Usually good food, decent portions, good service. Not today. I waited to order, very busy behind the counter, that's okay. Finally order and she starts making my bowl then stops to take the next person's order, a picky person with a lot of instructions. I wait. And wait. And wait. Still not working on my order. I finally hear her ask when someone is bringing out more sprouts. I let her know she can leave off the sprouts. By this time I'm frustrated and hungry but trying to be patient. Got the egg on it but it just sits there. I finally asked the gentleman for my food. I'm sitting in the restaurant eating while I type this review. The amount is smaller, hardly any cabbage, not much purple rice. Just want to eat and leave. Corelife please, communicate better. Taking an order then seemingly ignoring it isn't acceptable. Update, I've been back twice more since I left this review. Both times the barbecued pork was different. It was still good but it didn't really taste barbecued and this last time there were big chunks that I had to break apart myself. The Korean pork Bowl has an egg on it. The young lady called out for an egg when she started preparing the bowl but apparently nobody heard her. I had to ask a young lady that came from the back if she could do the egg for my bowl which was just just about finished at that time. She went ahead and put the egg on to cook while I waited. Young ladies behind the counter seemed to be a little distracted with other things. I had to ask for the egg to be put on my bowl before it was overcooked. Seems like things are slipping a bit. I wonder if the manager is on top of things. It's a good place to eat I'm hoping things turn around.

Corelife has a really sweet modern design. Just walking on the place is a really great experience. Always has incredibly fresh ingredients. The poke bowl taco was phenomenal. So fresh and had a small kick of spicy that brought it to life. All of the lemonades are also really great! Fast and good service too.

Recommend putting your order in online to avoid a long wait. They seem to have a hard time staffing appropriately and things get messed up because they're rushing. if you order steak in a bowl or burrito, may want to ask to cook longer. My husband has gotten raw steak in a burrito twice. Not rare. Raw. Everything else ive ordered has always been tasty. My favorites are The Korean pork bbq bowl and the spicy Thai chicken bowl 🤌

Ordered through the app and when I got to the store they said they were out of pork. I requested greek chicken instead and they were out of falafel. They scooped up the crumbs from the bin and gave it to me. I asked about it and they assured me this was normal. We went to eat and my friend found a long hair in his food but didn't want to complain due to the time it took to get our orders. Never again webster.

23 September 2022 ** Nice looking restaurant ** Service was very SLOW taking over 30 minutes before we were able to place our order. ** It took more time because their main purpose appears to be filling the incoming online orders FIRST before giving in-house customers any service at all!! ** Definitely Poor Management** ** Yes the food is fresh also tasty but anything you want extra is definitely going to cost you extra $$ and salad dressing is portioned out in very small amounts so you're salad is dry. **The dining area wasn't well kept so most of the tables and seating needed a good cleaning. ( Washed down a table with sanitizer) ** DON'T THINK WE'LL BE BACK **

We have been regulars since they have opened but things have slowly gone down hill. We ordered this evening for my birthday dinner and used door dash for delivery. 3 Korean BBQ bowls and a Cobb totaling nearly $60. All of the sauces were missing from the Korean BBQ bowls. We called the store and whoever answered just said we’re sorry. My wife had to drive out to the restaurant to pick up the sauce because the bowl is no good without sauce. The days of having hard workers that strive to make sure they do things correctly is gone.

I love the Black & Blue…one of my favorites…when the steak is fresh, but I ordered a Chicken Cobb salad and it was less than…chicken was minimal and it came with avocado, bacon and egg yet the only thing visible was the greens egg and chicken.The presentation was terrible, but on your website it shows this amazing POPULAR Chicken Cobb salad, nooooooooooo very misleading, especially for customers who order online. I did go back to speak with the manager, however he was busy and in the middle of an interview. I have thirty years of customer service, but I don’t think they call it that anymore;)

$13.50 for a bowl of wet rice. I ordered teriyaki and Korean sizzle bowls. I literally could not find any pork in the Korean bowl and 1.8 ounces of chicken (I took it out of the bowl and weighed it.) in the Teriyaki bowl. The bowls were nothing more than rice drowned in sauce with a few mixed vegetables.

I'm usually a fan of core life but this was my first time at the webster location and it was a big miss. Every employee was clearly very frustrated with their coworker who was manning the grill, as he held up the line by not having any chicken prepared. I waited far longer than I ever have at other cores for chicken to be cooked. I ended up with a genuinely laughable amount of chicken on my bowl... at their prices, you need to at least get some protein with your "meal" otherwise it's literally a rice bowl. If you want core, try brighton I guess...

Skip this place and head to the chipotle next door. Portions here are horrible. They gave me 4 pieces of chicken and called that a full portion.... i asked for more they gave me 3 more pieces. Customer service isn't their strong suit either. Definitely won't be coming back here!

Unfortunate to be required to wear a mask in a business that is so dirty. Front doors, touched by everyone are filthy, as are the light fixtures and trash area. If the mask is so precious why are there so many in the front garden? Thank God I still have freedom of choice at Wegmans.
