burger might have gotten hungry and took a bit out of the patty! I know the doordash driver was not at fault because the bag was sealed up with the Jack in the Box label! As I do know that some of these restaurants try to put the blame off on the doordash driver but this was not driver fault!

No one moving with urgency at all. Slow moving to every station. Everyone. Every order on the board showed at least 20 minutes in the works. Some over 30. Time from my order to walk out with mobile carry out was 29 minutes. I gave it another chance after about a year ago it took 36 minutes that time for 1 drive through meal. Never going back. It was 4 tacos and 16 nuggets with 2 orders of fries and 2 drinks. One couple eating there. Several in drive through and waiting on orders.

I was so excited when they announced the Chicken Supreme is back. Then I tasted it. Bread was so stale it was crunchy, wilted lettuce. It made me wonder if they were selling leftover sandwiches from the last time the chicken supreme was available. Perhaps other locations have fresher ingredients. At least I hope so. Avoid the Waxahachie, TX location if you want something fresh.

We got our food fast but my curly fries was half burnt but the home style chicken sandwich was good. They won't give anyone a large cup even though people pay for it. Very rude employees

This was my second order with them and it was completely wrong again. First time they didn't give me my fancy coffee drink and this time I ended up with a ham and bacon croissant instead of a sausage one. I double checked my orders and the correct items were listed but not provided. Lesson learned. Another lackluster food experience in Waxahachie.

If I could I’d give no stars went Through the drive-through the July 28 ordered six orders of tacos curly fry two large drinks got a small curly fry and two tacos drove 45 minutes to figure out that the order wasn’t right go back on July 29. One car in the drive-through four people in the lobby and they say they’re backed up. I think we have a management issue and worker issue.

Went through the drive through, paid for my food at 2:33pm, received my food at 2:55pm cold. They parked the car in front of me, they parked me, and the car behind me, while pushing out other cars behind us. As a former manager of jack in the box for 4 years, this is uncalled for. Check the picture for how my burger was received. Perry sure if I remember correctly, cheese goes inside the burger.

Went through the drive through and got breakfast for my wife and I, when I got home she opened her burrito to find a label stating to throw away 2 days ago inside of the burrito that looked as if it was made 6 days ago and the tortilla disintegrated cause it was made so long ago.
