This was our first visit here and they are very generous with the portions and it is made to order so it will be hot when you arrive. Definitely will be returning.

I love there rice shrimp dinners! And my wife likes their Broccli Rice with either beef or chickens and of course egg rolls!

I love the wontons and fried rice. One of my favorite Asian places do eat. Especially being from this town that has had terrible buffets. This was the only place that was good.

I been to a lot of different Chinese restaurants in the country and this place hands down has to be in my top 5!!!!!! The food is delicious from the rice and noodles to the vegetables to the meat!!! This place is amazing for the price. I was just traveling through here but was hungry. This place has a drive thru and I wanted something different. The line was long at dinner time which I took to be a good sign, and I'm glad I did. My food was hot and tasted fresh, their brown sauce was just... So good. I picked up some cream cheese wontons, combo lo mein, and some cashew chicken. The price had me skeptical at how good it would be but I'm glad to be wrong. The value for the food was great. If I'm traveling through Waxahachie again I'll definitely go out of my way to go here again! It would be a regular spot if I lived nearby.

They are consistently delicious. The Garlic Shrimp is awesome! If I want extra something, they oblige (extra spicy or water chestnuts usually). Rice is always good. The egg rolls are great, and there is no better Hot & Sour Soup anywhere. I wish I didn't live 20 minutes farther away now.

This is my favorite place to go for Chinese food in Waxahachie. The food I’ve ordered has always been hot, fresh and accurately prepared and the employees courteous. My son & I both love their Sesame Chicken and Cream Cheese Wontons. The only downside I can think to mention is they are only available for drive-thru. There is no dine-in and it’s been that way for quite some time. The wait in the drive-thru has never taken very long for me, so that is a good thing. They must have a good system in place. Update: I went by there on 2-17-23 and asked them and found out their dine in is now OPEN.

First time trying this place when we passed through town recently. The food was soooo flavorful! Hot and fresh and crispy! We cleaned our plates! 😂😋 we tried the chicken lomein, sesame chicken, general chicken, and the garlic chicken. Everything was 10/10. Looking forward to stopping here again the next time we pass through town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Orange Chicken reminded me more of Sweet and Sour Chicken would have preferred more Orange. The best Orange Chicken I've ever had was at the Bistro B in Grand Prairie. This doesn't compare. The Bistro B had more chicken and less breading and thicker sauce, came with broccoli and very good white rice. I still consider the Wall Chinese Cafe a good value and will try the General Tso's next time to get more spice. The atmosphere was fine and clean enough, service fast and pleasant. I only mention places I've been to before in the hopes that restaurant owners can check places out for themselves and improve their menus so I don't have to go far for a good meal. Cheers.

I LOVE THEIR “GENERAL CHICKEN” it’s not general tso. Read the menuuuuuuu!!! It’s a spicy sauce that is definitely refreshing! Plus I love dipping my chicken!

Our family absolutely loves the food at The Wall. We are happy to drive more than half an hour more through Dallas traffic to eat here. The highlight has to be any of the fried chicken dishes like Sweet and Sour Chicken or Sesame Chicken. There are too many places that have thick and overwhelming batter. The Wall uses a sensible amount, letting the chicken come through better and tasting so good. Their prices are more than fair and really shine when compared to how much you get. The Wall can withstand inflation too! Definitely affordable and very much worth it! The only detractor that I can point out may also be a plus for others. The menu is old and yellow and the decor is right out of everyone's imagination about what a Chinese food restaurant should look like on the interior.

Food was good, what you would expect from a fast food type Chinese place. I had the generals chicken and the Dosh wasn’t smothered in the sauce but rather they brought sauce out separate so you could choose how much to use. Prices were GREAT and service was fast! Would recommend it for something quick and easy.

This is my fav spot. I drive from Midlo just get my Chinese food from here! Have tried different items and they are all satisfactory. Wanted to update my post: food is still good but prices have increased and also they won’t let you customize. As in if you want lo Mein instead of rice it isn’t possible without buying a new meal. Most places will accommodate with a possible up charge. Also menu seems a bit limited as well. I’ll give it 4 stars

We went here for the 1st time last night!! We got 3 different meals and paid like 18 dollars and some change!! It smelled amazing and was piping hot!! We got home and let me tell you.....it was some GOOD food!! So good we are going back tonight for dinner!! It was a super generous portions!! We all ate, got fill and had left overs for the next day! Btw, it tastes good the next day too!!! This kust became one of my favorite restaurants!!!! The meals we got was chicken fried rice, garlic chicken🙂 and orange chicken!)))

I was recommended this place and I finally decided to give it a try. They have a drive-thru, which moved fairly quickly. I ordered the #1(sweet and sour chicken and rice) which also came with an egg roll and drink . The food was hot and fresh. If you’re in the Waxahachie area give it a try.

Small combination plate. I expected more when I ordered a beef broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and rice plate. Small portions. I love the fried rice.

Too Salty a food. Even I order there first picture on the menu, though it would be popular and must be good. In contrast, I cough my entire course and till this review, drink twice the water. Still! If you like too salty, might be a place for you. The Hispanic server kind of having an irritated attitude.

I'm very surprised this is a "Chinese food" place. I'm wondering if it's simply because they make some dishes and give them Chinese food dish names that they make that claim. I was rather surprised by their dish descriptions ending in "in brown sauce" or "in white sauce". When I went I ordered the kung pao chicken and the chicken and broccoli. Both were "in brown sauce". Except for the mix of veggies, the dishes tasted exactly alike. If I had closed my eyes and had a piece of chicken from each, I'd have never known the difference. It makes me feel like they probably make a big batch of their sauce and just mix it with whatever meat and veggies you order. While the food wasn't bad, it wasn't great and nothing like what a good Chinese food place is like. On top of this, the person taking my order looked bored and barely said anything. Never even smiled once. Then when another customer said something to her, she said she didn't really want to be there and was annoyed. I will pass on this place from now on.

I ordered shrimp fried rice, veggie lo mein and orange chicken. The orange chicken was okay, the others were very bland. Soy sauce didn’t help. Service was fast and friendly, but I won’t be back.

I dont know about the other stuff but orange chicken at panda express is better.

I love this place but lately customer service has not been it. I feel rushed when ordering and sometimes the people taking the order just have a bad tone. I’ve been coming here forever so I hate to see that change in environment.

I'm not to happy I had to pay $22.00 just to get my combination fried rice to look like what I ordered, I must say the food is very good but you need a magnifying glass to fine your meat.When I ask today about how much to add extra meat the young said $2 per meat and when I made it to the window it was $2.50 per meat and $2.99 for shrimp which was not communicated when ordering and then she started making up stuff I will give them one more try and after that if it's not better portion wise, I will keep looking The picture below is what a combination fried rice suppose to look like and not paying $22.00

We got the hot and sour soup, egg rolls and sesame chicken special with fried rice. The soup and sesame chicken were fine, pretty standard, hot and tastey. However the egg rolls were phenomenal. Crunch on the outside, moist on the inside, lots of cabbage (which I love). We spent $17 which was a great value for the amount of food we got. The staff were super friendly and informative. I think we had our food for dine in within 5 minutes of ordering. The booths were clean and neat.

Ordered a general chicken (never ate there before I thought it was their version of a general tso's chicken) WRONG!! I get sweet and sour chicken with a dipping sauce that tasted like they added Frank's Red Hot to a teriyaki sauce. Will not be giving it a second chance unfortunately.

I used to love this place, only the Hachie location. So when I had a strong craving I decided to eat at one of my faves, just to be disappointed.... I got a sesame chicken with egg drop soup and 2 extra egg rolls (for my parents). The chicken seemed fine until I got to the over cooked chicken on the bottom, the rice tasted old or expired, the soup was perfect, and the cookie.. well the cookie reads: June will bring exciting new ventures and opportunities... It's fu€£in July 23. Sorry but not sorry, you have officially lost my business..

This was my first visit. People in town have a lot of good things to say about the food here so I wanted to try it. Service was great and quick but unfortunately the food wasn't very good. I ordered the Pepper Steak combo that came with sweet and sour chicken, friend rice and an egg roll. Everything was very bland and lacking flavor. The pepper steak was 95% veggies and barely any steak in it. You can see in my picture what was left of the veggies after I picked out the steak. Pretty disappointed and not interested in coming back.

Messed up one of my entrees so here I sit again in a long drive thru line. Tried calling, no answer and they close in 25 minutes.

Order chicken fried rice pepper steak the rice had hardly no chicken the steak has hardly no steak mostly green peppers and onions a lot of rice so I'm very disappointed being there three times trying different things it's the same thing when it comes to chicken or beef give you very little lots of rice even the sauce not even enough

Have always went to the Wall at least one day a week. My grandson loves the broccoli beef with no veggies only broccoli and beef. Went yesterday get home and only has beef its happend at least 4 times already. I call she ask if I could come back I am already home so she asked me to save the meat and bring it back the next day lol. I am sorry but that was my grandsons food and he was hungry. I have been in the restaurant business for 25 years . So we go back today to get it right and they were rude. Sorry Walls but u will not be getting any of my business anymore. U lost a customer over 8 dollars ! It's all about making things right. I understand accidents happens but to be rude about your mistakes.

Ordered shrimp fried rice, orange chicken and vegetable lo mein. The shrimp fried rice and vegetable lo mein noodles were over cooked and dry. The orange chicken tasted like orange peels. No spice at all. It was Not the orange chicken that I'm used too.

This place use to be good but it has just gone down hill. The customer service is rude. They cut you off before you can finish saying anything. I ask for extra crispy noodle and was charged but none were given. The noodles I did get I got 7…….. yeah not even half the bag. The soda wasn’t even full. SMH waste of my money and time.

Absolutely awful…sauce tastes like it comes from a package, fried rice is more like rice that thought about being fried, egg rolls are tiny and taste worse than the frozen ones you get at the store and apparently you can’t make any special requests. I asked for green onions added to my dinner and was told “No, we can’t do that” if I could give negative stars I would!

This place is horrible. They just throw your food together. I ordered a veggie lo mein and they didn’t even bother to cut my veggies. They put the celery stalk in my food. The vegetables were cut in chunks. I even asked for the vegetables to be cooked well done they were not. Don’t go here the best Walls Is in Red Oak…

Really not understanding the good reviews. I usually base if I’m going to try a new place based off of their reviews . Today I searched for Asian cuisine and came across this place and their good reviews. My experience was the total opposite. The food was flavorless and well below average. I won’t be back.

Idk how this place has good reviews lol. The food is horrible. Go to panda or hibachio you will be much more satisfied. I hope this is considered a small business so I can feel like I supported something. No problem with service but there really was no flavor in anything, I got 7 pieces of shrimp and the dumplings are probably double fried for no reason. My husband didn’t like his plate either and I don’t feel like explaining anymore 😭 🤦🏼‍♀️
